Recently had a breast lift and augmentation done by Dr. Gushing at the Calhoun location and I couldnt be anymore happier with his work and with how every employee treated and cared for me! Brittany was a complete sweetheart and made everything a breeze explaining costs. Dr. Gushing was very thorough in my consultations and listened to what I wanted. He did lie to me as say that he wouldnt be able to get my breast 100% even due to them being asymmetrical by about 2 cup size (thanks to breastfeeding) but HE DID! They look just alike! Dr. Gushing has changed my whole life and given me confidence that I have never had before. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone! I cry almost every time I look in the mirror at my new chest with tears of pure joy! If I ever need anymore work in the future he will be my ONLY choice!

I must admit I used to have a superficial opinion of cosmetic surgery, but after meeting and speaking with the staff at Southern Surgical Arts my thoughts have evolved. I got a facial scan from Felicia and I expected a sales pitch oh you have terrible skin and you should get this and that done instead what I got was a truly scientific evaluation of my skin and though there where things that I could improve she admitted that my skin health was pretty good. Then Dr Chad spoke to me about the new EMSculpt. Again I thought Ive seen this before, sure you can blast away belly fatok. BOY was I wrong this is nothing like anything Ive experienced before. I could feel the results after my first time. This machine blasts away fat and tones up muscle. I recommend at least trying it.Ultimately I learned that people get cosmetic surgery for many reasons. Some want to look younger. Others seek to change a feature they've never liked. The decision is truly personal. Whatever your reason there is 1 thing you should know. 1. GO to Southern Surgical Arts the staff is caring compassionate and they will help you to achieve the results you desire.

I highly recommend it for everything from AMAZING skilled Botox and fillers to more involved procedures like a tummy tuck (I have done all) I have seen Dr. Kluska and he is one of the best doctors I have met. The nurses are caring and attentive and the office is beautiful to top it off. I felt completely at ease during every visit. Plus I get compliments constantly for how great I look!

Im so happy I came here!! I came in for a consultation for laser hair removal and was immediately impressed by the aesthetics of the office and the kindness of the staff. Truly top notch, in my opinion. During the consultation, I felt completely comfortable and welcomed. I was floored when I found out that the procedure I wanted, was actually affordable for me! I was able to have my first session right then, which only took MAYBE a minute as it was a small area. I can already see a difference. Im grateful for this service, and I am so excited to come back for my next session! I highly recommend P.S. I had another consultation for the same procedure with another office, and the other office was over 3x more expensive and not nearly as nice of an office or staff!

Great place for liposuction (very expensive because you must rent the surgery room few hours, but great result after 3 months... Mother Nature!) and varices veins treatment (around $880). Eyes, I am not happy. I get yet my little pockets!

I've had a wonderful experience at SSA so far. Before having a breast lift/augmentation, I met Dr. Gusching for a consult and quickly realized I was in the right place. After previously expecting to use one of several older plastic surgeons in my area, I was impressed with Dr. Gusching's newer/fresher approach. The main thing that stood out to me was that he seemed far more interested in the 'look' I was going for, than performing it in any 'standard' way. He catered the entire procedure to what I wanted...far beyond just size/implant type. Honestly, the entire staff has been the friendliest of any office I've visited (and I spent 2 yrs considering this surgery so I've seen other offices). I specifically want to thank RN's Kelsey and Teri for their patience with my needle phobia. It's not easy drawing blood or starting an IV on a patient that's in total panic mode! Once my IV was in, I relaxed and (thanks to Albert in anesthesia) the happy meds kicked in as I swapped funny stories w/ the staff and fell asleep. Recovery has been a breeze and I'm now at 3 weeks PO.

The doctors and staff are super friendly, and the atmosphere of the place is great. I'm disappointed in the results I received from the treatment though. I did the micro-laser peel to remove some fine lines and have a few enlarged oil glands treated, which they said they could do with the laser. Now six months later and the oil glands never improved, and my skin is much more sensitive to everything. I don't recommend spending the money on these services, you get better results with a mild sea salt peel and quality moisturizer.

2 years ago I went in for a consultation. I'm older and from the minute the doctor came in the room it was obvious he had very little interest in speaking to me. He was rude and told me that I should get work done soon because my health may fail soon! I know Dr. Gardner from another practice where he had done a procedure on me and I like him quite a bit but really don't want to see him at this practice. Too bad for me I guess.

I recently called for a rough estimate over the phone and was told 199.00 for the size of a half dollar per session? Seems a bit over priced for tattoo removal. You know we all make mistakes in life and when we need legitimate help by trying to undo our tattoo mistakes. Most tattoo removal companies will take full advantage of your wallet or purse. This is ridiculous.

I went to Felicia to get laser resurfacing done. The first time I went she did not take her time explaining anything to me and just asked what I wanted to get done. It seemed like she was bothered when i asked her all kinds of questions. I told her I had been researching about laser resurfacing and wanted to know if that would help with my acne scarring. She promised that I just needed 3 treatments and that it would go away. So I did it and didn't see any difference the first time but I knew I shouldn't expect results from one day to another so after 6 weeks I went back for another one and i didn't see no difference at all. It was very expensive, $750 A treatment and to not have seen any results in 2 treatment I thought that was ridiculous.

When I wrote the office to speak with one of the owners/doctors about the situation, the woman who wrote back could not understand that I was not writing about a patient...sheesh. If she forwarded my message to the doctors, they didn't bother getting in touch with me... I believe my only options for answers are to issue a subpoena for witness testimony in an indirectly related lawsuit and get the FBI involved...

DISHONEST. Did not do procedure exactly as stated at it failed. When trying to contact them, kept me in voice mail and never took my calls. Kept my money, which was in the thousands. They do not release the bad pictures of their procedures. I am out in the thousands. I will publish my pictures so others will not be lied to as I was and thrown into countless voicemails. Never return your calls when error on their part and all money is kept by their office and you are left paying back thousands to credit cards for pictures they refuse to publish.

I looked in the mirror and I needed something! My college reunion was coming up and I wanted to look my best! After careful evaluation I concluded I needed filler for the lines around my mouth so I called SSA and made my appointment. Dr. Deal examined my lines and said, 'You need a Laser Peel,' which is much cheaper and sent me to what I now call Tammy's Transformation Chamber! I had never had a laser peel in my life. How great could it be?! After Tammy explained everything it would do, even out skin tone, soften fine lines, reduce dark spots, I was all in and the fact that it was several hundred dollars cheaper than filler?!! It was a Win Win. For the first two days it looked like a sunburn But a few days later.... I AM AMAZED!!!! The lines around my mouth? Gone! The freckles I had when I was younger, now called age spots? Gone!! My makeup looks smoother, All the lines on my face have softened and some are totally gone!! I can't wait to have another one! BETTER THAN PROMIED RESULTS! Dr. Nease and Dr. Deal are great BUT Tammy Rocks!!!! I should have done it sooner! I can't say enough about SSA. Dr. Deal could have done filler anyway but he recommended what was best for me! Thanks SSA for putting me ahead of your bottom line !!
