I'm giving 5 stars to Dr.Watumull and his staff they were excellent all the way around. They answered every question and concern I had.

I would give zero stars if that was an option. This place was good at scheduling but sucks to deal with. Within 10 minutes of entering the waiting room and speaking with the front office staff, I was leaving to go to a different surgeon.The main issue has to do with false and misleading marketing claims on their website and the bait and switch tactic once you arrive in the lobby.Very clear and prominent on the website it says to call for a free consultation. This is not true and very deceptive. On the phone they quoted me a price of 300 - 600 per finger for a finger nail issue on the day of the procedure. They said I needed a consult first and scheduled my appointment. They said they would not do the procedure on the first visit and that I needed a consult. I arrived on time at my appointment and they lady at the front desk then told me it would be $300 to $600 to see the doctor and asked for my drivers license and payment.There was another lady in the waiting room who overheard the conversation and she said they just tried the same thing to her. She had a consult with the doctor and they tried to get her to pay hundreds for their free (fake) consult. Then they started saying it was there policy and that I should talk with the administrator. And that is the way it is with cash customers. I have United Health Care and I had no need to file a claim for an elective finger nail procedure. I have never heard that health insurance covers cosmetic surgery but maybe so. All I needed was a simple procedure on 2 finger nails and wanted to pay cash and apparently they felt they could screw me over. Then the Surgery Scheduler told me that this was a hand problem and it didn't qualify for cosmetic surgery. This place seemed legit but I quickly realized I made a mistake coming to these quacks.The lack of quality medical care is a major issue that can be witnessed just from talking to the front office staff and the surgery scheduler. I would advise any one thinking of going Regional Plastic Surgery Center to find another group of doctors/surgeons and skip this place.

I had an amazing experience with Vaunda Hickman!! She helped me feel better about my decision and helped my confidence in the procedure! I had my lips done and enjoyed my initial visit and my second visit! I feel way better about myself and she really made the process comfortable!

Dr. Watumull is fantastic! I just had my 4th surgery with him - carpel tunnel release in both hands, trigger-digit surgery in a thumb, and most recently basal thumb joint replacement. At 8-weeks post surgery Im doing great. Im no longer in constant pain from the arthritis in my joint. Everyone from the receptionists, nurses, and the doctors are kind and welcoming. Dr. Watumull clearly explains every procedure so you understand what is happening. After 2.5 years of steroid injections I just was not getting relief anymore. He recommended the joint replacement surgery and Im very pleased with the results. Im also using their hand therapists and theyre great too! I would recommend this practice to anyone having any issues with their hand.

I can't say enough about this center. They offer excellent services and highly professional staff. Michelle and Laura have provided me with great cosmetic procedures that have me looking 10-15 years younger. My husband was very skeptical about my results at first but has since back stepped and loves my youthful looks.

My internist referred me to the Dr. Watumull at the Regional Plastic Surgery Center in Richardson for hand surgery. He told me Dr. Watumull was an excellent surgeon and very careful since he is also a plastic surgeon. Never wanting to miss an opportunity for a consultation with a plastic surgeon, I asked the doctor about a face lift and neck lift. Dr. Watumull told me it would be beneficial to have a lip lift and fat grafts also. I scheduled my procedure and six weeks later, am very pleased with my results. I could see that Dr. Watumull had an artists eye when we was looking at my face and I was confident the results would be wonderful. I recently had to visit a podiatrist for a procedure on my toes (involving four shots in my toes). The nurse told me she used to work in a dermatology office. She looked at the age on my chart and said, wow, you look fabulous! I told her about my facelift and she looked up Dr Watumulls web site because she wants a tummy tuck. She was very impressed with the pictures. I would highly recommend Dr. Watumull, Nakai Hatch the surgery coordinator, the nurses at the Breckenridge Surgery Center and all the office staff.

We were referred as an emergency by a Prima Care doctor due to a severe hand injury. When we got there we were told that the referring doctor didn't call ahead. This was to be a workers comp claim. I had not had time to call our carrier and report the issue due to the severity of the injury so when I got the their office I explained this to them. I was told no worries they would call and get the authorization. After an hour of waiting we were that workers comp was not aware of the injury as it had not been reported to which my reply was yes I was aware of this and explained that upon registering. I had been told they would call and get it taken care of. The one nurse says well they don't have a claim number since they have no knowledge of the incident to which I AGAIN say yes I know this and your office person said you would handle it. My voice is now getting slightly elevated because again now my tech has been sitting here for over an hour and they can't seem to figure out the workers comp thing. I then call the insurance carrier myself and received a claim number in a matter of minutes and proceed to try to give it to them to which now their response was well we have certain proceedures we need to follow and he (my tech) doesn't have an appointment. REALLY DID YOU JUST SAY THIS TO ME??!! You let this man sit here for over an hour in severe pain because the tops of his finger have been cut and mangled and you tell me he doesn't have an appointment!! What kind of monsters are you?? Needless to say since this was an emergency we left and went to Richardson Methodist where they took him in IMMEDIATELY and treated him for his injuries. After explaining what we had gone through at your center the doctors there were more than disgusted at your lack of concern and urgency for a patients well being because he 'didn't have an appointment'!! Your office staff is horrible and none seem to be very bright since they couldn't figure out how to open a claim and thought it was more important that a patient have an appointment as opposed to losing his fingers!! I am only giving 1 star because it won't let me post this without it but I think these people need to be in the negative!!

I recently had a hand injury and was referred to Dr. Mehta. From my first visit to my last visit I could not have had a better experience. He took the time to show and explain what was going on with my injury and what my xrays showed. My therapist both Leigh and Mallory were great, did not try to push to hard just hard enough to get results. So from everyone I came in contact with from the ladies that make the appointments to xray tech to the doctor and the therapist I can't say enough good things. Thank you for everything you did and for a great experience dealing with my injury.
