She has been amazing with any questions I have she is fast to jump on them and help me with everything. I only have a few more steps and I will be starting my pre op. ARLINGTON LOCATION: has been 10 months since I had surgery and I hate how it turned out. The staff does not return calls nor schedule you to been seen after Surgery. The machines are always down and the staff do not call to cancel your appointment, you find out when you get there. Dr. Frenzel is good, but I expected a way better experience. Watch the pricing because it does change. Make sure you are satisfied with your procedure. I have yet to receive a call regarding my procedure after I stated my issues and concerns.

I had Muscle Repair, lipo,and tummy tuck on Jan 9th 2020. DR. Frenzel was phenomenal. His bedside service is impeccable. I wanted to have the surgery before my bday. He cleared a spot for me at a surgical center. I was the only patient there. I felt like Queen of the Day. My results are amazing. I had very little pain. I'm only 6wpo. I went back to work in 2weeks. He was thorough through the whole process and made sure I understood. Even Henry is Awesome. Thank you Dr. Frenzel for getting my to the flat side!!!

I had been wanting to get the gastric sleeve surgery done for years, but due to my insurance excluding the surgery, I was not able to have the surgery. I was then referred to Dr. Frenzel in April 2019, who worked with me and provided me with a cash price for the surgery. I met with Dr. Frenzel and his staff and I was able to schedule my surgery. It was the best decision I ever made. Dr. Frenzels bed side manner was excellent and his staff is always kind and friendly, always confirming my follow up appointments and willing to work with my schedule. I was amazed that on some of my follow-up visits, that Dr.Frenzel actually met with me. I definitely recommend Dr. Frenzel and will recommend him to my family and friends.

My procedure was back on 10/22/19. Dr. Frenzel did an amazing job, I expected to walk out of there and be in excruciating pain, but they placed a medication ball that I carried around for a few days, only reason I knew I had surgery was because I could hardly move and couldn't eat...lol, but I wasn't in pain, which was a plus for me. I haven't seen Dr. Frenzel since my 1st and 2nd visit prior to surgery, and on the day of my surgery. that's the only thing that threw me off about him. So, if your expecting to see your doctor every visit after surgery be prepared. However, you will meet with the Nurse practitioner Henry. at all times. Which Henry is cool and straight to the point, and let's you know what needs to be done for success, your in and out of their within 15 so20 minute visits. I guess it's ok, because he does ask how your doing plus gives you all the information you need in order to succeed.

Caring staff, honest doctor and not afraid to confront your efforts or lack their of. His assistant surgeon is thoughtful and encouraging. They also have a clinic in Texarkana so you won't have to drive all the way to Arlington. These are life-changing people !

My experience with this place has been terrible. The staff is terrible. They dont call you back. Dont believe the cash pricing. I had to be rescheduled at the last moment due to a facility issue and ended up at a day surgery clinic. They force me to go home without my pain under control and left me to suffer. Had to go ER this morning for more meds just to dull the pain. My blood pressure was 190/120 due to pain. ER discharged me to go to office visit. I requested to go to the hospital for over 4 hours and they kept saying my pain management doctor should admit me, and with pain management saying the surgeon should admit, Either way I am left suffering. Hopefully I dont have a heart attack. Bottom line, go elsewhere for people who are compassionate enough to try and help you rather than just pass things on to others.1-1-20Second trip to er for pain. Henry again refused to admit me to hospital. The first time I was here they tried to get my pain management doctor to admit me and naturally he didnt cause the pain was from their surgery complications. Same story here again. This time he compared me to their usual patients and didnt care about my situation. Seriously thinking about a formal complaint and a a lawyer at this point.

I started my experience with Dr. Frenzel for a lapband removal procedure. Because of the expectation of needing to do a revision and go from lapband to sleeve the process of getting getting insurance to cover the procedure took about 3 months. Dr. Frenzel's office was amazing and managed to get the 2 procedures (removal and sleeve) covered 100%. I was about to give up when the office called and said that the procedures would be covered and we could schedule. I have had nothing but excellent customer service and care from everyone in the office and clinics. My results have been amazing (almost 60 pounds) lost in 1 year. My BMI has dropped to 23 which, according to Henry, is great and pretty impressive. Considering going back and possibly having the girls lifted in the future.I highly recommend BodEvolve Bariatric & Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Frenzel's attention to all small details and his bedside manner are exceptional.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. I was screwed around with costs by another physician and they saved the day and quite frankly my life. A week post op., the weight is melting off and I feel amazing. A truly gifted surgeon. I have lost 70lbs in 2 months. Every time I go in they treat me like family. I cant say enough things about everyone from the PA Henry, with his dry sense of humor but extremely knowledgeable and confident. Dr. Frenzel is an angel. I wake up every single day thanking God he was my surgeon. Tears form in my eyes when I think of what this practice has done for me and my life. Dr. Frenzel is an amazing surgeon. On operating day he was comforting, yet his confidence made it easier to relax for surgery. Id recommend him a million times.

From the first time I walked into the front door until now, I have been treated with respect, Kindness and most of all like a person and not just a number. I walk in the front door and the staff calls me by name and actually remember who I am. I have never been rushed or felt like my questions were not important. Everyone actually will take the time to sit down and explain or answer your questions to the best of their ability and if they are unable to answer it right away they dont mind saying that they dont know but will get an answer and get right back with you and do just that. Dr. Frenzel did my revision surgery from lap band to the gastric sleeve in July, 2017. I've not had a negative experience at this office. The employees here are truly top notch! I want to make special mention of Mr. Henry Dees...he provides help to patients post op. Let's be honest...anyone that has had weight loss surgery know that this is truly a quest! That's where Henry comes in. He will feed it to you raw and uncut - he's a tough love kind of teddy bear. All this bariatric jargon can be hard to understand- Henry takes the time to break it down for you - straight shot- no chaser (drinkers understand this one). If you are true to your journey, you can appreciate the tough exterior because you will leave your visit with a clearer understanding about whatever it is he is teaching you. His warm and fuzzy is in his tough exterior to help you be your best you while on your weight loss voyage. I couldn't ask for anything more! Thank you for helping me find my new me! EVERYONE DROPPED THE BALL IN THIS OFFICE!!!! After being referred to them by a friend (no fault of hers) I WASTED 6 MONTHS OF MY LIFE WITH THESE PEOPLE trying to get approved for Bariatric Surgery to only in the end be informed the Doctor is NOT IN NETWORK (which took an additional month for me to find out)... and could not perform my surgery AFTER I had done EVERYTHING my insurance and the Doctor required!! I'm Emotionally disgusted and drained. I'm currently in the process of looking for another surgeon IN NETWORK to perform The Gastric Sleeve and who will accept my clinicals/paperwork/testing from a completely different office and doctor before the end of the year and before my Benefits start over and all the TESTS, APPOINTMENTS, DAYS OFF WORK and STRESS go to a COMPLETE WASTE with 4 months left in the year. On top of all of this NO ONE from the office has called to offer an apology or explanation as to why or how this happened!!!! Not DR. FRENZEL , the RECEPTIONIST, the Appointment Scheduler or THE INSURANCE SPECIALIST NO ONE. Next stop BBB. It took a lot for me personally to build up the courage and go thru with my decision to have this surgery, so for now I won't give up but this has been by far the worst 1st time experience EVER!!!!!

Dr. Frenzel and his staff have been very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. Since the surgery, I've had no complications and have lost 91 lbs in only 5 months. Before surgery, I was diagnosed with diabetes, high blood pressure, and fatty liver disease. Because of Dr. Frenzel's life changing surgery, I'm no longer suffering from those health issues.The staff are always available for guidance and to answer any questions. After losing over 100 pounds, Dr. Frenzel helped me complete my transformation with a mommy makeover. I'm soooo happy. He's an amazing surgeon! He really cares about his patients and that's so rare to see these days. While I was reading some of the negative reviews, I was shocked. I feel like his office staff worked really hard for me... My insurance even covered my tummy tuck!.. I highly recommend anyone who's struggling with weight loss OR who wants cosmetic surgery, to go see Dr. Frenzel and his team. Dr Frenzel and his assistant came to our company to talk about weight loss programs and offered free consults to employees. I made an appointment for the free consultation. I filled out all the forms, but declined to consent to make public demos as I am a private person. From that moment on, the staff and Dr Frenzel stopped being helpful. He was very short and abrupt with answers and acted like he had better places to be. I left his office very disappointed. A month later, I got a bill for the (free) consultation.

Let me start by saying a little part of my story :) .Weight has always been an issue wih me my entire life. It wasnt until last year 2017 that I really considered weight loss surgery as my last resort. The main reason I actually went through with it was because diabetes runs in my family and I did not want to fall in that category. I also have 2 daughters that I need to stay healthy for and show them healthier habits. So in December 2017 I had Dr. Frenzel preform my Gastric Sleeve Surgery. Now 8 months post-surgery I have lost 95lbs which has been amazing! I weigh less than what I ever did in high school! From the beginning of this journey Dr. Frenzel and his staff have been very helpful in every way possible. The bariatric dept. worked hard to get my insurance to cover my surgery and got me scheduled before the end of the year. He really is the best bariatric surgeon ever! YOURE THE MAN DR. FRENZEL! After surgery everything has been great! Shout out to Henry the nurse practitioner that is always ready to answer any questions/concerns and making sure I am eating the right things. I highly recommend Dr. Frenzel and his office for your weight loss needs. Keep in mind surgery is just a tool for weight loss you also have to work hard and do your part to get the results you want! I had some issues with a previous bypass and went to Dr. Frenzel with my problems during my consultation. His staff worked continuously with me to get me to the steps I needed for a revision. . Since my revision in October 2017 I have not had anymore issues and have lost 53 pounds. My weight loss journey with Dr. Frenzel has been great! I had been looking into bariatric surgery for a whole 2 years before I finally decided to go through with it. I had my Gastric Sleeve surgery 6/2016 . Within the 1st year I lost 100 lbs and have managed to keep it off! Like everyone else I was extremely nervous. Surgery day arrived scared/nervousness feeling went away. Dr. Zsohar (anesthesiologist) came to talk to me before they took me back to surgery; he's a very nice person he will hook you up with the good stuff lol :) and then Dr. Frenzel came in to check on me to go over any last minute questions/concerns. Surgery was a success I wish I would've had it done sooner. Now 2 years later I recently had a baby 7 weeks ago and have gone back to my pre-pregnancy weight like nothing; you cannot tell I just had a baby. If you are seeking weight loss/cosmetic surgery Dr. Frenzel is the surgeon you need to see. You will not be disappointed in his work. I cannot wait to finish my transformation I will definitely be returning for my mommy make over. Be ready Dr. Frenzel! :)

I am very disappointed with the lack of care I received after my surgery with Dr. Frenzel. After reading all the materials given to me I felt confident that if I needed extra support he would be there for me to help; he wasn't. The night of my surgery I was in terrible pain and the pain medication they prescribed to me (which was tylenol #3) was not helping me whatsoever. So I remember in my packet there was a phone number to call if the pain medication did not work. I called and got Henry, Dr. Frenzels PA, on the phone and explained to him that the medication wasn't working and I needed something stronger. He literally said, 'Do you think I walk around with a prescription pad,' then proceeded to tell me that if my pain was that bad to go to the ER because it was against the law for him to give me anything stronger. The pain management here is a joke. I came in the next morning and the office put me on an IV drip and finally gave me something a tad stronger. I do not feel that they cared for me the way they should have. This was a major surgery and if I say I need something stronger I mean it. I really thought that if I needed help they would be there for me but they weren't. This surgery should have been done in a hospital where I could have spent the night and received more care then I was given.If you are looking to have any type of bariatric surgery please do not come here. Its a major choice to make in your life and it is not an easy surgery to go through. Find a doctor that will give you the support system you need.

They lie to you from the start. I asked them to verify my Insurance before i set my appointment. They told me my Insurance covered their proceedure then after I showed up and paid my Co pay. They seen me then told me my insurance DIDN'T cover the proceedure and then proceeded to try and do a insurance fraud procedure and it write it off as a hiatal hernia. I asked for my money back and they would not give it back. The doctor and his staff are a joke

BEWARE !! At the North Dallas location, they offered a free consult, then charged my insurance company over $1,000 for a few minute consult with a person that was not the Doctor, and then with a finance lady. I was in and out in less than an hour.
