My daughter was referred to Dr. Carlos Villareal for her wisdom teeth extraction. I will definitely be bringing my son to get his wisdom teeth extracted with Dr. Carlos Villareal. They make you feel welcome & they are very professional Dr & staff.

Amazing service and and nicest employees! Dr. Villarreal is super kind, and extremely understanding when i told him my situation. I consulted, scheduled for surgery all in the same day!!! Also, way cheaper than Dr. Perez's office!! I had gone to Dr. Francisco Perez's office and was told that my daughter I would NOT be able to have treatment if i didn't have a Texas ID. Even with all of the proper documentation for my daughter and myself we were turned away. Aside from that, Dr. Perez is extremely overpriced for his surgeries!! Overall great experience with Dr. Villarreals office!!!

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. I had so been looking forward to seeing this doctor as he was rated so high by so many people.I had a 9:30 am appointment and when I arrived at 9:15 was told 4 people were ahead of me. I asked when their appointment times were and how long it would take for me to be seen. The receptionist informed me that one person had a 10am appointment but since they arrived before me they would be seen before me.Had I known that I happily would have shown up at 8am. This blatent disregard for people's time is rude and disrespectful to say the least. It stinks of arrogance as clearly the doctor believes his time is more valuable that that of his patients.The excuse that this is just how it is done in the Valley is getting old. Good prompt service is not an unreasonable request. While I believe Dr. Villareal is a good surgeon how his business is run in regards to scheduling and seeing patients is not acceptable.

I had taken my child to another oral surgeon from the McAllen area. He told us that he could not extract her impacted tooth because of where and how it was located. We were told that the tooth needed to stay in her upper palate and later my child would need a prosthetic tooth screwed in. A few months later another dentist recommended Dr. Villarreal. We took our child expecting to hear the same. Dr. Villarreal told us that he could move the impacted tooth and reposition it where it would drop into place. He saved her impacted tooth and the one right next to it. The surgery was a huge success. The staff is awesome, helpful, highly organized, and experts in their areas. Thank you Dr. Villarreal for being the BEST.

Doctor Villerreal, You Are such a gifted surgeon with amazing Skills .He is also extremely nice and compassionate . His presence is so wonderful . Basically His presence is a gift and heaven . Hes sympathetic and truly cares and enjoys and loves doing this incredible work. so very knowledgeable and intelligent . After taking my x-rays on his amazing updates technology takes a quick look and knew immediately what to do .Would DEFIANTly recommend him . He truly takes care and cares for his patients . when I came in to do my paper work he stoped and talked to me before entering the room with another patient and knew I was coming for I was in excruciating pain due to my cavity entering the bone. Great service, and amazing staff. They answer any questions you may have about surgery procedures. They take the time to explain how to take your medication. And best of all, these procedures aren't long. A couple of hours and the patient is delivered straight to your vehicle.

Got here at 10:40 for appointment at 11:00. It's now 12:15 noon and my grandma still has not been called. This type of practice gets swamped with daycare elderly. If you care about your loved ones consider elsewhere to go as many of them are diabetic and should not be treated like this. I confronted the staff and asked them to cancel my appointment. They are the ones that over schedule. Lobby was extremely hot. Please spread the word. Going to check if daycare is receiving benefits or kickbacks from them because that is illegal.
