What he was able to do far surpassed my expectations and I couldnt be more happy with my results. I have not had any complications and the healing has been great. I do not recommend Dr. Crofts. I have posted my personal photos to show my experience. After being fully healed from having my implants removed I only wanted a small reduction done to my left breast, so it would be more symmetrical with my right breast. After the left breast reduction surgery, done by Dr. Crofts, I was left with hardly any left breast tissue and a sunken in center. These photos show the result of my first surgery performed by Dr. Crofts and then the following surgeries performed by Dr. Crofts to try and correct what happened as a result of my first surgery. My right breast now has barely any lower breast tissue and no improvement was made of my left breast. As a result of these surgeries there is not much left of my breasts and what is left of them is devastating for me physically, emotionally, and psychologically. I have consulted with other surgeons who have told me I will need reconstructive surgery to help correct this. I am broke now and can not afford that. I have requested to be refunded by Dr. Crofts my surgical and anesthesia fees so I can pursue reconstructive surgery to help correct this. I have received no response from Dr. Crofts. The response I have received is a letter from Dr. Crofts attorney threatening legal action against me if I do not remove my reviews. My review is 100% honest, sincere, accurate, and reflects the facts of my experience. My photos are my evidence. Patients have the right to know both good and bad experiences. Based on my experience with Dr. Crofts, I can not recommend him to anyone. I wish I could turn back time and not have had this surgery or have chosen another surgeon.(I have posted my personal photos to show my experience on Astheticas Facebook page, Dr. Kimball Crofts RealSelf, and Kimball Crofts MD Yelp (google will not post my before photo, only my afters. My guess is google filters my before photo as breasts, but not my after photos).

I couldnt be happier with my purchase! I got a breast augmentation and lift. After breastfeeding two babies I just wanted to restore what was once there. His technique with the more open pocket makes them look super natural and I dont think anyone will ever know I got anything done, which is what I wanted. I didnt go necessarily for size, more for shape. Now I have confidence in everything I wear! Dr. Crofts and his staff are soo nice! I went to Dr. Crofts for a tummy tuck, diastasis recti and an umbilical hernia repair and I am SO HAPPY with my results!!! He is an excellent doctor, I was very pleased with the care I received before, during and after my surgery. Dr. Crofts and his team were always available, friendly and supportive whenever I needed them. My surgery was five weeks ago, and even though I am still in the healing process my body looks great, my scar is super thin and very asymmetrical, I was very worried about the scar, but somehow even my scar he was able to make it beautiful. Dr. Crofts has definitely been blessed with healing hands, he is kind, professional and extremely knowledgeable and I am so grateful that I chose him to be my doctor.

My initial consultation was done with Dr. Crofts amazing team of highly professional nurses who make the experience fun and exciting while also providing all the information you could possibly ask for. Honestly I have mixed feelings. Dr. Crofts is an excellent surgeon and is very good at what he does. I have two complaints. I did not like the Hospital I stayed at for post surgical care. I was not properly looked after by the nursing staff directly following my surgery. My 2nd complaint is that I felt a little lost in the shuffle with Dr. Crofts office staff. I felt like they are just super busy and attention to detail and follow up can be forgotten. With all that said, I am happy with my results from Dr. Crofts. He did a beautiful job. My suggestion would be to look into the hospital and its ratings/reviews where you will have post surgery care.

Dr. Crofts was very friendly and explained the procedural steps so my family member understood what would be done. Unfortunately, due to our lame insurance we will have to visit another in-network surgeon. Not happy about that. I would highly recommend Dr. Crofts and his staff.

Don't try and do business with this company. I scheduled an appointment months in advance and then as it drew closer to the date of the appointment (that I had taken time off for and planned on; as had my husband as he intended to accompany me), the office started to harass me with texts and phone calls (while I was at work and unable to respond as my company doesn't allow personal calls) and the day before my appointment? They cancelled it. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful; quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever received. I wonder if Dr. Crofts is at all aware of how badly his front desk is run. They told me not to come in and that they didn't want to do business with me when I called and complained about their actions. There are so many other surgeons to choose from in the area; you don't need to be doing business with one who will arbitrarily cancel your appointments.

Hands down one of the best decisions I've ever made was deciding to get my pre-baby body back, and having it done by Dr Crofts. Dr Crofts staff was incredibly friendly and I never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. This was my very first surgery ever (breast augmentation), other than the birth of my 2 kids, so I was pretty nervous about the anesthesia and recovery aspect of the surgery. But those concerns were totally unwarranted - I dont remember anything about the surgery (lol) and recovery was INCREDIBLY easier than I expected (based on what you see in movies, lol!). I finally have my pre-baby 'ladies' back and I feel confident in my own skin again. For anyone that is debating on going to Dr. Crofts, know that both he and his staff genuinely cares about each and every patient. You will not regret your decision!

I am so pleased with the skin extraction and lipo by Dr. Crofts on my knees. I am older, and one doctor close to where I live wouldnt even look at me after seeing a picture of my knees and learning my age. My knees were big. It was hard fitting into slacks, and they would touch and rub when walking. I had had two other lipos on them years ago (by different doctors), which made them worse. Dr. Crofts corrected the wrong done and has helped me have normal knees. He did so with complete confidence and accuracy. He showed compassion and treated me with care.
