I got an appointment with Dr. Rihani the same day I called in to have my monroe piercing scar/hole removed and smoothed out. Now even just after a few weeks my face looks like I never had the piercing. He said there would be just a small hairline scar after all was healed and I can't even see that. Dr. Rihani was professional and informative and made me feel very comfortable and confident in his ability to do the procedure and fix my face. His office staff is courteous and kind and made me feel very comfortable as well. I'm so happy with the result. I highly recommend Dr. Rihani. If you are considering a procedure I would definitely get a consult with him. My face looks so much better. I don't have that dark divot anymore!

Several years ago I had my nose repaired by a well known Plastic Surgeon in Colleyville. However, when I recovered from the surgery one side of my nose was fixed but the other side was blocked by a piece of scar tissue and my nose was wider than it was originally. I was very upset so the doctor did another surgery to try and fix my breathing problem and the thickness of my nose. After the 2nd surgery my nose was no better.Then I saw a friend who had recently had a face lift by Dr. Rihani. She looked absolutely beautiful! Her face lift looked so natural I hardly could tell that she had one. There were no visible scars and she just looked relaxed and refreshed to me. When she told me all he had done I was surprised. The difference was so subtle but made all the difference in the world. So decided to contact Dr Rihani to see if there was some slight possibility he could fix my nose. Not only was he able to fix my nose by removing the scar tissue, he also was able to take out the thickness that the other doctor said he could not do. My nose looks fantastic! Dr. Rihani also told me that I had more skin on one eye than the other. ( I noticed in all my pictures that one eye was always off but could not tell by looking in the mirror.) Dr. Rihani fixed my eyes and 4 weeks later no one can even see the scars! I must say this doctor is a true artist! I am so happy with his work I feel like I have to share this with everyone! Thanks Dr. Rihani for making me feel pretty again!
