The whole entire staff is amazing, detail oriented, they make you feel at home and welcomed. Dr Jensen has a phenomenal bedside manner, very kind, very compassionate and told me what I needed what I didnt need. My results exceeded far beyond my expectations! I had a small lipoma (on my face) removed by Dr Jensen. The procedure was quick, simple and the results fantastic. Just recently I got an email stating an overdue balance - the procedure was over a year ago. I reached out to the office and received some of the best customer service I've ever experienced by Ryanne Owens. She got right to the bottom of the issue, involved the necessary parties, and got the incorrect charges taken care of right away. She was very personable via phone and so responsive via email. She is a true asset to this clinic and I hope (for their sake) they give her every reason to stay.

Dr. Mark Jensen SKILLFULLY and successfully corrected the bungled breast reduction performed for another area plastic surgeon. I wish I'd gone to him in the first place for this surgical procedure. (The prior surgeon had left me with 4 uneven bumps and 2 'dog ears' that looked like Hershey's kisses on my back. So ugly! Dr. Jensen fixed that all !!!) He is MARVELOUS and I HIGHLY recommend him!

I had to wait a month for a consult, which typically is a good sign and means he's busy. However once I arrived I had to wait over an hour to see the dr. He didn't acknowledge that I'd waited over an hour or apologize. If you have nothing better to do than sit around and wait on this guy, then this is your place.

Words can't describe how amazing Dr. Jensen, Lyndsay and their staff are. Being newly diagnosed with breast cancer the process can be overwhelming and exhausting but dealing with Dr Jensen and his team made it all an awesome experience. I just went in for a consultation about my nose today. The staff were all very friendly and caring. So the left side of my nose has been bothering me.... I broke it in a car accident 24 years ago and it's been worked on multiple times since (by a different Doctor). I did some research online for local plastic surgeons and was impressed with the reviews I read about Dr. Jensen, his history at the Mayo Clinic, and his years of experience. I wanted to get Dr. jensen's opinion on my nose. He was very easy to talk to, not intimidating, and honest. He told me that the skin on my nose is actually really thin and any work done on it may actually make it look worse. He basically told me that it really probably wouldn't be worth it. He did give me a fellow plastic surgeon's name (who does a lot of work on noses On people who have had multiple surgeries) if I wanted another opinion. Dr. Jensen did confirm to me that the things I'm not loving about my nose are truly there but are also not very noticeable unless I point them out. He said my nose is attractive and honestly wouldn't be worth the risk. I truly appreciated his honesty. A lot of doctors would just do it for the money and not care about the risk of making it look worse. That is a caring doctor right there. If I ever need plastic surgery on something else in the future, I'd definitely go to Dr. Jensen!

Dr Jensen removed an enormous abdominal scar that had healed really wonky the year previous. I was awake for the scar revision and it was a great experience! My new scar is 100 times better. We've had great follow up appointments and care. The office staff are wonderful and accommodating.

Dr Jensen and his staff are the best. I had the best results and after only 2 days was up and moving and today on my 4th day I went to a boutique and another small store. My results are unreal and the care/bedside manner was out of this world that Dr Jensen provided to me. My husband was so impressed and even more so with my recovery. I told him what I wanted and he made it happen. I had 3 procedures done and I am so excited for next week to see the outcome progress. Despite calling in advance to make sure Dr. Jensen would work with the doctor performing my deviated septum and being assured he would and waiting weeks for an appointment, Dr Jensen did not want to work with my surgeon but with another surgeon who was a personal friend of his. His office staff while nice, discussed people they knew (specifically their wealth) loud enough for those in the waiting room to over hear. Let's hope they werent patients. Almost as frustrating as finding out Dr Jensen wouldn't work with my surgeon after waiting weeks for an appointment was having to repeat simple statement and questions several times to the front desk staff before they appeared to understand.

Dr. Jensen is a miracle worker! After my three year old fell and split his head open, I took him in with a gaping, akwardly shaped hole in his forehead repeating to myself over and over 'chicks dig scars....chicks dig scars'. Totally unnecessary because you can barely see where the wound was! My father in law, who is also a doctor, loves to look at my sons forehead and is amazed every time at how good it looks. Since then we have gone to Dr. Jensen for several other procedures. Dr. Jensen is as talented as he is kind, as skilled as he is personable, and as smart as he is professional.
