I was very impressed when arriving at Paragon! I was greeted immediately. My paperwork was ready and I was receiving my treatment about 5 minutes. My esthetician thoroughly explained all steps and how to care for my skin for the next 48 hours. It was nice to get in and out in about 35 minutes and receive a great service! I will definitely be back!

Ive never had anything lasered before so I was nervous and Angela made me feel really comfortable. I will be coming back for the rest of my sessions. Went in for a hydrafacial and to get my blood drawn to see about getting on the pellets they offer. Everyone there was very welcoming and professional. The esthetician I saw Britt was very good at her job and took great care of me. She also answered any questions I had about the procedure and what else I can do to take care of my skin. The nurse who drew my blood was probably the best I have ever had. Zero pain, no bruising and very little blood came out after she removed the needle. Highly recommend this place. Will be coming back for sure.

I'll start by saying that I am very happy that I contacted Paragon Plastic Surgery and Medspa for laser for hair removal. First, there aren't too many spa's that have the appropriate laser for darker skin types, so I appreciate that and the fact that the location is only about 8 minutes from my house. On my first visit I noticed that the office had an upscale appearance and it's always spotless. That put me at ease. The staff and tech's are professional, knowledgeable and I've never waited longer than 5 minutes in the waiting room. I've had four of six treatments and I'm very impressed with the results. 95% of the treatment area is completely hairless. My sessions are short and painless. Love that. Also, the cost is very reasonable. I plan to have other services at Paragon in the very near future.
