Dr. Lettieri performed my breast reduction 2 years ago, in January 2018, and it changed my life in the best way possible! I had dealt with back issues, pain, not to mention the discomfort of way too large breasts for years and years and my breast reduction/lift took it all away. My scaring is pretty much nonexistent and I would go back to him time and time again if any other cosmetic surgeries were necessary! Love his staff and seriously can't say enough great things about my experience!

Dr. Lettieri is an outstanding surgeon. He performed my breast reduction on 5/22/18. He did an amazing job and I am so happy with my results! He and his staff are so kind and patient, and really take the time to explain everything to you and answer any questions you have before your surgery. They give VERY clear instructions and make sure you know exactly what to do pre and post- surgery. His ENTIRE staff is so sweet and his nurse Tina has been there for anything I have needed before and after my surgery. At my routine post-op appointments they make me feel like family every single time! I look forward to going to my appointments just to see them all. I felt very comfortable going into my surgery and am super happy that I chose Dr. Lettieri as my surgeon. I highly recommend Carolina Plastic Surgery!

Breast reduction nightmare! I waited more than 20 years to have this done. I thought I had found the best doctor in my area...The post surgery was traumatic, extremely painful. As soon as surgery was over, they KICKED me OUT of the office (even with a bad side effect of the anesthesia). His nurses were cold and inhumane (they took my drainage tube with a blow of strength and the pain made me almost faint...they did not comfort me in ANY way. Results: Decent looking, almost NOT REDUCTION at all! They are almost at the same size!!!! This doctor would not listen, I told him I wanted them SMALL....but he insisted in doing what he wanted....and he did. (he is too full of himself) This is NOT what plastic surgery is about....you should be able to have what you need and want. I do not recommend this doctor!

I went to Dr. Lettieri for a face lift and eye lift. Under eye sculpting. I found his faucility to be very clean and well run. I found both the Dr. And his staff to be very professional. They were kind and caring and helped me with a few bumps in the road ( that I caused). I am very happy with my results. I would not hesitate to go back if I wanTed more work done. Dr. JL has been my doc for 9 years. I would not trust anyone else! He is an artist as well as one of the most intelligent doctors you will ever meet. Dr. Lettieri is not one of these doctors that will perform bad cosmetic work just to capitalize monetarily. If you have unrealistic expectations, he will tell you honestly and only do what is best for the patient's health, while still making you looking ravishing! The facility is clean and the staff is always professional and kind. They seem like a family in a way. As a designer, I am somewhat of a perfectionist. I recognize and admire those qualities in Dr. Lettieri and his staff. Trust his vision!
