From start to finish, this was a fantastic experience. The office is beautiful, clean, and decorated perfectly. I was greeted warmly, and my waiting time was minimal. Everything in regards to my CoolSculpting procedure was explained in detail very well. Leah was my technician, and her pleasant demeanor was only overshadowed by her professionalism and courtesy. This whole office deserves and A+ and I highly recommend to all. Well done! If I could give more than 5 Stars, I would without hesitation.

Dr. Williams and staff are consummate professionals. I had ruptured implants and was so stressed out. Dr. Williams took great care in explaining everything to me multiple times. She performed an explant and total capsulectomy on me. She made sure both my 35 year old implants were removed as well as all of the affected tissue and leaking silicone. I had my surgery in her accredited surgical suite at her office and I found it to be less stressful than the hospital. Her follow up care has been impeccable and she is without a doubt one of the most compassionate doctors Ive ever met. Im so delighted with my results. Id totally recommend her to anyone. Shes wonderful. Her entire staff is equally wonderful.

Highly recommend! I have had only positive results with Dr. Williams over the years . Not only is she highly skilled and knowledgeable, but she is passionate about her work and truly cares about her patient's needs. I have completely trusted her with Dysport /Botox treatments to correct my facial asymmetry (from Bells Palsy) as well as smoothing out some aging lines. Dr. Williams and her staff at the Medi Spa have also been AMAZING in caring for my skin (which has been chronically sun-exposed). Dr. Williams and the Medi Spa services and products are top-notch!

I am about to have a second surgery on my eyes by another doctor to repair the damage done by Dr. Williams. My right eyelid won't close which is extremely painful. I can't speak to her other work, but don't let her touch your eyes! Less than one star.

I trusted Dr. Williams to replace my old breast implants that had ruptured. She also re-positioned one of my nipples. I nursed 4 children and my breasts looked like it. Dr. Williams cleaned up the mess from the old implants, replaced them, and fixed my nipple so they would be symmetric, should I decide to go bra less. I am in my 50's and my breasts are round and perky and look better than they did in my 20's. I can barely see the scars, they have faded to almost nothing and they have no texture. Dr. Williams is warm and caring. I felt no anxiety the day of the surgery or during my recovery.

OMGoodness. Well I am BEYOND scarred. I have had to have 1 corrective surgery with a different Dr, of course, and am in need of another.She offered to redo the surgery to fix under my chin, but would you want to go under the knife with the same surgeon???? I need to fix the scarring on the middle of my neck from the DEAD SKIN from a bandage being too tight AND the scarring so bad behind my ears the scars extend down onto my jaw about 1 1/2 inches wide. I cannot wear my hair up anymore. I asked for my money back and she refused. All of these things are facts, btw. I wouldnt take writing this on the internet lightly. It is very serious, and I am very serious.
