I met Dr. Ned Snyder as I was looking for a second opinion for a revision of breast reconstruction and a neck lift. And I am so happy I did. The interaction between physician and patient started wonderfully since the very beginning. I was able to get an appointment with him soon after my telephone call to his office, and continued smoothly throughout the whole process, prior to surgery, during surgery itself, and on all my post-surgery appointments. Dr. Ned Snyder is not only a fantastic surgeon but also an artist. What he did with my body I consider it a piece of art! The results were well beyond my expectations. Dr. Snyder and all his staff are professional, warm, and courteous. In addition, the cost estimate I received from Dr. Snyders office after my consultation with him was about half of previous estimates with other plastic surgeons. I am forever grateful to Dr. Ned Snyder.

Totally unsatisfied with my results.I had a double Mastectomy and reconstruction in 2017. After the surgery I brought to Dr Snyder and Jen's attention that my breasts were different sizes, significantly different. When I had my surgery to replace my nipples they said they did a reduction on one side. They said I was just swollen and they would even out when the swelling goes down. Well I now have one breast with a nipple and one without. In addition I still have one breast almost twice the size of the other.

If you have a complicated situation like I did you will find only one team capable of tackling it with great skill, care, confidence and empathy. That's the Snyder team! These people truly changed my life for the better. Having been around the block with other recon surgeons I can confidently say that the Snyder team makes you feel less like a number and more like a friend which is a fresh breath of air, especially when you are in distress. Dr Cervantes has a great bedside manner. She spends a good deal of time explaining options whenever prescribing medications and is approachable in regards to adjustments after appointments if needed. I always feel very comfortable with everyone at Snyder dermatology. Its a bit out of my way but worth the trip!
