Love this practice and staff!! Everyone greets you with a smile and are so friendly. All of the treatments Ive received relating to my skin care has had beautiful results. Andrea does all my medspa treatments & facials. I just adore her. The office is spotless and smells amazing. Highly recommend!! I cant say enough about them, am a very happy client.

Love the staff here from the receptionists to the service providers. Everyone is friendly, supportive and provides great customer service. I recently lost my father and they sent me a condolence card with a box of chocolates. Erica provides great facials and Danielle helped calmed my fears about getting dysport injections. The services are great too. The hydra facial is my favorite along with the vitamin IV which has proven to be very beneficial to me over the long term. Considering I was a bit skeptical before trying it, I must say I see a great improvement in my energy levels over the last 4 months compared to how tired I was 6 months ago. I never feel like they are pushing products here, but I will say the skin care line they use here is the first line of products where everything I have tried so far works well for me. If you are not sure if you should go to Nova plastic surgery, just try them once, I promise you wont be disappointed.

BEYOND DISAPPOINTING. THERE SHOULD BE AN OPTION TO RATE THIS PLACE WITH 0 STARS. I was initially impressed with the aesthetics of their facility. However, my surgery turned out to be a nightmare and the WORST surgical experience ever. Prior to the surgery Dr. Zahir wrote a prescription without including the quantity. How does a medical doctor write a prescription without the quantity for the pharmacist to fulfill is beyond me. That was the first red flag. Secondly, I had consulted with another surgeon who told me that a tummy tuck would be ideal for the results I needed. Dr. Zahir and Jennifer assured me that lipo to my tummy would be least invasive and I would still get the results. Dr. Zahirs price was higher than others but I thought for least invasive approach it would be worth it. Well, $10, 270 later I got worst results. My stomach now has a dent. Photo attached as proof. The surgery was a complete waste of time and money. Dr. Zahir and Jennifer recommended lympathic drainage massages and expensive post surgery garments all of which did not work. I was very upset that after surgery I had to spend more money trying to get the results. Both Dr. Zahir and Jennifer were fully aware of the lousy work and offered a complimentary lipo to the area but the clause was that I would still have to pay thousand of dollars in facility fees. I immediately declined. There's no way I would ever let them do a surgery on me again, not ever. I wish I had gone to another surgeon. I QUESTION DR. ZAHIR'S JUDGEMENT from writing a poor prescription to making a poor recommendation for the procedure. I would NEVER recommend their services. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Not able to afford laser hair removal treatment package (lip and chin, 5 visits) up front for $800 but the free consultation was excellent. State of the art building with all the comfortable amenities. The staff are very professional while warm and personable and attended to every need and request. Great privacy during appointment and asthetician was super informative. One-star off for not offering a pay-as-you-go option or single-treat option for people who can't afford the package up front.

I highly recommend NOVA Plastic Surgery! The staff has been very helpful and friendly from the start. I had a lower blepharoplasty procedure done recently by Dr. Zahir and I'm so happy with the results so far. I had little to no bruising and it's only been 4 days so far. Other places told me I'll be out for 2-3weeks with expected bruising but I think I'll be fine by the end of the week. I'm so glad I found this place instead. Dr. Zahir was very knowledgeable during the consultation and quick and comforting during the procedure. The staff was great as well. Jenn has also been very helpful with questions before the procedure and has checked on me several times after the procedure. I felt like I've been in great hands with this team. I'll definitely use them again for other treatments.

While I am happy with the way the upper lids turned out, I am equally unhappy with the lower lids which shouldn't come as a surprise, as I have expressed this several times. After several follow up appointments with Dr. Zahir, I mentioned that my lower lids still had heavy wrinkles. He asked me what I wanted to do about them and when I said that I had already had a lift, his exact words were: 'That's news to me!'. He didn't remember doing the lower eye lids or even recognize his work! A LITTLE DISCONCERTING IF YOU ASK ME!At that appointment, he suggested that I get fillers in my cheeks, which might help eradicate some of the under eye wrinkles. I agreed, and at my next appointment I had the fillers put in both cheeks to the tune of $2,400.00.My cheeks filled out nicely, but I still have the wrinkles under my eyes. The next suggestion that Dr. Zahir made, was that I go to a spa for facials. He recommended a particular spa, BUT I didn't contact the spa because at this point, I had invested $7,415.00 in my face, and I really didn't want to spend another dime until I was satisfied. That being said, when I contacted NOVA Plastic Surgery, they suggested I come in for a complimentary facial, I thought, what the heck!? I had some sort of reaction and was PUFFED UP FOR OVER A MONTH! After my face felt somewhat normal for a week, I decided to try just a dab (and I mean a tiny dab!) of one of the samples that was given to me. I ended up having another reaction and the side of my face looked like I was in the ring with Rocky Balboa!. That being said, I discarded all the other samples because something in thier products doesn't jive with my chemistry.. I have never had issues like this before, never had reactions to anything before, etc... Dr. Zahir also recommend that I see a dermatologist ...MORE MONEY OUT OF MY POCKETWhen the puffiness from the first reaction didn't go away for several weeks, I decided that maybe it was something in my make-up. I discarded ALL my make-up and replaced with new. New foundation, new blush, new eye shadows, new mascaras, new eyeliners, which as you know, was not cheap!I feel that if the lower Blepharoplasty had left my skin smoother from the get go, all the additional costs would have been mute. I just wanted to feel refreshed and look a little younger. Do you know, that not ONCE, has anyone said to me that I look refreshed or younger? The only thing I have heard from people who know I had the work done, is 'YOU DIDN'T GET YOUR MONEY'S WORTH'This being said, I would NOT recommend NOVA Plastic Surgery.

I was greeted by Haley at the front desk who is so gentle and professional with a smile that makes you feel so welcome. This week I had a chemical peel done with Dareen and the experience was awesome! A real treat for my skin and I got a free head a neck massage while having a calming and clarifying mask on! Wow! Being a new mom, not having enough time to take care of my skin and have some me time was bothering me...my skin looked so tired and winter dryness did not help so I felt like I had to pamper myself. The chemical peel was so gentle, (btw they call it the 'glow peel' and it really works!)the experience so pleasant and my skin feels so rested and glowing..really better than any facial I had ever done. Thanks Dareen!Next week I am going back for my BBL session with Sherri. Thank you Nova Plastic Surgery for making a tired mom feel so pampered, look rested and feel boosted again!
