If I could give Dr. Vonu and the entire staff a 10 star rating I would not hesitate. I dont know where to begin or even have enough space here to tell you what a great practice PSCHR is. All communications via the phone, emails and in person leave you feeling well taken care of. Now what else can I have done to go back? Haha Oh, and to receive fresh flowers delivered the day after surgery from them is way above and beyond excellent care. It was the nicest surprise. Dont look any further for the right plastic surgery center. You wont find another one as great.

I made a appointment for a FREE consultation. I went to the appointment and asked the first desk lady why she needed my insurance for a FREE consultation. She said it was just in case I got something done, they would have it in my file already. Three weeks later I get a bill in the mail. They charged me $125 for what I thought was a free consultation. I spoke with the office manager and instead of her saying her office gave me false information, she insisted it was my fault. I understood why the consultation wasnt free but no one explained the reasoning to me before I was seen. They let me think I was getting a free consultation when in reality they knew I wasnt.

Doctor Lofgren is hands down the best and most caring doctor Ive encountered in his line of work. He doesnt try to up sell you to any procedures other than what youre looking to do. And he will tell you if what you think can be done cannot. Very refreshing attitude rarely found In his profession. Always personable as is his staff. PSCH is definitely my choice.

The best experience. The staff and Dr Z are super friendly and always there to answer any questions. I was was very impressed with Dr Z and how comfortable I felt and my after results are beyond my expectations. I was in a car accident and my left implant deflated. I got new implants and a left. I highly reccomend Dr Z.

Arrived at the most beautiful and calming office. Dr. Lofgren explained everything to me, no pain during of after surgery. Went to work when surgery was finished. Stitches were removed 2 weeks later, wonderful service.

Since my surgery in 2011 I was told I could come in for a follow up/check up once a year (as part of the cost of my surgery) which I did with no problems for several years until my surgeon retired. Since his retirement, the staff and doctor I chose to use for my check ups have made me feel like an inconvenience. At each appointment the past two years I was told it wasnt necessary to waste my time to come in once a year. When in fact I believe thats their way of saying Im wasting their time. I wasnt even offered to make another appointment for next year at my last check up. Very disappointing as I thought this was an establishment that really cared about their patients. They dont have to worry about me spending anymore of my hard earned money here again if thats how they want to treat people.

I'm 8 days post opp from a mommy makeover with Dr. Z. and I can not speak highly enough about him and his staff! I am in love with my new flat stomach. I teared up a little the first time I took the binder off and got to see the results. On top of fantastic results, Dr. Z. and his staff were wonderful to work with, from consultation, surgery and follow up appointments. I would recommend him to anyone considering this procedure!

I have been a patient of Dr Laughrin for a decade or so now. Both the Newport News and Williamsburg locations are great. Staff is wonderful, attentive and helpful. Dr Laughrin is very competent at his profession, he has removed a dozen or fifteen small cancers. Healing is straight forward and scars are hard to see.Highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Pace is a great and honest surgeon. Id recommend him to anyone needing hand surgery. I had a really complicated surgery and after meeting with a few hand surgeons I was referred here, I dont think I wouldve gotten close to as good results anywhere else. They take their time with you and dont make you feel silly asking questions even if youve already asked them 10 times lol.

DR. BLANCHARD IS THE WAY TO GO: I am currently a Registered Nurse in a hospital and I help Dr. Blanchard recover his patients when needed. Through out the years have watched his patients recover and they did a amazing job. He is precise at what he does and he care about the ending results for the patient. I have since decided to have Dr. Blanchard do my Tummy Tuck because how precise he is with the surgery and adults. I look fabulous I could not have done it on my own. The results were amazing, no dog ears or problems with the surgery. I encourage anyone thinking about having surgery at the Plastic Surgery Center (especially the Tummy Tuck) you can't go wrong with Dr. Blanchard and trust me you will have no regrets ( I know I don't). Fantastic service from start to, well, there is no end to the service, they will always be available to me in the future if I have any questions or concerns. I feel like I am a client for life, even if I do not have any other procedures. Every member of staff was friendly, professional and welcoming. My surgeon was Dr Zwicklbauer and I am extremely happy with the result he has given me. If you are considering surgery to enhance to correct something, call this place for a consult, ask for DR Z and you will not need to go anywhere else. I was a nervous patient and I was kept very comfortable. No complications! Easy to understand post surgery instructions, and no pressure was made regarding my surgery. I got the results I wanted!

This is my second dealing with plastic surgery (the first was in Destin, FL). This experience was far better. The building is extremely clean and relaxing. The staff at PSCHR is so understanding and welcoming, it really helps to calm the nerves. I saw Dr. McArther and could not be happier. He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me so that I understood what would work better for my body type. The biggest difference I saw between the two facilities that I went to was that PSCHR actually takes the time AFTER the surgery to check on your progress and even went as far as to send me flowers! With other businesses, they usually just forget you as soon as they get the money from you. I will be getting any further treatments through PSCHR and will definitely be recommending them!
