He was very honest about the results and I trusted his suggestions. They have extensive follow-up to make sure all is well. It has been life changing. I cannot even find the words to express our gratitude for what Dr Mosier has done for my wife, Virginia. We visited with many other surgeons and were quite impressed with two others. The only problem with those two was that they would not allow us to submit any claims to our insurance company. What a blessing those refusals were in disguise. So by default we chose Dr Mosier. So. Dr Mosier and his staff and incredible! I went in for a consultation for a procedure and never felt pressured and all my questions were answered. I scheduled my procedure after discussing it with my husband and when I had questions all I had to do was email the staff and they would answer right away. During my pre-op visit I received detailed instructions and information on how the procedure would go and what to expect afterwards. The surgery center was conveniently located downstairs from his office and the staff there is very kind as well. My procedure went great and I am very please with my results and would definitely recommend Dr Mosier to anyone. He is very precise with his work and gives you the look you are going for!

A LIFECHANGER! Dr. Mosier is hands down one of the best cosmetic surgeons in Texas! Three months ago, I underwent a rhinoplasty with Dr. Mosier and septoplasty with Dr. Kent Jones of Austin Regional Clinic. The results have been phenomenal! From the first phone call to ask about having my teen daughter's breast reduction, I could tell this clinic was the right place. The receptionist was very caring and helpful and they were able to get us in right away as we had just moved and wanted the surgery before my daughter started a new high school. The surgery center Dr. Mosier uses is wonderful as well and the nurses were all so considerate and professional. The post-op appointments went very smoothly and driving up from San Antonio meant we may be early. Dr. Mosier would see us early and we would get on the road ahead of time! I was referred to Dr Mosier for a breast reduction about 4 months ago. Ever since I made my first appointment, I have received nothing but the upmost support and professionalism from Dr Mosier and his staff. From the first appointment I felt that Dr Mosier was genuinely invested in helping me improve my health and overall quality of life. They were able to obtain an approval from my insurance provider within 2 weeks of my consult! From preop, to the procedure, to the hospital and their staff, to now post op I have nothing but praise to give. Dr Mosier removed nearly 6 lbs of breast tissue (36H/HH down to 36D). My breasts are now perky, and much more fitting to my frame. It's also important to note that I still have a natural amount of volume at the top ('full' looking breasts), and I have practically ZERO scarring (1 month post op). They look better now than they EVER have. This was one of the best decisions I have ever made. If you have pain from abnormally large breasts and you want to get them reduced, seriously BOOK HIM. You will not regret it.

After two breast deflations within less than three years of my initial breast augmentation with adjustable saline implants with a different plastic & cosmetic surgeon, I sought out an alternative doctor in hopes of better results going forward. Initially going in with the idea of replacing my implants with new saline ones- non adjustable this time around, Dr. Mosier explained the high percentage of saline deflations and ruptures and what other options were available if I chose not to replace the implants with a saline type. I'm so happy he had informed me of this as I was pretty set on sticking with saline. He was thorough on all silicone options available and what the process and procedure was going be. With his recommendation I decided to switch over to highly cohesive silicone implants aka 'gummy bear' implants. It was the best decision I made. From the consultation, to the surgery, to the post op follow up appointments, detailed care was given throughout the entire process ensuring I received the best results possible. Thanks to Dr. Mosier I have the best breasts! The outcome exceeded my expectations and I would refer any friend or family to Dr. Mosier any time.

As a registered nurse, I have worked with many surgeons and Dr. Mosier is the utmost professional. I did not work with Dr. Mosier but chose him as my surgeon based on several things: recommendations from other healthcare professionals, his reputation for quality and excellence, the wonderful staff, and his caring and professional bedside manner. He listened to my story and what I wanted to have performed and told me the realistic results that I could expect. I had recently experienced some life-changing trauma and he made sure that I was mentally prepared to make the decision and have the surgery performed. I appreciated that so much. My surgical results were excellent and my post-op pain was very well controlled. I have had several hernia repairs in the past and while this surgery was much more extensive, I had the least amount of pain with Dr. Mosier as my surgeon. He addressed every question I had and made sure I was happy with my results at the many follow-up visits. Best Plastic Surgeon with the best staff! Dr. Mosier performed my breast surgery (removal and replacement of breast implants with a breast lift) and I couldn't be happier! I know everyone scars differently but I think it also has to do with the surgeon's skills and Dr. Mosier is amazing...my scars are nearly invisible. I have always received a friendly greeting from the staff and promptly seen for my appointments. There isn't a detail that Dr. Mosier and his office miss.

Dr. Mosier is the best! He performed an augmentation surgery on me several years ago and I also see him regularly for cosmetic injections. He has always been very professional, friendly, and warm. I am very happy with my surgery results. I think that is partly due to the fact that Dr. Mosier sets realistic expectations, but mostly because he is an outstanding surgeon. I feel like he always listens to my concerns with patience and has never tried to push me into anything I'm not comfortable with. I'm always greated with a smile when I come in for an appointment, and I really appreciate that he is on time. I've waited well past my appointment time in other offices and then felt rushed once I got to see the doctor. This is never the case with Dr. Mosier! Dr Mosier and his staff exceeded my expectations.Everyone in Dr Mosier's office and NW Hills Surgical Hospital are extremely kind and professional.
