My experience with Sandra was great, but her staff on the other hand was and is horrible. Sarah and Ashley both lied to me on the phone on numerous occasions. My biggest problem has been getting them to take care of my insurance claim properly. I've called time and time again with no call back or update period. I guess since I already paid up front they dont care.

I had a terrible infection in my jaw for months and could not get it terminated from other dental professionals (more than one). My heart doctor referred me to Dr. Vergara. Dr. Vergara investigated with an infectious disease doctor as well as my personal physicians. As a result the infection was terminated. I had to have oral surgery on two of my lower jaw teeth. Dr. Vergara did the surgery and installed two implants. I have enjoyed eating ever since. Dr. Vergara and her staff are truly professionals!

AWESOME!!! I can't say enough about Dr. Vergara and her staff. They are attentive, professional, and helpful every step of the way. Dr. Vergara is the best at what she does. I don't like dental work anymore than the next person, but they all made it a pleasant experience from beginning to end. I was up and back to my normal activities the very next morning. My experience was flawless! Six months ago I had the very good fortune to walk into Dr. Sandra Vergara's office for dental implants. During this process to restore my teeth to good health, Dr. Vergara and her staff have treated me with great care and kindness. Everyone explained in clear and understandable detail every step and what to expect...this was wonderful for each anxiety filled procedure...they eased my mind and I was able to concentrate on healing and not the procedures. Today, I walked out of her office for the last time and I just want anyone needing implant surgery to know that Dr. Sandra Vergara is a wonderful choice in doctors.

If I could give 100 starts I would!!! So a lot of people told me how scary wisdom teeth surgery is and my friends told me Ill be in pain forever! I got mine done with Dr vergara and it was the best experience ever! I had no pain and she was so sweet with so many years of experience in her job and she did perfect! My recovery went so so well that all my friends were super surprised! Shes very sweet and has kind and good staff that will take care of you perfectly. I LOVED getting my wisdom teeth done with her. If youre looking for a great doctor you really need to go to Dr vergara!

I give one star because the staff went out of their way for me. Dr. Vergara is a nice lady and all, but my experience was not great. I woke up during the procedure and panicked a little. Dr. Vergara threw her hands up and said she couldn't work with me screaming (I was not screaming, just a little freaked out). I asked her if she got the rest of my tooth out and she said no because, again, I was screaming. Well excuse me! Still not sure why she didn't put me back under and finish the job. So now I still have part of my tooth in my head that I'll eventually have to deal with. She made me feel like it was my fault. Plus I've been in excruciating pain and the meds they are giving me are not working like they said they would. I still give Dr. Vergara the benefit of the doubt- she's been great to alot of people. But as for me I will NEVER go back there again.

Solid As A Rock

I was a basket case when I walked into Dr. Vergaras office. My old dentures were worn out, my jaw bone nearly gone, and she really didnt have much to work with. I had actually waited too long to get things fixed. She gave me a proposal, lined up financing, and we began the 13 month transformation. She has before/after photos. Just ask to see them.Yes, it was a painful process. There were many surgeries, sleeping in an easy chair, and much pain. But it was all necessary to achieve the smile I have today. I can proudly smile. When I smile others smile back at me. But best of all I can eat just about anything. The new teeth are strong.I had implant dentures put in. She implanted 4 on top and 4 on the bottom and screwed the dentures to those.The reason I picked Dr. Vergara is that I felt she really cared. Its been 7 months since she completed the process, and I can say beyond a shadow of a doubt that she is the most caring doctor Ive ever used. She is very picky about her work and treats her patients like they were her own family.Her prices are probably a little less than the other guys. She cares about people, and want people to have access to affordable dental care. Yes, she is there to make money, but to Dr. Vergara its more about helping people.I would give her 6 stars if I could.Rocky

the dentist has a nice bed side manner. however she mis-diagnosed me in several aspects. first she checked my teeth and said I have gingevitis and one of my teeth had a crown. I never had gingevitis and never had a crown. the nurse assistants were not experienced. it took them 30 minutes, seven attempts to take an x-ray on one of my tooth and the thing they put inside my mouth to keep my mouth open hurts my gum badly it was not a comfortable experience.
