Amazing doctors and staff. Both of my boys and my husband have been seen and the care you receive is amazing. They take the time to figure out the problem and do their best to fix it. Overall very satisfied with the practice. Would highly recommend to anyone.

While Indre Lithvonyoung was good to me the end of July, I was told to call for a followup. I called on a Monday afternoon and had to leave message with her admin. Called again about 1:30 on Wednesday and left message with a nurse. Sent a message on FB on Thursday. NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM!!! BR ENT needs new staff.

Dr. Courville has always been awesome with my children!! We have had to have several sets of tubes in their ears and he was always so patient with them (and me) and made us feel comfortable with the whole process! Highly recommend!

Definitely over booking patients. We are waiting right now for 1 hour and 30 minutes. I f we hadnt already paid our co-pay would have left due to lack of good time management of patients and feel like they are ambulance chasers

From the 1st contact with the office concerning the paperwork, to the initial visit with the nurse, then the PA and finally the doctor to go over everything with, I was totally Impressed.Very Friendly and very efficient as well as thorough. Highly Recommend if there treatment is needed.

Nice staff. Me and my son have both been seen there and my son even had a surgery recommended. Which turned out to be completely unnecessary and he was misdiagnosed as I was for years. Both of us saw other specialists and were both diagnosed correctly. I assume its because the amount of patients. My doctor treats to what is familiar instead of to the individual. We were told that children under 4 cannot have environmental alllergies. Turns out our son had multiple environmental allergies.

Absolutely love the doctors. I am a school teacher on a tight budget and needed to make payment arrangements. The amount they wanted a month was four times more than I could pay. I was told that unless our bill was paid in full by the next time I needed my allergy serum (which is in two weeks, but she seemed to think it was July 1) that they would not be able to mix it. I am very willing to pay my bill, but I do not like being threatened. I will no longer be seeing these doctors.

The office people were very friendly. However, I politely excused myself from my appointment with the Doctor. Being a Doctor does not make you any better than your patients. I refuse to be seen at this office again, let alone have any treatment done by this Doctor. No chair side manners at all. Very disappointed today.

Charges you $400 to look in your ears. Put in a tube for another $100, overcharges your insurance company, then sends you a threatening collections letter for the balance. Unreal. This is what's wrong with the American Health care system.

Dr. Meshkinfam is the rudest Doctor that I have seen in years, if ever. He did not address my issues. Lack of attention to patient's needs. I will not be returning to see him in the future.Follow Up Post:However, I have since seen Dr Cline who is definitely 5 stars. The staff are freindly and concerned about your issues. Thus, why the rating has changed from 1 star to 5 stars.

After waiting to see Dr. Meshkinfam for over a month (first appointment was canceled by Blue Ridge one day before appointment), I was seen for approximately ten minutes. Complaining of tinnitus, I was told I had wax on my eardrums and he was 90% sure that was the problem. Well it wasn't. He didn't even question me whether it resolved the problem, just sent me on my way. Don't expect personalized care. It reminds me of an ear-mill. (Glenn Rubel)
