I made my appointment at the Conway office and was seen by dr. Polston She examined my whole body and gave me the medicine I needed for my sever sweating problems!! Everyone was very nice and professional. I will be going back for my check up and will continue to use this office!!

Very rude. They acted as if the doors were sound proof and I could ever word they spoke as they talked about me. It was very unprofessional. Didnt take her time to thoroughly look at my condition. They werent very friendly or supportive. Definitely needs a whole new staff. I would not go again!

I'm glad I didn't let the previous low reviews stop me from going here as a new patient. Hopefully my numerous biopsies taken today will come back benign

The doctor came into the room with an assistant, and neither examined me at all. He was in a hurry. Wow. I had to go elsewhere to be treated right. I tried to call to find out what happened, and they never phoned me back. It is very sad that patients get treated this way, and I knew this doctor for years at MB location. I was intimidated at first by the situation, but then I had to speak up.

The office was very busy, i arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment and waited in excess of an hour. I understand things come up and procedure's can become more involved then staff can predict so i waited patiently. The office staff is friendly and thorough throughout the check in process. I was called back to see Dr. Polston. The technician was pleasant and thorough. She performed basic vitals and discussed areas of concern that prompted my appointment. After just a brief wait Dr. Polston arrived. She was very pleasant upon her introduction and had a very positive demeanor. Dr Polston reviewed the technician's notes and systematically addressed every concern that brought me in. She thoroughly examined all issues of concern and was very professional discussing what needs treated and the best course of action for favorable results. I will be returning for follow up care and have no hesitations to countinue care with Dr. Polston.

Called to make an appointment, told the receptionist that I had a cyst on my eyebrow that I needed removed. Showed up did my paperwork and was escorted to the back. The girl came in took my blood pressure and said they could drain my cyst but didn't have time for removal, then she left. The nurse practitioner came in looked at me and said it is that particular offices policy is they don't remove cysts from eyebrows. Then charged me 113.55 to tell me something that I was under the impression they did. What a bunch of crooks. Should've told me that when making appointment. Instead they chose to rip me off for 113.55 that paid out of pocket due I make too much for assistance and not enough to afford insurance.. That office should feel ashamed for being that crooked.

Scheduled an appointment at the Conway office for a cyst removal. Told by them that the nurse practitioner could remove it. Went to my appointment only to be told that I would have to schedule another appointment to have it removed. Paid $50.00 for nothing. Told if I wanted it removed I would have to pay another $50.00 at the second appointment. I will not return. Do yourself a favor and do not use this office.

have been to the conway office twice. saw p.a. Polson both times. had a rash covering almost all areas of my body with intense itching. as soon as she saw all the bumps, she told me i had dry skin and to stop using fabric softener! while she did give me a steroid shot that helped a day or so with the itching, i know i will never see her again. felt she was incompetent at both unrelated visits. i did not want to give even one star but it would not post until i did.

The Pawleys Island and Myrtle Beach Office: This place is just awful! The nurse was rude and the PA is unprofessional and cant remember from one appointment to the next what was discussed because of lack of notes and rushing through appointments. Thankfully, awful Physician Assistant took pictures! She rolls her eyes when you try to be thorough in explaining what type of marks are on the body. Worst of all, this appointment is for a child with a family history and a doctor referral for a certain autoimmune issue that effects the skin! She confused diagnoses and then decided to treat her a totally different way without spending much time looking over areas. Terrible bedside manner, lack of understanding and a little cocky. Im just a concerned mom wanting my daughter to get the best care possible so we are now going somewhere else for a second opinion from a more experienced PROFESSIONAL.

Worst place I have ever gone to the staff here only the Conway office are just rude! I don't recommend anyone coming to this office I chose this one cause it was close to my work but I will be driving back to myrtle! They don't even deserve one star!!!!!!!!!!
