This was the best decision I ever made! Extremely happy with results and with everyone! Very friendly environment and every single person was so nice. I did years of research on different doctors and locations as well as what I wanted done. I looked at so many before and after pictures. I couldnt have made a better choice. Wow....! Thats what I say every time I look in the mirror now, because I cant believe what I see Dr Morales performed BBL with Lipo360 in November 2019 and the results are amazing! The girls in the front, and nurses including Tammie, Marla, and Laiken were so fun and sweet in a kind of way that was very calming, and made me feel very comfortable. I had a BA and Liposuction done in December of 2018 by Dr. Ingram. Him and his staff were wonderful. I absolutely love the results. I love the way my clothes fit and look on me now. Although results vary from person to person i went from a 6-8 to size 4. I recommend him to everyone.

I had a breast argumentation on Monday February 18 with Dr Ingram. I cannot say enough great things about my experience from start to finish. Dr Ingram and his staff have gone above and beyond during this process to answer my questions and to make me feel comfortable. He even took time out of his day to call and check on me. I had an issue with the medicine he had first prescribed, and he was quick to help me find one that would work well for me. I will recommend Dr Ingram to anyone I know looking for cosmetic surgery.

This place is awesome! First let me start by saying the staff and Dr's are extremely caring. I had an breast augmentation and i love them. They were put under the muscle.At first i was in allot of pain and wasn't getting much sleep. Although i was seen immediately and Dr Ingram made sure i was comfortable. Just a few days later i am up moving around with very minimal pain. Not to mention they look great beautiful work!! I recommend Marvel cosmetics to anyone. I already have a friend that is considering getting hers done with them. That's how good they look!! Here it is 2020 and now I have gotten a tummy tuck. Im overly joyed with my results!!

Update 1/31/2020I had my tummy tuck surgery done in 1/27/2020 & things couldnt have gone better. Dr. Morales & the care team were amazing. I arrived at 6:45 am & went into surgery in about 30 mins. The entire staff made the surgery as painless as it could be. One of my drains were leaking & they had me come back, they fixed it & then on Friday it started leaking again (even thought it was 3 pm they told me to come back in so they could find out what was going on. This is an updated review as of 12/2/19Melinda (the office manager) called me & we spike at great length about what happened & how I was treated. There were absolutely not excuses about his behavior & she was very apologetic. She gave me the option of coming back to see Dr. Morales & Im so glad I did. I had my consult with him today & set my surgery date. He answered all my questions & made me feel extremely comfortable. Im looking forward to having my surgery & moving forward with my future surgeries.Dr. Ingraham was great when he thought I was going to be a cash pay patient, incredibly caring with a great bedside manner. However when I went to my pre op appointment this morning as an insurance pay patient his attitude was completely different. Didnt have the time of day for me, was incredibly rude yelling at me to put my phone down while he was speaking to me (I wasnt even looking at it, I put in in my lap & he told me no put it on the desk out of your hands), I then told him that I was a bit overwhelmed at the moment because I had planned for my surgery to be much earlier than it was going to be and was trying to figure out how I was going to pick up my service dog after surgery (I was told then that my priorities were out of order ummm my service dog allows me live a safe & independent life) he then said again that if I was overwhelmed now then I was in no way ready to have the surgery because he didnt think I could handle it (Im a disabled Veteran Ive handled a heck of a lot things worse than this surgery) he also asked what questions I had & then told me to stop interrupting him when I was try to answer, the last time he said that he wouldnt do my surgery beck I was being childish & immature. Thank God hes not doing my surgery if hes that verbally abusive. When I went for my consult he had a completely different attitude & treated me like a human, but I guess when I was going to pay him cash $8,200 I was more important than an insurance patient obviously insurance wasnt going to pay as much. When I asked why I couldnt be scheduled in Nashville I was told because its cheaper to do it here (in Tullahoma at their surgery center).I also asked to speak to Amy (she does the insurance) but was told she was running late and wasnt there yet, I tried to to call and the woman doing my pre op paperwork said that Amy doesnt actually work in this building her phone is just transferred here) a few minutes later the woman said she was going to see if Amy was in yet & talk to her (but I thought only her phone was transferred here???).We I asked to speak to Amy about my insurance & surgery location I was told that she (pre op lady) had already spoke to the OR nurse in Nashville & she said that I couldnt have my surgery there because of insurance (ummm youre an OR nurse not the insurance person).The point is they only care about getting paid the largest amount they can, if you use insurance dont waste your time here. I dont want anyone operating/treating me at all if they have to be verbally abusive towards me. Im a Veteran, I dont put with BS like this from anyone.

I had my procedure today, full tummy tuck with liposuction and I was truly impressed! From my first visit to the day of my procedure the staff has been caring, friendly and has always expressed a can do attitude with lots of smiles. The willingness from ALL staff members including the doctors to take the time to get to know me was such a comfort. The office is beautiful and relaxing, though very busy when you walk in, it has been the best atmosphere I've ever be in, in a doctor's office. I met with Dr. Marvel and Dr. Ingram, both are very personal and attentive. They give you the feeling you're seeing a TRUSTED family member, WOW! I got breast implants this summer by Dr. Marvel & I absolutely love them. His consultation set him apart from the other surgeons I went to consultations with, as he actually took measurements & was realistic with what size he believed would look best on me. Before the surgery was seamless, & the blonde surgical tech we very sweet & the anesthesiologist was funny & kept me calm until I was being wheeled into the OR. I am about 3 1/2 months post op & would do it again tomorrow if I had to!

I had liposuction ok my stomach and flanks done by dr marvel. After surgery I noticed I had a hugeeee burn on my stomach(rib area) that left a hole and you could see the fat it was that deep. No lie!. He acted like it was nothing. I should have did better research before paying him 5,000 for a surgery that left me with a huge burn and a lopsided stomach with dents. I do not reccomend this place to anyone. Pay the big bucks to someone else and do extensive research

I have had the pleasure of visiting both offices for Dr Marvel. The staff at both are wonderful and very helpful. They make it a very personal feeling experience & not so cold and clinical (though, still medically clean). I felt very at ease talking about my expectations. Dr Marvel was great about assessing my pre-op figure and giving me advice for what would best fit my post-op goal while adjusting for a better end result. He definitely knows what he is doing. The surgical staff was very informative and took excellent care of me. I would recommend anyone that is looking for a cosmetic procedure to meet with Dr Marvel. He will meet and exceed all your expectations! I have had no complications & give large credit to the amount of detail they put into their instructions. I even had to call on a holiday for a concern and was able to speak to the PA on staff. He was so kind to answer my questions and not make me feel like I was bothering him.
