Staff was friendly and Elaine the nurse was very good. I can not state that about the doctor. He came in, did not introduce himself and for several minutes explained to me how bad the sun was for me and that I would be smart if I stayed out of the sun. Well that is common sense, I was there to have a cancer area reviewed not to get a lecture on my skin, the sun or anything else. He even said to me I know I am sarcastic, well that statement was not strong enough for me. Will not return and can not recommend.

I'm in shock on how anyone can say Dr. Lett was anything but amazing! He did my first surgery 11 years ago and had another one done last year. All of my follow ups and visits was always very informative and pleasant. Loved that he prayed over us both before my surgery. Customer Service has always been great with the staff and him. I love and use several of the products they have in the office and will continue to go back. The ladies make you feel so 'at home' when talking to you. Like they have known you forever. Dr. Lett seemed very nice during my consultation, however, the office staff is a different story. I left a voice mail for the nurse and it took 2 weeks to get a return call. UNACCEPTABLE. I scheduled an early morning appointment and ended up standing outside the door for 25 minutes while the 2 nurses/staffers inside made no attempt to let me in. Posted hours are 8-430, yet when I stood there until 8:25 waiting to be let in for my 830 appointment the door remained locked. When I called I was informed that the clinic doesn't open until 830 a.m....so why do they tell you to arrive at least 15 minutes early? When I drove away at 835 the door was still locked. Obviously the attitude of this clinic is that their time is much more valuable than mine. It is totally unprofessional to not open on time and to leave a patient standing at the door until AFTER the set appointment time. Even a great doctor can get a bad reputation with an office staff that is so lax about customer service and respecting the customer. ***************UPDATE************* Dr. Lett called me personally to apologize for everything. He is truly committed to customer service and vowed to make it right. I am impressed with the sincere apology and the effort to take time out of his busy day to serve his customer.

Very disappointed in the way I was treated during my consultation. The entire appointment was awkward and I left feeling worse about myself than when I went in. Not to mention I was told one price for the consultation then got a bill for almost double what I was quoted. I called the office and was told that since they billed my insurance already there wasn't anything they could do about it. I will absolutely NOT return to this clinic.

Well, it's about a month after my appointment with Dr. Lett, and I have finally got my nerve up to go to another physician today. It's taken me this long to get over having my feelings hurt by Dr. Lett, enough that I am taking a chance to go to another doctor. My appointment with Dr. Lett was a total waste of time, after driving almost two hours to get there and one prior cancellation by his office. I wish I would have just never rescheduled. I'm not sure the man ever even looked at the person sitting in his chair. And the things he said to me and the way he talked to me was hurtful and arrogant. He looked down at my belly most of the time. When I left his office, I went and found the nearest restroom and cried my heart out. Hopefully today will be a new day, new experience, new start.
