Highly recommend Dr. Wilcox and his staff!! I had a otoplasty done and the results look amazing, only been 2 weeks post Op and healing well. Everyone in the office is so kind and really goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Dr. Wilcox was very thorough answering all questions and has excellent bedside manner. I interviewed multiple plastic surgeons and ended up picking Dr. Wilcox because of his experience and how he makes you feel at ease throughout the process. If you need any procedures done Id highly recommend him and his team.

DO NOT RECOMMEND I never leave reviews but I think its important because my experience was the worst experience of my life! They really dont know what theyre doing when things go wrong. I had gotten an infection after some dermal fillers and was told it would go away on its own after I finished the antibiotics. They literally said theres nothing more we can do it will go away in 6-8 weeks. 5 weeks later I still had this huge red lump so I went to a dermatologist to get a second opinion and of course they right away gave me a steroid injection and put me on the correct antibiotics. Just save your money because the staff was trash and I didnt feel taken care of. DO NOT RECOMMEND

First met Dr. Morrissay at the ER after a really bad car accident! He was such a sweetheart from the begging, took very good care of me! and almost 40 stitches later here I am! Couldnt be any happier with the results after the stitches came out and my face healed, he has the magic touch! His office staff is also very friendly and helpful! Really recommend!!!

I drove very far just to hunt down Dr. Morrissey... He did a previous procedure 10yrs earlier and I wanted to return to him for something new. I thought I already loved him, but I LOVE him, his new office, and staff even more. From cosmetic surgery, to skin care, to rejuvenation they all are absolutely awesome. I had a procedure done by Dr. Wilcox, and let me tell you him and his stuff is amazing! I had a wonderful experience from consultation all through post-surgery. Dr. Wilcox, is a great doctor and took the time to explain to me all about the procedure and how I should take care of myself afterwards. Now its been a little over 3 weeks and I am very happy with the results. Thanks to Dr. Wilcox!

I found this place maybe 5 or 6 years ago when I had a really bad experience at another place & needed a second opinion from Dr. Wilcox.When I went to talk to him about capsular contracture - I left there & I was SO BUMMED that I didnt know about Dr. Wilcox before bc I would've rather him do my implant surgery than the other Dr that did it. Not only was he great - but all the women that worked in his office were so nice, genuine & helpful... so, I called my botox partner (my sister) and we decided we were going to give it a try since we weren't happy at our other place we had been going to.We go to our first appt & this is when I met Kristen Scofield. She is SO GOOD at her job - she has some super skills when it comes to botox/fillers & she is so knowledgable. Im just so glad i found this place. I have been going for several years now & I literally get anxiety when I think about what would happen if Kristen left there or if she retired. I dont think I could trust anyone else messing with my face like I trust her.Also, I can not end this appreciation post until I mention another favorite of mine up there. She is kinda new (maybe been there almost a year or so) & her name is Tamoria. She is the person who checks us out & makes sure we are getting the most out of our brilliant distinction points. I'm a part of their new membership program (awesome program for those that get botox or fillers regularly) and Tamoria is the one that handles that as well. Seriously, someone needs to give that lady a raise bc she is on top of her job. She will watch my brilliant distinction points & apply them to my monthly pymt when applicable & let me know without me even having to ask. Thats high integrity! Love her too! If you are reading this post & looking for a good trustworthy person to do your botox/fillers - you have to give Kristen a try - she is the best & dont worry, if you go, you will be blessed to meet Tamoria as well.

I did some research and thankfully came across Dr. Morrissey.Dr. Morrissey and his office have been nothing but genuinely kind and helpful since I first scheduled my consultation. They truly care about their patients. After my sugery (during non business hours) I had to contact the doctor for a few questions or concerns. Dr. Morrissey called me back within 3 to 5 minutes each time. I am truly happy that I found this office and Dr. Morrissey. He has truly changed my life!

I had an implant pop and these guys really took care of me. They were very prompt with their responses and getting me in quick, which was something I needed given the circumstances. I am a 27 year old who just moved out to Dallas, so the finances are tight. They reasured me they would make it possible for me to afford such an unexpected surgery. I am so happy with the customer service and the care they showed me. I was so stressed about the situation and they made it possible for me to have little to no stress throughout the entire experience. Dr. Wilcox is very talented and has an excellent bedside manner. From minor nips to major reconstruction to repair major injuries, he skillfully handles it all. I also found his staff to be cheerful and pleasant each visit. Dr. Wilcox and his staff always took adequate time to answer my questions and make me comfortable and confident with my choices. WORST PLACE EVER, STAY AWAY!!!!This Physician and his practice are simply con artists and I would highly recommend people think twice about using his services. He is money hungry and not patient focused. His staff are inattentive and even after voicing complaints about dissatisfaction with their services, he proceeds to state that I do not want to pay my bill, even though I have been paying my bill all the time. Please, there are so many good surgeons out there and I would highly recommend staying away from this practice because they are not very caring nor skilled clinically and I am both an RN and aesthetics trained as well. He was recommended by colleagues. He is too busy to understand that his staff are running his business into the ground. They fault you and flat out lie in order to obtain monies from you for poor quality service. He should be reported to his Board for malpractice and is not customer centered. If I could give no stars, I would. He is very disrespectful and refers to me as 'this woman...she simply does not want to pay her bill.' All those years of medical training still cannot teach him class.

After a consultation with Dr. Wilcox, I knew he would be the one performing my surgery. He was so knowledgeable & explained what needed to be done, plus he provided all viable options. Dr. Wilcox is very genuine & easy to talk to and he listens, unlike other surgeons I've met. I would say Dr. Wilcox has the best bedside manner of any doctor I've met. I needed CMC Arthroplasty & since I am only in my mid-40's (way younger than any other patient needing this surgery) I knew I was in the best hands after meeting him. Dr Wilcox was professional and the nurses were very comforting during the surgery process. The doctor is very attentive and making sure the wound looks normal and scheduling follows up as needed is comforting that I am being taken care of. However, scheduling was a bit confusing and highly stressful. It was only over phone and no email or calendar invite for confirmation. Several miscommunication of the time of the surgery. There was no preparation materials for the patient to work with. It did cause quite a bit of anxiety because I had to personally coordinate with another dermatology office for timing of procedures and treatment.Other than that, I would recommend other to come but would caution others to be extremely patient with the scheduling process and just ask questions when there is any hesitation or information missing.

Had two rhinoplasty , first surgery did not improve my concerns , A symmetry, scarring and tip. So second time I was told he would take cartilage from my ear and implant in my nose to make any improvement but when I woke from surgery, nothing had been done. I'm left with very noticeable scarring and A symmetry that is devastating . My nose turns completely purple when it's chilly and snoring started after procedures but that's irrelevant compared to the embarrassment and daily reminder .

My journey has been a long one and I am so grateful I found Plastic & Cosmetic Surgery Center Of Texas! I had my breast augmentation surgery almost three years ago. A year and a half after my first surgery, that was at a different doctor, I developed a capsule on my right side and my left implant was deflated. I had surgery to replace both implants, my left implant was successful. My right implant was a different story. About a few weeks after getting the right one replaced again I had to have to it removed due to complications because of developing my capsule again. I then had to go five months without my implant. I then had it replaced and three weeks after that surgery I started to feel like I was developing a capsule again. I started reading about the Apsen treatment and how it has helped so many women going through the same thing I was going through. I decided then to change doctors and go and see Dr. Morrissey. Best decision I ever made! They were able to see me right away! After my first treatment, I was able to see a difference! I was completely blown away that after ONE treatment I could tell a difference! Tracey, who does my treatments, is AMAZING! The treatments dont hurt what so ever! You only feel some pressure but thats it! Long story short is, a lot of people are unaware of the Aspen treatment and undergo abrasive surgery when sometimes that isnt necessary! Like I said best choice I ever made to go see Dr. Morrissey and Tracey! I 100% recommended them and wouldnt trust anyone else besides them!

Dr. Wilcox is an amazing plastic surgeon! Dr. Wilcox was able to correct the problem with the tiniest scars. After scouring the web for nearly a year looking for doctors that perform gynecomastia surgery , I found Dr. Wilcox only an hour and a half away. His technique was different than all other surgeons I had talked to. After speaking with him in person and consulting with him, I knew he was going to be the best. Little to no pain and swelling. He told me 6 months after surgery I wouldn't even be able to remember what it looked/felt like. He was right. I could not be any happier with my results. Thank you so much for helping me. This gorgeous, high tech facility houses some of the most professionally oriented health care providers I have ever encountered. My experience was top knotch from beginning to end. I am about to be 48, and I have been very interested in fillers to plump up my smile/frown lines. Buddyann, a highly skilled nurse and nurse injector, restored my aging face with Bellafill. All I can say is wow! She went the extra mile to make sure things were executed perfectly. And perfectly they were. I am beyond pleased with my results, and I cannot say enough great things about my experience. It was excellent!!
