I cant imagine what cosmetic patients who pay out of pocket think when they come here for surgery. The people who work there are *great,* but the place itself is substandard. The staff and their patients deserve better. Registration is in what looks like a broom closet. The furniture is shoddy. The rooms and bays are very outdated in terms of the wallpaper, trim, linoleum and most of all the depressing fluorescent lighting in an area with zero natural light. The waiting area has been renovated, but the lighting remains fluorescent and old furniture remains until the new furniture comes in. I feel like its not being valued by Centennial/HCA like it should.
