Dr. Taylor and his staff were warm and welcoming. My appointment was smooth like butter! I received a 4 molar extraction. The procedure was so fast it was unreal. Dr. Taylor checked on me before my departure and made my take home instructions clear. I would do it all over again if I could. Thank you Dr. Taylor!

There office is absolutely professional clean and punctual. I scheduled for all four wisdom teeth to be removed. They did a courtesy reminder call prior to the appointment. They followed protocols for Covid as required. I got an IV and didn't even feel the needle and I hate needles. I was sleep within 30 seconds of the IV and when I woke up it felt like I was there for 5 mins. It was all of a total of 25 min. That was awesome! They sent me home with all proper equipment needed and I'm doing great! I'd give them 10 starts if I could service and customer service was great

I had an extraction scheduled for today, I called this morning to confirm the time and was told it was rescheduled. Nobody called to tell or ask me if the new date was ok. The receptionist claimed someone called me three weeks ago but somehow there's no missed call logged on my phone or voicemail. She was unapologetic. Both my husband and I took off of work for this and literally for nothing. So inconsiderate and unprofessional.

Worst experience after the surgery. The assistants had me waiting over an hour after the procedure because she was doing her test/quizzes. We tried to ask them if i could leave because i was feel good already but they just turned around and ignored us. Shortly after she finally decided to take my blood pressure and then left me waiting like 20 more minutes. After she finished her test/quizzes is when she finally decided to let me go. They did not even bother to change my gauzes. They were all bloody and i did not notice until i was in the car. I was already feel some pain due to the anesthesia was wearing off but they did not even ask me if i was okay. NEVER going back.

The staff is very rude and unprofessional. Brought my daughter to get her wisdom teeth. More than 30 minutes late to start the procedure even though we were 30 minutes early. Was told 'Well nobody told you to come early'. Would never use personally. The staff spent more time talking about dogs and to each other. Horrible customer service skills.

Had 3 wisdom teeth pulled out today. Dr. Taylor and his staff are awesome! The work was very professional and it was quick and easy. I recommend to anyone looking for wisdom teeth extraction. These guys are very welcoming and make you feel very comfortable. I wish I could say I would be back but I have no more wisdom teeth. I will forever thank them with gifts here and there!

Olivia Fletcher Avoid if you have anxiety or nervousness.My consultation was quick and rushed . When I arrived the front desk staff where okay and asked me to fill out forms. On the form it clearly ask if you have anxiety I marked yes. I then got called back to get x-rays and for them to check my blood pressure. I have never in my life had high blood pressure so it was alarming that the machine read high . As the nurse/assistant was taking my blood pressure I informed her that it was painful and I would like to switch to the other arm . She made a smurk face and didnt switch it . I then was put in a room to wait for the dentist to come in and explain what would be happening when I scheduled the surgery. I definitely expected a more detailed understanding of the procedure but it was anything but detailed. I possibly should have took the lack of care from the assistant and the dentists rushed behavior as a sign not to proceed. On the day of surgery, I was unsteady and nervous. I informed them multiple times that I was uneasy . There was no care from the dentist assistant as I was trying to talk to her about the procedure to calm my nerves. After waiting about 5 minutes for the dentist to come in and start he asked me how I was. I told him nervous , he made a sound of uh-huh & then proceeded to trying to get the IV. I was stuck a total of 7-8 times . Both of the front of my hands are bruised and my arms because he was rough and fished in my hand . (Fished - when you stick a needle in a patient to find blood, miss and proceed to move the needle trying to find some source of connection instead of immediately taking the needle out) . Finally there was a connection, the surgery continued and I am now on day 4 of recovery.I highly suggest this office and their staff take courses onhow to comfort patients with anxiety. Rushing people through the process , being aggressive, uninformative and rude while theyre just trying to explain and calm down is never okay. Sn: On the day of consultation and the before the surgery I stated I wanted my teeth . Im not sure in the process of taking notes how hard that would have been to remember. Shortly after being rushed out the door because they wanted to go to lunch . I realized my teeth arent in my bag. My mom knocked on the door we where just let out of and no one answered.She had to call the office once they reopended and drive back up there to get them because again they do not listen.Disclaimer: The woman who helped me deal with my insurance (taller black woman) was the only one to ever comfort throughout the whole process! She is amazing. She is the only reason the review is getting two stars.

Horrible!!!! He was too proud of himself and so rude. Made inappropriate comments. Staff was not the best either. I asked him to walk me through the IV and he jabbed it into my arm. My whole arm was bruised for 3 weeks. After wisdom teeth extraction I had an exposed sinus (when I drank water, it came out of my nose. When I blew my nose water came out of my mouth) Chin was still numb after 4 days, so I called and they said they would ask Dr. Taylor and call me back. I never got a call back. Chin feeling is still not fully back to normal (its been 5 months). Its livable, but not ideal at all. Find another surgeon!

After being rudely mistreated by the back office staff, I informed the dentist that his staff told me to go and sit in the room, without greeting me and taking my disabled child to get x-rays ( I had to go ask) without letting me know what they were doing, I already brought current X-ray pictures with me from previous dentist. This was supposed to be a consult appointment, so I didnt understand the reason for X-rays. After my complaint, the dentist immediately suggested we end the appointment several times due to me having a bad day, as though I was being disruptive and irate, which I was not. After expressing that I would like to continue the consult appointment, he then tells me he couldnt do the surgery because he doesnt have privileges at Childrens hospital where my child needs to go due to medical history. So my child was left without care and the referral was never done, for a surgery that needed to be done immediately. I was sent back to the lobby where after making copies of my insurance info, they discussed my referral and insurance in front of other patients. I have already contacted his dentist and we are working to get this done, as I do not have faith in this dental office and will NEVER recommend anyone to go there. I did tell them I do google reviews and thats why I am doing one.

I had my wisdom tooth removed recently at this place. It was very nice and clean, the doctor was especially nice, he had a great personality. I wish I could say the same for the staff, who seem to have no idea how to treat a patient. They made us feel unwelcome and belittled, it seemed as if they were judging us as soon as we walked through the door. The procedure was very fast and not painful, but something has to be done about the rude staff that make this place trash.

Recently had a wisdom tooth coronectomy and 3 molar extractions done. This all happened over the 4th of July holiday and they were able to get my surgery scheduled on the 5th! Everything went exactly as stated. Professional staff. Wonderful kind doctor. Even had to call the after hours line over the weekend due to some alarming amounts of swelling (turned out my body is just dramatic). The on call person was kind and professional and even checked back with me twice over the weekend. Follow up appt went well also. Highly recommend!

Consult took an unnecessarily long time and I ended up having to leave to get back to work. I thought they had forgotten I was in the office waiting to hear back in fact. When my son finally went to have his procedure performed, I found out he would have to miss 3 days from school unexpectedly. I only anticipated one day. They explained the procedure somewhat, but nothing about cost, or recovery whatsoever. In the end, the procedure went just fine, which is the only reason I'm leaving two stars instead of one. This office sucks big time.
