They all genuinely care about you and your goals, all the while maintaining a comfortable environment and judgement-free zone. Dr. Koneru is a brilliant and experienced surgeon who listens to your concerns and guides you in the right direction. I went in for a septoplasty & rhinoplasty and told him how I thought I also had a weak jawline. He understood what I was trying to express but told me it was my chin, not my jaw that was affecting my profile. I have since recovered and I love my results! Dr. Kaneru was highly recommended to me from my husband, and I am more than pleased with my results. My husband works in the medical field and said Dr. Kaneru is the best plastic surgeon in San Antonio. Ive had four children and breast fed all of them, so my breasts were uneven. He adjusted implant sizes as well as a fat transfer to get them as even as possible. They are even and natural in appearance now.As well as an excellent surgeon, he is also very personable. I would do it all over again and I recommend him to all of my friends wanting breast augmentation.

I am a former resident of the San Antonio area and recently had a posterior thigh lift done and I am 110% pleased with the results! I have been working with Dr. Koneru and his staff for over 3 years on various types of other procedures he offers as well. I had a dermabrasion procedure done to my face which resulted in 80% improvement of my facial scarring. Two other procedures I had done in the office were VPL and Ulthera. Both these procedures worked wonders in improving my facial features! Dr. Koneru is extremely knowledgeable and will give you guidance to offering the best possible solution for your needs. His staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. If I need any other procedures done I would fly back just to be under the care of Dr. Koneru.
