I got my first fillers w/ Dr Brobst and the entire experience was AMAZING! Mallory greeted me at my car (thanks to Covid-19's new normal) with a welcoming smile and witty banter. In the treatment room, Dr. Brobst explained my options during the consultation and had an answer for any and all of my concerns. He and his staff are VERY knowledgable and it really put me at ease. Right then & there I decided to go ahead and get my fillers the same day. The process was painless and fairly quick! All the while both Dr. Brobst and Mallory talked to me through the entire procedure. I won't ever go to another doctor for my fillers in the future. I'm extremely happy with my decision and I'm even booking an appointment for my Mom! :)

Exceptional experience! I came in for a melanoma removal and repair. The staff was absolutely Fantastic! They fit me into an appointment with Dr Brobst immediately. The three young ladies that staff the office are the kindest, friendliest, and most dedicated individuals you will meet. It seemed like they worked more around my schedule than theirs. Dr. Brobst is a true professional. Friendly and informed, he takes the time to answer any questions, and explain everything in easy to understand terms. He really cares for his patients, and is in my opinion, a craftsman of his profession. I had to leave the country shortly after my procedure, and they followed up with consistent emails checking on my well being and asking for pictures. I am extremely happy with the service and results provided by him and his staff.

Im happy to share the experience I had at Brobst Plastic Surgery.I sought out Dr Brobstas he was highly recommended ( Ive been a nurse for 3 decades and medical people talk) and he had done a facelift on a friend I had not seen in a while. She looked wonderful with a refreshed and natural appearance. I committed and shared my mixed feelings with Dr Brobst . Its natural to worry your outcome might not be as good as others .In pre op consultation, Dr Brobst was honest , realistic, and very patient discussing my potential outcome.Like all the great ones in the plastics field, he is a giftedperceptual artist who uses his vision to guide his surgical skills.Needless to say as a surgeon he is impeccable (remember nurses talk) .Three weeks later I am extremely happy with the results. I look like myself , with the wonderful improvements I had hoped for . My experience has been great, his office staff are also wonderful . Dr Brobst was a God send! I first saw Dr Brobst in the ER. I was playing with my dog and got scratched really bad on my face and also tore my lip. Dr Brobst did an amazing job stitching my face. It has now been 2 months and you can barely tell that I have a slight scratch. It is still healing and after a few more months you won't be able to see it at all! He has been amazing, super friendly, and goes the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. I am always in out of his office in a timely manner. The whole staff is awesome, and very friendly! I received a very nasty gash on my face and lower lip that was closed with stitches at the ER. I was referred to Dr. Brobst to have him 'revise' the incision so that it would heal smoother. He was able to see me the day I was referred and explained all my options. He has a wonderful chair side/bedside manner, has a very gentle touch and I would highly recommend him for surgical or medical procedures involving the face.

I have been thinking about getting a rhinoplasty for years. When it came time for me to finally be able to afford the procedure, I started calling around town and booking consultations. I shopped around a little, but felt at ease and the most comfortable with Dr. Brobst. He explained everything in fine detail, answered all of my questions (even when I thought they were silly!! He assured me they weren't!), educated me on what rhinoplasty is, and my favorite part - he images your pictures so you can see what your nose will look like after surgery!! So dang cool!! I booked my surgery and it was done at Baylor McKinney about 1 month ago! I was blown away by the kindness of everyone! From Dr. Brobst office to even the hospital staff. My surgery went fantastic! I woke up feeling so, so so, excited after surgery (and a little sleepy!!!) Mr. Robert Brobst was to only straighten my husbands septum. what should have been a 4 to 6 hour surgery turned in to 11 hours. He was in there that long because of the many, many mistakes he made slashing my husband's nose completely up. Mr. Brobst falsified all the surgical records as well as office visits and repeatedly lied over and over again to cover himself. He lied to both me and my husband. Please, please, please what ever you do do not go see this man. He destroyed both my husband and my life because of his neglect. He is the number one most dishonest man we have ever met period. The entire staff pays close attention to detail and is meticulous before, during and after surgery. I had surgery in the morning and called Dr. Brobst that evening about a concern that I had. When he received the call, Dr. Brobst drove back to his office to meet me to ensure that it did not require attention. Everything was fine, but this was just an example of how Dr. Brobst does whatever it takes to ensure perfection. You will not be disappointed with Dr. Brobst.

Please be aware of this guy. He will falsify your medical records and butcher you with his scalpel. He turned a simple nasal surgery on my brother-in-law into total destruction of his respiratory system. He lied repeatedly to him and his wife and changed all his medical records to cover himself. People are now reviewing their doctors before they go thanks to social media and if you see a negative review it would be time to run the other direction. This guy is completely dishonest. Please stay away and look elsewhere for your treatment or you may end up destroyed for life as well.
