I am a nervous Nelly when it comes to going to the dentist, but their staff is always so good about being understanding + respectful of my concerns. I have never had a problem there - always felt their treatment plans are fair + they are very good about answering questions or giving necessary information (educating me as a patient). As for pricing, I don't see it any different than other dental offices with my insurance. Also, they do seem to be taking extra precautions with CoVid-19.

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! I was looking forward to get my teeth cleaned but that was a big mistake on coming to this place. The Dr. Came to check for not even 2 minutes and hygienist was rushing and not taking her time on cleaning. It hurts my mouth the way she do her thing. NOT Gentle at all. Equipments are old and the eye protector was nasty pretty much everything in there needs an update. After the cleaning I was expecting that the doctor would come and check again but she did not! I was really lost on how they do things and next thing I know I have to pay lots of $$$$. So yes! I will not recommend and I will never comeback to this place again. P.S. I cant mention the names of doctor and hygienist because they didnt introduce themselves. Dont get me wrong, they are nice people but they didnt do their job right!

I really felt like they cared about the health of my mouth! My hygienist went over everything I needed to know and explained why she thought any treatment was needed. I really appreciated that! She even noticed things other dentists didnt pay attention to, like the pop in my jaw! I would recommend this dentist!

Great experience at this office! Dr Carrion was friendly. She explained what she saw, described what I needed to do. She was great! The front desk woman was pleasant and the entire staff all had big smiles and were very friendly. Go here and ask for Dr Carrion! Great dentist, great staff and great experience!

I was very happy with this dentist until presented with the final bill. Prior to scheduling my crown and filling appointments, I was given a 'quote' for an out-of-pocket charge of ~$350 after insurance. Mind you, I have a great dental plan and this practice is a participating provider of the insurance company. Following my procedures, I was given a bill for $595. When I questioned why there was such a large difference between my quote and the actual cost, I was told that they do not get an 'actual quote' from the insurance company, but rather 'estimate' what they 'believe' the insurance company will pay. Really? So even though this practice has a business relationship with my insurance company and has probably performed many a crown and filling for other customers, they have yet to establish an accurate (or even close) estimate? Unacceptable. Here is what I think. The practices dupes its customers into getting work done there under the impression that they will pay a reasonable rate. Then, after the procedure is done, they hit you with inflated charges. Needless to say, I won't be returning.
