I did a mommy makeover in February (its now June). I am fully recovered and loving the results! Dr. Decherd was very patient with my numerous questions. His staff was amazing post and pre-op. His work is truly remarkable.

Got the mommy makeover done on 2/28/19. Wasnt sure what to expect. Seems like I was in and out, and results so far look awesome. Hardly any pain, just soreness. The incisions look perfect. So happy I chose Dr. Decherd...Im an engineer and once he said he had an engineering degree I knew he could work perfection! His staff are all very nice and beautiful women. Very kind and caring and crack jokes to help you relax. Dr. Kirby the anesthesiologist was also very kind and caring. They got you in did their job and got you on your way! Would highly recommend! This was a few hours after surgery after getting home...walked around just fine.

I do not recommend this Doctor. I had a mommy makeover by him and had two more revisions on my abdomen and belly button by him. Both revisions did not change the esthetic appearance of my abdomen and belly button. My abdomen is still bulging and my belly button looks horrible. He is very arrogant and gave me the feeling that it supposed to look like that.

Dr. Descherd and his team were amazing. I went in for a tummy tuck, complicated by a very large hernia and abdominal separation. I couldnt be more pleased with my results! For 15 years I lived with no core strength; I couldnt even balance on one foot to get dressed in the morning. Now, I am taking control of my body and my life, and I wouldnt have been able to without Dr. Descherd! I feel phenomenal. He and his staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. 10/10 would do again!

The Truth only

PLEASE BE CAREFUL, I wish I didnt go to Dr decherd, I truly regret it. He ruined my life. Thousands of dollars went down the drain. His staff are not the best, I have noticed they treat different people diffrently and one of his nurse is rude and seems careless. Right fter my arm lift surgery I've been having nerve pain in my right arm it felt diffrent from my left arm. Everytime I would visit him I would bring it up. He always brushed it off and made it seem like it the way I positioned my arm. Time after time when I kept insisting there is somthing wrong with my right arm, he then says that what I have is Carpal tunnel syndrome and recommends me to a friend hand doctor of his. I never had any issues with my arm before surgery and also the pain is coming from inside crease of the elbow not from my hand. On top of that he didnt even bother to do lipo to remove the arm back fat. It's been a struggle for me. And my life haven't been the same. On a side note please be carefull from that tall skinny nurse or I forgot her name. she is a homewrecker. I heard her talk to another nurse assistant in the office about another a doctor and saying 'gosh he is so hansome, and he is married but I dont care' Not professional!

I am very happy with Dr. Decherd, his staff, and my final results. I had rhinoplasty surgery 13 months ago. I spent 2 years researching and deciding if I wanted to go through with the procedure. I flew to Houston and San Antonio to meet with Doctors, and spoke with others in Dallas. Needless to say...I was going to be a high maintenance client. I went to see Dr. Decherd for the first time about something completely unrelated. After leaving his office and processing my experience with him and his staff (Heather in particular), I made another appointment to discuss rhinoplasty. After I made the decision to move forward, I met with Dr. Decherd three additional times. Each time I had a full page of questions for him. He answered all of my questions and I did not feel rushed. I was nervous and kind of embarrassed to ask some of my questions but I asked anyway because I didn't want to leave any questions un answered. He never made me feel dumb for asking the questions and he took every question I had seriously. This is something that was VERY important to me. I felt more comfortable every time I left his office. Every time I met with Dr. Decherd he always had another female present in the room. I thought this was very professional. The day of surgery went very smoothly. I was really happy with the private surgical facility. Very clean, private, and comfortable. Fast forwarding to the present...it takes 12-18 months to see the final results from a rhinoplasty procedure. That is why I'm writing this review 13 months later. Before my surgery I was uncomfortable taking pictures, I felt bad/sad when I looked in the mirror, and I had pain from the injury which cased my problem in the first place. Today, I look in the mirror and have the opposite thoughts. I LOVE my nose. I am very happy and appreciative of the attention, patience, and kindness Dr. Decherd and his staff has shown me. Thank you!!

Dr. Decherd did a breast augmentation for me and I love the results. He and his staff are warm, welcoming and caring. I even went back in twice to look at different sizes and his staff helped walk me through it all to make the best decision. Omg I absolutely love this staff and Dr. Decherd is my favorite! As anyone else I went to several other consultations with other Physicians and when I finally came to Dr. Decherd it was a perfect match. All the work hes done on me I have people always say... wow he did a really good job! Friends who have had the same surgeries, their results dont compare. They always say.... man your stomach looks better then mine, or wow I wonder why mine is this way. The best surgeon in San Antonio! Wish I could give him and his staff 10 stars! After losing 100lbs I was in need of a breast lift and augmentation. He did amazing work! Literal art! My initial consultation was extremely informative and hes so humble and down to earth. He didnt try to sell me on anything I didnt need and he was so honest about his practice and his work. Dr. Decherd did such an amazing job with my breast augmentation! I couldnt be happier with the results. His staff was great and he sat and took the time to answer my (70) questions I came in with. We booked my surgery for a week after my consultation. I made a joke to him about wanting to wake up to a mountain of chocolate... and I kid you not, I woke up next to a pile of chocolate. I went with Dr. Decherd to get a breast augmentation about 4 months ago. Him and his staff are very professional and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Decherd is very straightforward and lets you know what is best to go with. The girls at the front desk are so friendly and know me by name, which makes it more personal.Update: About 6 months post-op I noticed my right breast was painful and looked different than my left. I brought it up to Dr. Decherd but he didnt really seem concerned. After a couple months of not being able to really do anything without pain and discomfort and also my right looking odd shaped, I brought it up to him again and he just said yeah they do look a little different and sent me to a radiologist. He said hed follow up with me when he receives the results. Of course, he never did. That was about 6 months ago and he still hasnt contacted me knowing how uncomfortable I was. I am upset because I spent all this money and Im actually embarrassed about the way they look. I know Im going to need a revision but to be honest Im now okay with him not contacting me because I wouldnt want him to do my surgery again.

I had my procedure the end of May. My whole experience was amazing. The staff is very sweet and attentive anything I needed, they were ready and available to help me with or accommodate to. The surgery went well and I was very pleased with my results. I am 41 and I must say I feel and look like Ive erased years off myself. Did I mention that the office is super luxurious with amazing decor and very high tech, but the absolute best part is the snacks; candy and chips! Sorry I always get distracted with SNACKS . Moving on to the POINT. Dr. Dechard was out of this world. He made me feel comfortable and that is super important to me. I visited 2 other doctors before him but his rapport with me is why I made my decision to chose him. I guess it also helped that when I looked up best plastic surgeons, his name popped up and he had a ton of stars and GRRRRRRRREAT comments on Google. His nurses are so friendly, so pretty and if I emailed them they were right on it. I never felt neglected. Oh by the way everyone working there is super HOT! Its like they all walked out of a magazine. Not to be superficial or anything but everyone there is not sore on the eyes at all. I must say I was very impressed. I know in the future Im going to need a couple more procedures just for minor matinance issues Due to future aging, and I honestly feel as if I found my forever Doctor to perform them all!
