I did my research and was looking for the best surgeon in my area for a tummy tuck and lipo. After I found the top 4 best surgeons in my area I made a consultation with all four. It was a scary process because I felt there was so much I did not know even though I tried my best to research. All of the appointments were similar, except for my appointment with Dr. schaffer. I could tell his heart was in it. He sat down with me and explained everything to me, he did not rush and I felt so confident and educated when I left. I felt his compassion and I knew right away that I wanted him to be my surgeon. The staff has been amazing to me!!!! WOW!! They really have an amazing team, everyone plays a special part in my comfort. I've called them in the middle of the night with questions after my surgery and was treated like family. I am not just a number to them. I completely trust Dr. Schaffer. Have you seen his work? I'll be uploading pictures to this review as soon as I heal more. Already booked another procedure for April. I never thought my body would look this good. My scar is very low and thin,and I have the hourglass figure I wanted. It was done in a very nice hospital with the sweetest nurses. I wanted the best and I got the best!! You get what you pay for , but I never thought I would receive this quallity of care. Very blessed to have them take care me.

Dr Schaffer and his staff are amazing. My consultation with Victoria was great, I wasnt nervous or embarrassed. They helped me figure out cup size/CC and explained how to decide based on my body type. They didnt push a size, they provided details to help me make a decision. Dr Schaffer answered all my questions before I could even ask them. He mentioned his experience with both saline and silicone and allowed me to make a decision on what I wanted. He made me feel comfortable and explained in detail my procedure and expectations. My result are great and I am very pleased. He is a perfectionist! I can not speak highly enough of Dr. Schaffer. I absolutely love him and his entire staff. My cosmetic surgery journey began in 2012 when I decided to get breast augmentation, I was very self conscious of my breasts after pregnancy and breastfeeding two children and Dr. Schaffer gave me the breasts I had always dreamt of having. Years later I developed capsular contracture in my left breast and I felt devastated and scared for my future. I scheduled an appointment back with Dr. Schaffer because he is the only surgeon I trust with my care, he is knowledgeable and brilliant in his craft, but the cherry on the cake is that he is gentle, kind, and treated me with respect and took the time to answer any and all of my questions and concerns. I recently had my capsular contracture revision surgery with Dr. Schaffer and I am absolutely stunned at how beautiful my breasts are again. Not only did he correct my issues but we decided a larger implant would be a better fit for my frame. I went for a breast augmentation that I have been wanting since I was 16 (Im 21 now) after a lot of research I found the Doctor Ive been looking for. I went in for my consult, which went fabulous; Dr. Schaffer understood exactly what I wanted. I got super lucky and as I was checking out I found out there was an opening for surgery the next day! I am long overdue for this review! However, he was so good that after a year I still remember his work. Five years ago I had a 'major' breast reduction, so there was reconstructive work to do. I was left what is called pig ears. This was fat left on the sides of the breast. If you know about breast reductions there is no guarantee that they will look even and pretty. I had moved to Texas from another state so I had to look for a new surgeon which was Dr. Schaffer, and I could have not been any happier!!! He was awesome, and left my breast looking 'pretty!' His staff is super friendly, he was very informative, quick and did an excellent job. I bit paranoid with any surgery and he did a GREAT job in keeping me calm and always felt I was in good hands. Any future surgeries are automatically going to him!

Dr. Shaffer was amazing! I had Bilateral Breast Augmentation in June simply to have the girls put back to normal after loosing 30 lbs. He really took the time and was thorough at the consult. I recently did a breast augmentation and went up to 780cc and expressed that I did not want that 'fake beach-ball under the shirt look' and left it all to him and though skeptical at first, I am so glad I did! He definitely is the BEST and I am glad that after months of research that I decided on him! Great doctorlong lasting results! I recently consulted with Dr. Schaffer regarding my breast implant surgery that he performed over 23 years ago. My implants still look and feel like new, but I wanted to know if they should be replaced at some point in the future. Dr. Schaffer informed me there was no timeline to replace them unless there was a problem. That was great news to me as I am still completely happy with the results today.Dr. Schaffer is a first rate surgeon. His procedure of going through the armpit left no visible scars, and my implants still look like new after 23 years. Ive referred a couple friends to Dr. Schaffer for breast implants and they have also been thrilled with his results.

I originally wanted to get a breast augmentation in Beverly Hills CA because I am extremely picky and would spend the money on a breast augmentation that I knew would look amazing. I went to Dr. Schaffer after my mom had a breast augmentation and lift. I was really impressed by his work on her and so I decided to give him a shot. I was really impressed by his attention to detail, knowledge, and his professionalism. After my breast augmentation, I was in pain and scared of what the results would be after getting my bandages off. Once the bandages were removed, my breasts looked amazing. Even better than I expected. Its like he took what I said and exceeded my expectations. Dr. Schaffer is a very humble man and he helps you make the best decision based on your body type. The staff and Dr. Schaffer were super nice and helpful. I called the office at least once a week with questions and they answered them without making me feel stupid. My before and after results will be on the website after my steri strips fall off. No regrets at all !!! If anything, I am so thankful that I chose him. He could not have done a better job. I am almost 3 weeks post op and my breasts feel natural and are big and round like what I asked. I am 57, 135 lbs and got 475 filled to 500 ccs of saline in case anyone was curious.

Let me explain to you why Dr. Schaffer is always excited to see me! I call him (The doctors Dr.) After many extensive breast augmentation and repairs no other doctor should have been willing to touch me for fear they would cause more damage! But one doctor did and I paid a small fortune and ended up so depressed because my self-esteem was lower than I could ever imagine! Dr. Schaffer was my last hope! Believe me when I tell you he did not leave the OR until he knew I would be completely satisfied with his work! I do believe I was his most challenging surgery! But he exceeded my expectations! My daughter had breast augmentation and it has been horrible. First impression was great and that was it! Her original breasts were two different sizes and she just wanted to be a 'C' cup (originally an A for one breast and a B the other breast). Months after surgery breasts did not look or feel even and the doctor would try to justify they looked fine. Then she wakes up one morning to a popped implant and she had addressed the hardness at her requested follow up visits. No one in the office seemed as concerned as this situation should have been. Needless to say it was made out the replacement surgery would be quick and easy...4.5 hours later the results are horrible. The doctor decided to use an even bigger implant on the one breast that popped, cut around nipple creating a big scar, stretching nipple so not only are her breasts 2 different sizes again (now a D and DD - he said he does implants by volume not cup size...what?), nipples are different sizes, scars, one hard, one soft, one perky, one saggy - much worse than she started. When returning with concerns the doctor acted like he did not know her situation and dismissed any of her. Now she is miserable with big breasts and scared to find another doctor to fix her situation! This doctor needs to learn bed side manners, be prepared when patients have concerns or problems, and take care of patients as individuals!

I did my research and very happy that I did. I met with a few other plastic surgeons prior to my consultation with Dr. Schaffer and my experiences with them were disappointing. I left feeling uninformed and like a number after a five minute consultation, then being shuffled to a scheduler to discuss scheduling and payment. My experience with Dr. Schaffer was completely different. In my initial consultation he spent a significant amount of time with me evaluating, analyzing, explaining and discussing what my goals were and options that could give me the best results based on his many years of professional experience. I chose to have my cosmetic procedures completed with Dr. Schaffer based on his experience and patient rapport. The 5 star reviews are no joke, Dr. Schaffer is the real deal! I became interested in having my procedure done about a year ago so naturally I turned to the web to search for surgeons. Normally I would have researched multiple surgeons to get the best feel for who I would be comfortable with the most. The first surgeon I came across was Dr. Schaffer and I automatically knew that my search was over. For some reason I felt that there was no need to investigate other local surgeons and therefore I made an appointment for an estimate that very day. I am a 49 year old woman that gave birth to three children. My first pregnancy I carried a set of twins full term. Needless to say, I had stretch marks, sagging breast, and loose skin. I am not superficial, but I wouldn't wear certain clothes. I went to Dr Schaffer for a tummy tuck/possible mommy makeover. I was very nervous about having elective surgery. I was worried about the outcome and going under anesthesia. These worries were put to rest after our first meeting. It might sound corny, but the day of surgery, he marked my body like and artist.
