I went in for cataract surgery a year ago. Haven't been able to see since the 2nd one. Went back numerous times and had more surgeries. Still seeing double. No help whatsoever but they want you to keep coming back to see someone else. The last visit he pulled my glasses down on my nose and asked if I could see better now!! If you value your eyes stay away from here. Went to another Dr and found out the wrong lens was inserted.

For those inquiring of this place. I give it two stars because the staff is friendly as is with any other type of business. If you are not fimiliar with business strategies consider everything from start to finish. Examine your surroundings, everyone has a motive as to why people act or do certain things. For example, Doctors get away with certain things because people are not fully educated in certain areas, like in the medical field. For this, you have to trust your own instincts because doctors, not all, but some will drain you from funds. So here is their business strategy. You go in, they evaluate you, then the message gets transmitted to your doctor. After that, he sends their assistant to relay information to you such as 'the doctor wants you to take an eye exam' then you say 'another' 'how much is it' and they say I'm not sure, but if you agree they'll tell you at the front when you go pay. Humans have this need to believe everything they don't fully understand because they feel it is in their best interest. Just remember, nobody does anything for good will. So at your next appointment, the same process keeps happening, the doctor said you need this exam. In the end, ask yourself 'was it necessary if you still have the same problem'. What has changed, in regards to medical condotions? People, you need to pay attention to these things. Evaluate your surroundings, elderly people are more prone to scams. Unfortunately, all this is lawful but you are in control of your finances. So, do the things you are there for. Do not let me nor any professional dictate what is necessary. Your funds control people and businesses. In the end, school does not make professionals. It is through experience that one attains understanding. This is why people are taken advantage because others recognize your inability to comprehend cetain situations. People are subjected to know only what is in their right (their own surrounding) to understand. Therefore, always question everyone as to why it is necessary. Without evidence, your just a guinea pig trying different approaches to see which works best. Also, don't pay attention to message responses as though the organization is trying to make amends. It's statiscal information being collected on behalf of the organization.

Staff is always very courteous, all staff is very helpful. Dr. Sudarshan is just the very best. Dr. always explains procedures in a matter that I understand. I cannot say enough of my Dr. and his expertise, I wholeheartedly trust him with my vision. And very highly recommend him. He is after all THE EYE EXPERT in every sense of the title. I love my Dr. And his staff.

I had a very good experience. The staff was great. The doctor was awesome. He told me that my vision was the same. I did not need to replace my glasses. I was in aww when he told me that. Cuz that was a 1st. I've been here for 2 years and seems that because I have insurance the doctors come with all kinds of stuff so that they can charge my insurance. So to have Dr. Richardson. tell me I didn't need to replace my glasses. Wow that was awesome. I left the office on cloud 9. Oh and their office music is great.

While making appointment I inquired about familiarity with my condition. Staff had to check and said doc was qualified. (What else would they say?) Said I wanted to talk to doc. After arrival I was told dilation of eyes was required before I could even speak with doc. Evidently good money in dilation. I refused dilation until I had talked with doc and was told I could reschedule dilation when I had driver but that was only option. Still have no idea if doc is qualified but highly doubt it. Will never know.

Excellent staff and great doctor. The staff is very knowledgeable and the professionalism is very obvious. They have set policies and procedures so that the experience is truthful, upfront and clear and I appreciate that. My experience was great and the office always looks fantastic for the holidays!

They are pleasant, cheerful, helpful, and caring. I learn what needs attention and receive the treatment options needed to help me. There was no 'hurry-up and get it done' attitude as I have experienced elsewhere. They have patience and take their time to complete the exam. The wait length before the exam is minimal. I really like this place.

I called 11/18 @8:00 am they said they would call back at 11:30 I called back and told them I guess they have enough business. I needed an eye exam, after I made the second call they called me back and no I would not recommend.

Arrived n within minutes was called in tech was polite n accomadating I'm in a wheel chair things needed to be moved around to accommodate wheelchair n take eye test.....Coffee was fresh my 4th or 5th time easy in n out .........

Worst eye exam ever. Never saw doctor until very end when he parroted what assistant had said. Told I didn't need astigmatism correction that I have had for 60 years. Got wrong dominant eye. Complained several times. Told I would adjust. Could not see with perscription. Do not use, especially if you wear contacts.
