This practice is not a practice I would recommend to anyone. We had our son who was a baby at the time come here for an evaluation for a 100 percent medically necessary procedure. We pay what was billed to us at the time following the medical services. Fast forward two years and they send us a bill for almost $200. Big coincidence that this is during covid and elective procedures are not allowed and this is a plastic surgery office. They basically are trying to get money out of people any way they can. I would not recommend this office. I am also quite disappointed that I cannot get a hold of anyone to help me or give me a line itemized bill or work with me to figure out insurance. This is very poor bedside manner if the doctors allow this to happen.

Dr. Jeffery Cone is truly amazing! Dr. Cone did major surgery on my scalp following MOHs surgery a few years ago. He was fantastic and the surgery was 100% successful, and I am very pleased with all his work. Last year Dr. Cone operated on me following MOHs surgery on my nose. The surgery was completely successful and today I had a one year checkup, which is in addition to my 6 month checkup. Dr. Cone did a beautiful job restoring my nose appearance. Additionally, Dr. Cone has such a pleasing personality, and honestly he has the best and most heartfelt personality of any physician in my 80 year life. Dr. Cone will treat you just like you are a part of his own family! Dr. Cones entire staff is super, including Brandy, Rachel, Meagan and others. I can highly recommend Dr. Cone! Trust me!

I recently had a great experience at Wellspring. First off, my interaction with the secretary was very pleasant. She was very welcoming and helpful while I waited for Lindsay Dyer to give me my hydra-facial. Lindsay showed up super smiley and made me feel really comfortable for my first time. I asked a lot of questions during my facial and she had all the answers. As far as the facial, it was amazing! My skin looked so vibrant and youthful. I had an overall great experience and definitely will be back!

Not only is she very gentle with her injections, they are also perfect every time. Definitely ask for her! I love how precise she is while also doing the injections very quickly! BiG thank you to Sam!!! I Had my lips done for the first time and I couldn't be happier. I was so nervous and I am Terrified of needles. She used the tiniest of tiny needles and used some great distraction techniques along with so AMAZING numbing cream. She is so knowledgeable and skilled. I was referred to Dr. Langevin for corrective surgery on my left eyelid. I was a new patient and was very impressed with his willingness to understand and correct my eye problem. I was scheduled for an evaluation visit in one day and quickly scheduled for my eye surgery. It has been a month since my procedure and am quite satisfied with the result!. I would highly recommend Dr. Claude-Jean Langevin to anyone that wants a quality surgery experience.

I cannot stop coming back!!! I have been getting Hydrafacials for a while from Lindsay Dyer and my skin is better than ever. She really listens to every concern you have about your face and knows exactly how to treat it. Before coming to Wellspring I had horrible acne around my brow area and after the second or third treatment it was clear! She also recommended great products to use at home to help with the acne. 10/10 would recommend! Also- the staff is wonderful! Brandy is the first and last person you see at Wellspring and she is always so nice!

As a nurse, I am very picky when it comes to choosing the people I trust with any part of my health and they have always exceeded all of my expectations. Wow I can't say enough good things about this practice! The entire staff (receptionist, nurse, etc) is friendly, professional and personable. Rachion worked above and beyond to get my insurance figured out and get my surgery on the books. Lindsay answered all of my questions post surgery and took the time to really listen and then explain. Dr. Cone is simply amazing - he was so sweet with my daughter for her tongue tie. And did excellent work for my surgery fixing a nasal collapse! I would 100% recommend this practice!

I first met Dr. Cone three years ago when he did a plastic surgery repair for me after I had a large Basel cell carcinoma removed from the front of my nose. I was left with a large hole and I feared that I would be scarred for life, but the results of Dr. Cones work were miraculous. My nose looks perfectly normal and the very tiny scar from the surgery is almost impossible to see. As a result, when I decided to have cosmetic surgery this year, he was the only doctor that I would consider. I had both a lower face and neck lift done, followed shortly thereafter with an Erbium laser treatment. The results have been incredible and I look and feel fifteen years younger. I cant say enough good things about Dr. Cones meticulous work (hes an artist), but I also must add how truly professional, knowledgeable, caring and thoughtful the entire team has been during all of my interactions with them. Meagan, Lindsay, Angelica, Roshawn, Samantha and Brandy have all been wonderful to work with throughout the entire process, being available whenever needed and answering questions quickly and correctly. Its too bad that I can only leave a five star review because I would like to give them ten stars!

Yall. I just got a hydrafacial by Samantha and all I can say is my skin is THANKFUL! This gross hot humid weather has my skin acting all kinds of crazy and after a mild break down I called Samantha and begged her to help me. She recommended the hydrafacial with dermaplaning.
