I loathe a dentist office visit! That being said the Doctor and staff changed that way of thinking. I would not hesitate to return to this office. Doctor and staff were great. They were respectful, polite ,Courteous and very informative. Quick to explain procedure being performed and any of my billing questions. These guys know what they are doing and do it well.

Despite covid 19, they ensured everything was safe for us. It's been two weeks and Erica has had no complications and is eating normally after having 4 wisdom teeth taken out. Dr. Chalk always checks with us afterwards to see how the patient is doing (this is our second daughter to have wisdom teeth out with Dr. Chalk). We highly recommend Dr. Chalk and his staff!

I had the absolute best experience with this place. I have always been been afraid of dentists/ the prospect of any type of surgical procedure. I felt so safe and taken care of through out the entire procedure, it just absolutely blew me away. My surgeon, my anesthesiologist, and the nurses were all wonderful, and I will 100% recommended this place to anyone, and I this will be my first choice if I ever need to come back.

CVOFS is great with communication. Someone called us days prior to surgery with instructions and to ask if we had questions. We were greeted at the door and informed when the surgery was completed.The surgery went smoothly and my son had zero complications. The anesthesiologist asked us questions and asked if we had concerns. Dr. Chalk was my sons surgeon. We would recommend this office to others.

1) Long waiting time.2) Instructions handed out at the front desk were contradictory to what I was told (with a cheat sheet) post surgery.3) The oral surgery process was quick and without issues.4) Received call to reschedule appointment one day before the scheduled surgery date. The caller didn't sound very truthful when she said that the Doctor had an emergency. A phone call later revealed something different.

I had a great experience with my wisdom teeth removal. On the day of my surgery I received a call that I could come in early because they were ahead of their schedule. I was excited to get in and face my fears. I thought once I got there that I would wait around for a while. However, checking my vitals and getting me set up for surgery went quick. All I remember was waking up in a different room than I went to sleep in. I woke up with minimal pain. I went home and a few hours later I received a follow up call. I expected pain the next day but had no pain at all. Very pleased with Dr. Carvajal and his team!

I went in to get my wisdom teeth taken out--all four, all impacted. I was very nervous, but Nurse Forbes in particular comforted me before the surgery and while I was going under. She also did a great job making the IV as painless as possible. Afterwards, Surgical Assistant Forbes was great at explaining everything to my mom and, from what I remember, me. I even had a sweater knit blanket on me when I woke up! Everyone was incredibly efficiently yet caring. We waited for less than 10 minutes in the waiting room, and the surgery itself took about an hour.

I went to get my Top Wisdom Teeth removed and at first I was super nervous.... I didnt know what to expect.... But as soon as the nurses and staff got me strapped in for the procedure I was as ease.... They were very courteous and professional.... The procedure went smoothly and I was on my way home in no time at all.....It was such a pleasant operation that I wish I had more wisdom teeth to be removed so I could experience it all over again.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. When I called CVO&FS prior to my procedure, the nurses were kind and very patient in both answering all my questions and in helping me to get things set up at home for after my extractions.The day of my procedure, the nurse and anesthesiologist who worked with me were wonderful! Both were very kind, calm, and attentive to my questions and needs. They definitely helped to make me feel as relaxed and positive as possible. While my mind feared otherwise, I experienced no pain. Not a little pain, but no pain. The medications that were given to me to take when I got home have worked beautifully. Again, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Pre visit, extraction, and follow up visit were all very professional and the extraction went as well as could be expected. Excellent experience with Dr.Carvejehl and his staff. Dr. C has a great bedside manner and is the most gracious physician that I've ever encountered. His assistant, Megan, is knowledgeable and kind and provided a sense of comfort while explaining a very difficult upcoming procedure. Megan coordinated the procedure with several other physicians offices and followed up with us immediately to ensure the logistics of the scheduling. I am forever grateful to both of you and all the support you provided to my sister. You are simply the BEST!
