I was very nervous about everything that I wanted to do surgery wise. I walked into the office and front desk was amazing and had my consult with his nurse and she was absolutely incredible. Then Dr. Robbins came in and we talked about what I wanted done and I got to know him personally as well and I can't brag on him enough!! He is truly a genuine, brilliant, very knowledgeable, and nice plastic surgeon. I will chose him over anyone in this world because he is that amazing. Him and his staff made me feel so comfortable and loved and I cannot thank them enough for my amazing experience and results. My results are truly truly amazing and his work is incredible. Dr. Robbins and his staff were incredible from the consultation to the 12 week post op. They were supportive, responsive and kind. Dr. Robbins called the night of my procedure to ensure everything was going smoothly and I was as comfortable as possible. Just a little back story, I am 33 and lost approximately 70 lbs about 4 years ago; I have been battled the excess skin for years. I returned from a year deployment in Afghanistan in April and I spent the last several months of my deployment researching and determining the Plastic Surgeon that was best for me. Dr.Robbins is by far the best plastic surgeon in Nashville! I initially picked him because he is double board certified, I researched his before& after photos &I trusted his professional opinion. He is very kind, respectful, honest, & caring where he makes you feel comfortable despite any fears you may have. He has the latest technology compared to other doctors in town & you can instantly tell from the modern office that he cares about every detail. Any surgery will have the risk of complications that will affect you mentally & emotionally in addition to physically. However, Dr.Robbins is there to bring the best version of you. Almost 12 years after giving birth to a 10 lb 8 oz baby boy I was ready to have my body back. Dr. Robbins was amazing. I can't imagine going through this process with someone that didn't show the care and attention to detail that he and his staff did. I never felt uncomfortable (which was a concern originally) and any questions I had he took the time to address with me in a way that showed his genuine desire to set my mind at ease. I did have a few complications (within the normal range, no fault of Dr. Robbins) and that was frustrating at times, but again he and everyone on the team reassured me that we would get through the process together, and we did. I would definitely recommend Dr. Robbins to anyone considering having this type of procedure. My results are incredible. I have more confidence with my body today than I did when I was 18 years old. If I had to list a con it would be that he doesnt always run on schedule. That being said I know that more than once I took more than my share of allotted time with questions and concerns, but he never made me feel that I was holding him up. He will spend as much time with a patient as needed, and I have to respect that and adjust MY schedule accordingly.

Dr. Robbins worked a miracle in my life by performing breast reconstruction after my double mastectomy. I can not express how much I love Dr.Robbins and his staff...not to mention my new body!!! From my very first visit Dr. Robbins and his staff made me feel very at ease and supported through my entire process. Office staff confirmed that they accept my insurance (BCBS), and had me schedule an appointment months out. After the appointment they told me that they are unwilling to file with my insurance despite being contractually obligated too. Dr. Robbins himself is polite up front, but incredibly rude when confronted about these shady practices. His staff is incredibly rude.

Unimaginable results! I have a renewed sense of confidence and could not be more pleased with the service provided by Dr. Robbins and team. The office and nurse staff were so genuine, and the facilities were very comfortable and accommodating. I was particularly nervous about selecting the 'right size' of my implants prior to surgery, but Dr. Robbins gave me such great comfort, and now I can't believe I had any doubt. He truly has an eye for proportion, and such amazing precision. The recovery process was painful at times, but Dr. Robbins was so accessible, that I got the support I needed in order to go back to work within 10 days and resume normal activities with relative comfort a few weeks later. I would do it again in a heartbeat! I'm so pleased with how minimal the scars have become. I had a gynecologist appointment three months after my augmentation, and my doctor was really impressed by the faintness of the scars present. She even asked who did my surgery and complimented how well he did (without even knowing that it was Dr. Robbins).I would recommend Dr. Robbins to anyone!

Sometimes he is running late because he will take whatever time is necessary to make sure you have every question answered. He listens to what you want. As you would expect, plastic surgery is expensive, but I felt that compared to the other consultations I had, his price was very reasonable for the procedures I received.His staff is truly amazing. Although I had been morbidly obese all of my life, I believed I could 'fix' my body on my own. The two things I said I would never have were gastric bypass and/or plastic surgery. I was too proud to have a surgeon's knife fix what I had broken. I will say the recovery was not easy but he and his staff were the best at helping me get through it. I could call any time and get a response back quickly. When I met him for the first time it was late afternoon he was just as attentive as Im sure he is early in the morning.
