I have been to this office on 2 occasions. The first was a very good experience, the Dr. Was kind, empathetic, and professional. The second time was today for an emergency tooth extraction. While I appreciated the office getting me in and the surgery itself was fine, however post surgery they sent me on my way with no post surgery instructions, no pain management recommendations or prescription, and no other information at all. I was a little loopy after the surgery, but the person giving me my ride home confirmed that the Dr. just said that I was done and sent me on my way. I sit here typing this with throbbing pain in my jaw and their office is closed until next until Monday.

I was very pleasantly surprised!I was there for a tooth extraction. Everyone was friendly and professional. Doctor and nurse took time to answer my questions about bridge vs. implant, and explain my options and the cost. I was a little anxious about pain of procedure and was considering being put under. They explained what they were going to do, possible issues to anticipate and what their expectations were. Tooth removal went smoothly! I was surprised I didn't get a prescription for pain after, but a couple of ibuprofen last night and feeling fine! I thought the cost was very reasonable. If I decide on the implant, will definitely use them.

Today I had the implant placed. I was anxious and dressed upon arrival. They are always on time at their satellite office in Spencer. Clean office and bathrooms. Friendly staff. Fr. Phillips answered all of my many questions. I felt so safe, so comfortable and relaxed I told them, If you didnt poke around so much I could have fallen asleep! As easy-peasy as can be expected under the circumstances. Thank you!

Dr. Dean is seriously the best! He makes you feel the most comfortable in not so fun situations. The office staff is super nice and always helpful. Would recommend this place to anymore needing any type of surgery.

Dr. Dye did and fantastic job of pulling my tooth. Quick and painless communicating to me the whole time what to expect. Explained to me what to expect after the surgury and the best way to take care of it. I followed the instructions and had zero issues . The price was very affordable.

I have been here for service many times with Dr. Dean. Dr. Dean is extremely efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. I am comfortable sitting in the chair knowing Dr. Dean is on the job. The office is nice and clean, the staff is courteous and friendly. I highly recommend this office if you should find yourself needing oral surgery. I also highly recommend Dr. Dean.

I had a great experience! I got all 4 wisdom teeth removed and dont remember a thing. Dr. Phillips and his staff were amazing. All I remember was waking up in a comfortable chair and staff was right there to help me. They also gave my husband good post-OP instructions. Thank you Dr. Phillips and the staff!! :)

Dr. Dye went the extra mile to make sure that I had enough novacaine before he started the procedure. I really dislike going to the dentist or oral surgeon because I have always had trouble getting numb for them to do the work needed. I can't say that any more. Dr. Dye made me feel comfortable during the whole procedure. He told me everything he was going to do so I knew what to expect. Thank you Dr. Dye and your staff for taking such good care of me.

The front staff was wonderful very welcoming, and my appointment was at 1:00 and they called me back by 12:30. The gal that brought me back to the room was very pleasant. But the X-ray gal was very robotic and cold. I felt as though I was an inconvenience to the doctor that he was rushed and didnt have time for me.After he finished with me he walked out before I was able to ask any questions, so I asked the attendant to ask the questions for me and she went to ask him, and then was told to wait for the doctor to come back in so I did. I know they were very busy but everyones health and condition should be important. I hope this was a one time issue and its not happening to others. Ive worked in customer service for many years as a manager and just like myself that is the most important thing that will bring return clientele back.

Great experience. Dr. Dean was calm and easy going in the face of my sons traumatic injury. He kept both of us calm and was able to repair the break quickly and easily. Very little pain or discomfort the next day for him. Id highly recommend this office.

Visit was excellent. Service was fast. After the preliminary forms were filled out I was taken to the exam room and the extraction process went quickly. No problems with the extraction, post procedure instructions given, I checked out and was on my way home.

Very nice staff. Dr. Phillips loves what he does and you can tell by the way he works and how he completes his work. Met and exceeded all of my expectation. During my consultation visit, we found that my bottom left wisdom tooth had a nurve going through the root, Dr. Phillips was amazing explaining all of the risks with that and we chose an alternate approach to removal. I will be coming back here for all future oral surgeries that I need!

I went to Dr. Dye to have my wisdom teeth removed. During my initial consultation he was very kind and professional and explained the procedure to me. I was still very nervous to have my teeth taken out. The day of the surgery, Dr. Dye and his nursing staff made me feel very comfortable and relaxed before and after the surgery. The recovery room in the office was warm and comfortable while I waited to be released. The procedure went great, and I didn't remember anything, which is a plus. I would highly recommend Dr. Dye and his nurses to anyone needing their wisdom teeth or any other procedure done. Dr. Dye and his staff were very professional and I will use him for any future needs.

The office is very professional and the doctors we've worked with were very friendly and took the time to answer our questions and put my kids about the surgery.

Agreeing with others, they're the only oral surgeon in my area and they know it. The surgeon I saw had a very poor attitude during the examination and even misdiagnosed me. He said I had two impacted complete bony wisdom teeth when in fact one of the teeth was already through the gum! Didn't even take the time to look at my teeth thoroughly. For a $90 visit he could at least do that. Thankfully, after the surgery the diagnosis was corrected so I wasn't overcharged. It was very expensive but they are specialists. The nurse who walked me to the recovery chair was very nice and even got me a blanket (even though I don't remember that, I just remember one magically being on me). If at all possible I'd suggest anyone looking to go else where. Given the choice, I certainly won't be going again for anything.
