I found Dr. Laurent's office through my health insurance provider. They were able to see me for a consultation within 24 hours and had my procedure the day after that. Dr. Laurent explained everything in detail ahead of time. He was also very professional and attentive during my procedure. It went better than I expected. I'm so thankful I found his practice. He was head &shoulders above a previous practice I consulted with. The staff are excellent as well.

Dr. Laurent is an amazing dermatologist!I visited this facility for a consultation regarding hyperhidrosis. I was able to secure an appointment within a week which was awesome because of my busy schedule. The waiting room time was minimal, the checking paperwork was also minimal. The Physician was friendly and engagement. He reviews the therapy I had tried in the past and made his recommendations. The following week he administered a new treatment and less than a week later I noticed significant improvements in my symptoms. Dr. Laurent is a caring physician who listened to my concerns and provided an excellent treatment. I highly recommend him!

I cannot say enough about Dr. Gonzalez, Monica and the rest of the staff at Houston Dermatology & Plastic Surgery. Dr. Gonzalez performed breast augmentation and lift. Though I had this previously with a different doctor 10 years ago, this experience was completely different. Dr. Gonzalez was very informative pre-op and post-op. She aims for perfection and with me, she achieved it. During surgery I felt safe in her hands. She and Monica both were quick to return communications and be thorough in their instructions. I am planning to use this facility for other services, as they have made me feel at home.

I cannot say enough about this facility and it's staff, particularly Dr. Mirtha Gonzalez and also Monica. I have been waiting for years to get the breast augmentation and lift due to a ruptured implant (from a different doctor). This team of professionals is prompt, knowledgeable and warm. Dr Gonzalez is extremely thorough and really cares about the work she does. I would say that she shoots for perfection and with me, she achieved it. Her thoroughness includes detailed explanation of the process, risks, possibilities and to do everything in the safest way possible, while still getting exemplary results. Any time I had questions both Dr. Gonzalez and Monica were available and there was no waiting or wondering. The most important thing is, that I felt safe there and taken care of. I will use this facility for other beauty needs, without question, even though I live about an hour and a half from the facility.

Professional and quick visit. The office was well organized and utilized detail I provided via Zocdoc, called in advance to collect co-pay and advised procedure for virtual call. Dr. Filberto called directly via FaceTime. He provided helpful guidance about my current skin situation, a Rx and follow up email with instructions. Great experience. Would use this service again and follow up in person for future needs with this practice.

I highly recommend Dr Laurent! For my first visit, he really took the time to explain the procedure to me and put me at ease. I was thrilled with the results and have returned since. All visits are a pleasurable experience. I have very natural and conservative results and have had many compliments as to how refreshed I look. I will be returning for other procedures and treatments for sure. All the staff are extremely friendly and highly professional. The offices are clean, modern and stylish. A give 5 stars for a 5 star practice!

I had my first appointment for consultation but staff are require to let everyone know if there's any fee for even just a consultation, I'm in the same kinda business and I really educate my people to give clients the right information ahead of time. Unfortunately this office, people were very uneducated and they welcome you when you first walk in but at the end they just charge you a fee and no respect and also let you walk out of the back door. Very unprofessional

I struggled with finding a dermatologist who would actually listen to me and what I was wanting as a patient and after a few tries I found Dr. Laurent. Both doctors are extremely caring and I would recommend them to anyone.

Overall, the actual treatment experience was great. The technician was friendly and experienced. I wouldve liked more explanation about the laser hair treatment itself though, so I was glad Id done personal research. The rating is for the checkout process. I was quoted a different amount on the phone, so I was surprised when it was more than double. It turns out there was a misunderstanding BUT the pricing and details shouldve been explained to me BEFORE the laser session. I wouldve preferred to sign for it upfront then I couldve decided If it was worth it. They were also withholding details of their email specials/discounts so I basically had to negotiate the cost down. It was very bizarre.

This office does not respect anyones time! Took the day off work for my very first appointment here. Waited 30 minutes in the waiting room well past my appointment time. When I finally spoke up, after witnessing several patients that all came after me being called in immediately upon walking in, they placed me in a waiting room where I sat for another almost 30 minutes and no doctor in sight. After about an hour, I finally cancelled and left. This was such a terrible experience. If your doctors are not available during a reasonable window then simply dont schedule the appointment. Im positive had I been an hour late, my appointment would have been cancelled and Id be charged a $50 fee as their policy states. Ridiculous!

after the Dr Gonzalez saw me told me to wait for the assistant who will give me an estimate or Quote. I was waiting around 35min to the assistant tell me that they will call me to tell me how much my breast reduction going to be cost. spoke to the office more than 2 times and they told me again that they will call her and I'm still waiting for that call.

Dr. Cedeno knows what he's doing, he's straightforward and honest in what will work. I saw this clinic to treat hairloss that got pretty bad in my 20s. I tried so many different options otc and diet wise, nothing worked. He recommended PRP therapy for my scalp, and I was hesitant in it working. Tbh I didn't see a difference in the first few months. But about 3-4 months ( I had two sessions of prp at this point) I saw a big difference. I had new hair growth on my scalp that were bare before. I'm really happy with the results, this is an honest review . As for the practice, the staff if friendly , prices are very reasonable better than in most the 'med spas ' offer and I never have had to wait more then 5 min for my appt.
