10/10. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and hospitable. Amy in particular was wonderful, talking me through the process, answering all my questions, and going the extra mile. Dr. Carvajal himself was also great; he listened to my concerns and told me what he felt I could benefit and what he thought would be unnecessary without hesitation, and during the procedure, he was very attentive and careful to make sure I remained well throughout. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. I can't yet speak for the results of my procedure, but I can say I'm already satisfied overall. Absolutely recommend.

Hands down the best aesthetics practice in Lynchburg! The staff are amazing! I have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Carvajal in a hospital setting and I can tell you he has compassion for his patients!
