Dr. Green and his staff really know their stuff! They were all so kind and personable to me from the moment I made my appointment and through my entire experience. I had Dysport injections done by someone in Northern Virginia for the first time ever, and was not happy with the result; as it left of my eyelids drooping, creating a strain on my eyes which gave me a horrible headache for days. I reached out to Dr. Greens office and they accommodated me the very next morning! Dr. Green was so understanding and patient with my concerns. He addressed them one by one, and gave me a thorough understanding as to why this happened to me. He was able to go in and correct the issue that was causing the eyestrain and relieve me of my headache. Once we got to talking he stated to me the reason why he loves what he does is because so many people feel younger on the inside than they look on the outside, and it brings him joy to help others to achieve a more youthful appearance...so the inside matches the outside! Dr. Green not only took the time to help me that day, he also followed-up by taking the time to call and check up on me to make sure that I was doing okay. To me, it meant a lot that he genuinely cared enough to personally follow-up with me! I have since been back to Dr. Green, and had him put filler in my upper lip to give it more fullness. He did a fantastic job with that too! After we consulted about my lips, I asked if he thought I needed filler in my lower lip too? His reply: I could put myself in the poorhouse because Im gonna be honest with you and tell you that I dont think you need to spend more money to have any put in your bottom lip. You only need it in your top lip. Mad props for keeping it real!! He gave me a perfect Cupids bow and achieved the exact amount of fullness that I needed back in my upper lip to make it look more youthful and naturally full, without it being too over-the-top. Through this procedure, he was also able to dramatically reduce the vertical wrinkles that I had above my upper lip from years of drinking out of a straw. Dr. Greens office offers so many great services in a beautiful setting with such positive vibes and good energy! I can promise you that once you go to his practice you will continue to go back, just like I do. Dr. Green and staff, thank you for taking lemons and turning them into lemonade for me! I didn't lose your card and I did not post on Google first. You also responded to me via Instagram. My first visit to the Numa Spa was on February 28, 2019. The staff was friendly and helpful and the ambiance of the office was tranquil and soothing. Dr. Green was prompt and welcoming. I had Botox injections for my 11s which was quick and easy. My first visit with Dr. Green was about 18 months ago at a different location. At that time he injected filler to lift my cheeks and eliminate marionette lines around my mouth. The filler is still good. Had a double chin most of my life. Healing does take time, the journey was so worth it. I also had the CO2 lazer treatment over my face. What a major difference, I am writing this 5 months after my surgery and other think I am ten years younger! I look like I feel again, and it's made a big difference on my Outlook. I always said to take care of yourself, and some might not agree with plastic surgery. I would say they are wrong. It's just trying to be your best. Dr. Green is beyond amazing. Ive hated my ears since I was a child, and now at 29 years old, I was finally in the position to go forward with Otoplasty. I saw two doctors before Dr. Green and didnt feel comfortable with either. As soon as a talked with Dr. Green in his office, I immediately knew he was the doctor I wanted to do this surgery. He was friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and made me feel extremely comfortable. After the consultation I had questions constantly leading up to the surgery, in which Dr. Green would respond to almost immediately. The day of my surgery, the entire office staff was nothing short of awesome. From the nurses to the anesthesiologist, everyone was so friendly and explained everything to me in detail. After the surgery, I continued emailing Dr. Green with follow up questions and concerns and he always emailed me right back and would even follow up to see how I was doing if he hadnt heard from me. As far as the results, to say Im happy is an understatement. Im absolutely ecstatic with the way my ears look. He did an amazing job, and I couldnt have possibly asked for any better. Amazing experience. I went to Dr. Green after a reaction to a filler from another doctor left me with the right side of my face extremely swollen. As you can imagine, the thought of having anything else done to my face scared me to death. But from the moment I met Dr. Green, he put me at ease, answered all of my questions and made me feel like my concerns were important. I have since had the mass removed, and was even confident enough to have him do a neck and midface lift. I feel amazing and everyone at work says 'I look rested' which is definitely the desired result you want from that surgery. He also gave me the motivation to stop smoking after 20+ years, by doing laser around my mouth to remove the deep creases. I feel like I'm 29 again lol. Ive been to Numa Spa twice now and each visit was absolutely great! The staff is friendly and the office is beautiful. I received Botox, Hyaluronidase injections (for filler I wanted removed from a previous med spa), and filler to correct my previous injections. I am 63 years old- old enough to experience the inevitible wrinkles of time and the sagging that goes with them but young enough to want to wish them away! Earlier this year I was diagnosed with skin cancer over my left eyebrow and there were concerns of other incipient cancers on my face. I consulted w/Dr Green before deciding on treatment and he gave me his best advice, including some suggestions of other procedures that he recommended for my skin health and rejuvenation and lifting. Over the course of several consults we decided upon removal of excess upper eyelid skin, a chinlift (rhytidectomy) and a fat transfer to my lips and under my eyes. Four monthes ago Dr Green performed these procedures for me with his team at his side. I woke up a few hours later with my head wrapped up, but surprised that I felt virtually no pain! I rested that day and saw Dr Green the following morning for a careful exam. All was well and I still wasnt experiencing any pain! Dr Green kept in close touch with me during the next 3-4 weeks, answering my texted questions with phone calls. He was never too busy for me and answered my questions patiently and thoroughly and suggested ways I could best promote good healing and a great outcome. I never a had any sign of infection or inflammation, just the normal swelling of healing. After several weeks, as the swelling slowly decreased, I saw my new face emerging. The lines from surgery were already disappearing, with no puckering or lumpiness. Within weeks I could hardly even feel the cut lines in my eyelids. Now they are barely perceptible to my touch and invisible to the eye.The other cut lines are equally invisible and no one would ever guess, even upon close inspection, that I had so many stitches just 4 months ago! My husband is delighted. I sometimes find him gazing at me and he comments again on how beautiful and young I look. Before the surgery, he expressed some hesitation; he said he was happy with the way I looked and was afraid it might change my appearance. I was also a little concerned that I might not feel like it was me looking back at me in the mirror, but I neednt have worried; Im very happy with who I see in the mirror! It is very much me-just fresher and younger looking! And no more tweeking of little wrinkles and sags, trying to wish them away!Dr Greens care was sensitive, thoughtful and patient, but he is also a skilled artist in his profession. I feel very fortunate to have had the luxury of his care

A great Botox experience with treatment around the eye (which was disfigured due to post-cancer skin graft scarring), eye brow, and neck. During my consult, Dr. Green listened to my aging concerns and then suggested various treatment options to include the benefits and potential side-effects for each option so I could make a correct, informed decision for my needs. I selected botox for various areas on my face and neck. As for the procedure, Dr. Green made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I actually had fun with the visit. Afterwards - no adverse side-effects.
