Everyone is so friendly and caring! He does wonderful work! We had a situation to where we needed a second opinion on an emergency suture job done on my daughters face. Dr. Gallas stayed after hours and had us come up so he could take a look after he had been in surgery all day. Completely put our mind at ease, and gave us more tips on what do do during the healing process. When your child gets 15 stitches put in her face, you definitely want a second opinion!

Gallas Plastic Surgery is the best! The entire staff is amazing! Warm, friendly and knowledgeable.I was referred to Dr Gallas several years ago. I scheduled a consultation; after several minutes, knew that I need not look any further. Dr Gallas is thorough, companionate and answered all my questions in detail. The procedure went extremely well and the results exceeded my expectations. Love the fact that the surgical center is located in the same facility as the office. I have also had a few Botox sessions and can honestly say, when Dr Gallas does Botox injections are on right on target and last up to 12 months (at least for me). I highly recommend Gallas Plastic Surgery for your plastic surgery and other related services. You wont be disappointed!

Got my under eye fillers here and going to get more work done here as well because i had such an amazing time With Dr. Gallas and his team! The staff are all very professional, open minded, and have a fun demeanor! Gallas was also very gentle with his injection technique and was very reassuring and comforting during the injection and made me feel very at ease! Also the office is absolutely gorgeous, amazing taste and luxurious feel! I will not being going anywhere else for my work! This team is the best!

My experience with this doctor has been up and down, but by far from consistent. My very 1st experience was amazing, so much so that I wanted him to do my second surgery. However, my second experience was not so great. I had a lift and implant procedure done. Throughout my healing process I noticed that something was not right, but I was told that I needed to let the healing process take its course... when I went back for my final follow up visit I brought my concern up to the doctor again... this time he agreed that what I was unhappy about was understandable and that he would look into doing a revision... I received one phone call from the office staff (late 2018) with a breakdown of what the cost would be to make the modification to my previous surgery. Overall, I was not happy with the cost that they wanted me to pay after I just finished spending THOUSANDS on this surgery... so the office staff stated that they would review the cost and see if they could adjust. I called to check the status of the cost adjustment and I was told that they were still waiting on feedback from a sales rep... weeks past and I never heard anything, so I decided to call them back and I was told that they were still waiting on feedback from the sales rep manager. At this time, I felt like they were trying to avoid me (sn: not saying they were, just stating how I felt due to the lack of communication on their part). It is now the early part of the new year (2019) and I have not heard anything from them. I've accepted the fact that what I thought was totally correct. You know, I really wish that I would have followed my 1st mind I had this surgery to correct an issue (my original issue was years after breastfeeding one of my breast became smaller than the other) and after having the surgery I still have the same issue. After doing some research, I think I would have had a better healing outcome if I was told to use a better garment. Im writing this review because I wanted to share my experience its a bit too late for them to contact me now. Ive accepted the fact that I have to either go to another doctor to spend more money or leave it the way that it is. In the end... what hurts the most is that I trusted this doctor and this is how he treated me.. I'm not angry, I'm hurt. To the ppl reading this: please do your research on any procedure you are thinking about having. Make sure you research the doctor that you are want to do your procedure as well. Read every review... you can NOT get your money back once you have the work done. I may be the 1st for him, but I'd like to make sure I'm the last. No one deserves to waste money.

I mean wow!! Dr. Gallas is absolutely the best! He was the first Doctor I visited before deciding to go through with surgery and after meeting him I knew he was going to be my surgeon!! He is super friendly and listens and understands his patients! He is a perfectionist and artist! He did my breast augmentation, they are exactly what I wanted!!

I researched many doctors for my breast augmentation and went to three doctors for a consultation. Dr. Gallas even met with me for a second consultation after having visited my top three choices. I am so happy I went with Dr. Gallas. He takes his time during each appointment and aims to please. He's not just a doctor but an artist. I am extremely satisfied with my breast augmentation, one week out and now 4 months out! I will recommend him to anyone looking to enhance their bodies. Oh and I can't forget the awesome staff, Jena and Dana! They are also the BEST!!

Dr. Gallas did my breast augmentation in april of 2017. I am so happy with the results! Minimal barely there scars that are so faded now you cant even see them. Symmetrical look, perfect size for my body. I was able to get off pain meds on the 3rd day after procedure. Dr. Gallas really listened to what I wanted, called me on Saturday, which was next day after my surgery, to check on me (what doctor ever does that?! simply amazing!). He is perfect at what he does, great plastic surgeon and exceptional human being. He also did another plastic procedure on me a few years back, which I am very happy about as well. The office is nice and clean and welcoming; the staff is friendly and professional. Highly recommend Dr. Gallas and Gallas Plastic Surgery Center.

Cannot say enough good things about Dr Gallas and his team! From beginning to end of all of my visits- consultation, pre op, surgery, follow up- everyone here has been very professional and welcoming. Dr Gallas has a a great bedside manner and I felt extremely comfortable with him. His assistant Jenna also answered any questions I had regarding surgery and helped me through the consultation.Dana who helps with booking and financing is a total sweet heart and went above and beyond to help me get my appointment. I was introduced to my anesthesiologist and whole surgical team the day of surgery and felt comfortable with everyone. His nursing team is excellent and helped me with everything I needed pre-surgery. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone who is considering surgery. I am so glad I made the decision to come here after being referred to by a friend. I love my end result! I would say this place is run by perfectionists and I am very happy I chose to come here. As someone who has never had surgery before I didn't know what to expect but they calmed my nerves and talked me through the whole process without intimidating me, which is great. Should I ever consider surgery in the future I will most definitely be returning and recommending this place to everyone I know!

Dr. Gallas left me with lumpy lips after giving me two full syringes of Juvederm when I had only agreed to one. I was left lumpy and swollen for the next few weeks and 18 months later I still have lumps. I went in to ask about how to correct the lumps - he said more filler would do the trick and that 'when I talk or smile it isn't noticeable.' He also said the lumps were due to scarring or my lips holding on to the product for much longer than it should in certain pockets. I went for a second and then third opinion elsewhere and both places agreed that Dr. Gallas put too much filler and didn't distribute it correctly - leading to the lumpiness. I am now seeing someone else for multiple rounds of Hylauronidase treatment which will hopefully disintegrate the Juvederm lumps. I was hoping that by seeing an actual plastic surgeon I would be getting better value for my money. The truth is, ladies, plastic surgeons do very few lip fillers thus they are not as experienced as a registered nurse who does lip fillers all day long. Take my advice and stay away from Dr. Gallas for lip fillers. Also, NEVER let a doctor put in 2 full syringes in one sitting. It's better to build on it to avoid possible lumps.
