Excellent staff and doctor. Very knowledgable in anti-aging skin care. Was a 1st visit so I was eligible for discount off my visit so not really sure if regular pricing is still reasonable for botox treatment. However they use an app to continue to get discounts off anti-aging products. Very satisfied with my results and recommendations.

As others have posted, the office manager and staff are extremely rude. I accompanied my 87 year old mother with a caregiver from the nursing home to 2 appointments and I honestly feel she wasn't properly taken care of because of her age. It was very disappointing and we ended up traveling to Greenville to receive a diagnosis and the care she needed. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

You will generally only see a PA but they are experienced. Wait time isn't bad. Expensive for a visit, even charge for follow-ups which I find is unusual for a physician group.

As a patient for 10 years, I have absolute confidence in Dr. Neidenbach and his staff. There have been some changes during this period and in total for the best. Dr. N's positive approach to care and follow-up and his thoroughness is superb. The staff is friendly and very alert, courteous, business-like with a caring touch. The facility is clean and effective.

Dr. Amy is great but her nurse Nicole is the rudest person ever. My husband had her on speakerphone, which he called, because they were supposed to call in a Rx for him yesterday and didnt. She answered the phone very agitated and kept interrupting him then asked what Rx was and he didnt know the name because Dr left a voicemail that she would call in a steroid and her words were gotta love you dont know the name. Then mad she had to go pull his chart to see and said that would take a while and then made a smart remark at the end. I will never suggest going here.

only because less than 1 star doesnt exist. Office Staff (front desk staff) rude, & incompetent. Had an appointment scheduled months in advance I took the day off from work showed on time for my appointment signed in sat down only to be told THEY didnt have me scheduled & did i have my appt card (No didnt know I needed it with me) very rude staff act like I was lying about the appointment So i drove home got the appointment card & took it back to the rude one, was then told they could talk to the provider & see what could be done-No this was well over an hour later I do not wish to pay my money to rude incompetent negligent people

The doctors are great, however the office manager makes it plain that she does not care about you as a patient or person. Insurance has paid out thousands to this office and yet they can not accommodate schedules. Doctor plans a treatment that is valid but the office manager runs the whole place.

Twice now I have waited for over 1 hour and a half . Today I saw Sarah the PA who told me a spot on my nose was roseacia . That I needed to try sunscreen . I have a basil cell because Ive had them before . I wear makeup with sunscreen everyday of my life . She was a joke , I just walked out And will not be back . Neidenbach needs to regroup !!
