After years of wanting a breast lift my nervous wife finally decided it was time. Many interviews later she chose Dr. Rumalla because he made her feel very comfortable and answered her questioned basically saying everything she wanted to hear. Leading up to and even during the surgery everything went great. My complaint is how he made her fell on the follow up visits, she mostly wanted to be reassured that everything would be as promised. Instead he made her feel as if by asking questions she was somehow insulting him, she left not only upset but without answers to her questions.

Ive wanted a BA for years and finally decided to go through with it when I turned 30. I consulted with several surgeons throughout the metroplex and hired Dr. Rumalla due to his attentiveness, communication, and how thorough he is every step of the way. He is honest and kind and you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. If I had questions due to things Id been told at other consultations, he was more than happy to answer them for me. I had complete ownership of my results and experience - he was my very experienced and trusted guide but the choice was ultimately mine! :) His staff is very welcoming and friendly, and they really put me at ease throughout all of the decision making and the day of surgery. Ive visited the Keller office and the Southlake surgery center. Both facilities are clean and comfortable. Cant recommend Dr. Rumalla and his practice enough and Ill definitely be referring friends and family who are seeking a surgeon. And..my results are incredible..better than I even imagined!

I went in to see Dr. Rumalla for a mommy makeover in December and had my surgery the next week along with an umbilical hernia repair. He knew exactly what I wanted and when I asked him to recommend additional procedures he assured me I didn't need it and took the time to look me in my eyes and tell me not to let anyone tell me I needed more work, whether it was myself or someone at home. I have had several procedures before at various surgeons and never felt more 1:1 attention and care. He personally sees each of his patient, remembers all the details. He sees you personally for ever post op appointment and is always pleasant and professional. He was with me pre op, during surgery and visited me in the hospital several times before being released the following day. I would recommend him 1000% and promise you will love his work. I finally have the body I have worked so hard for and never thought I could have after children. This summer I will be wearing a bikini for the first time in my adult life and I can't wait. My husband can't keep his eyes off me and I still can't believe it's me when I look in the mirror. His entire staff is professional and works as if they have all been together in years. He deserves to be a #1 rated surgeon! I could go on and on about every step of the process and would not have one negative or critical thing to say. From patient care, billing, surgery, post op, everything was top notch. Dr. Rumalla is the best!! Today I am 6 weeks post op and couldnt be happier.

If you are looking for a doctor and staff that is honest, listens to your concerns and takes pride in their work, you just found it! Fourteen years ago I had implants put in by my OBGYN! I thought I had done my research by talking with other patients. After extreme weight loss my situation was difficult! In the past year the implants became unbearable and I was having ms like symptoms! After researching and talking with several doctors I was drawn back to doctor Rumalla! In November he did an implant exchange along with a lift. Once inside he discovered one implant was in my armpit and the other was above the muscle which was far worse then he expected! I would highly recommend Dr. Rumella and his team. First, Dr. Rumella thoroughly evaluates his patients and desires most to meet the specific needs and wants of the patient. He works diligently to ensure the patient's concerns are addressed. Second, he is transparent in his expectations, policies, and fees. There are no surprises before or after surgery. Third, he and his team are always prompt with scheduling. Appointments run on-time and efficiently. Fourth, the team is thorough in their post-operative support. My wife and I were not satisfied when we went to the consultation with Dr. Rumalla for a breast augmentation. He was wanting to do something that didnt make sense to do and when my wife told him what she wanted instead, he seemed to get really offended and made her feel insecure and dumb. We ended up going with another surgeon who did exactly what she wanted and came out of surgery looking amazing. So glad we didnt use Dr. Rumalla. We would have not been happy.
