If I could put zero stars I would! This Dr is awful! No bedside manner at all, keeps rescheduling me. She has different staff every time I come by, that speaks volumes for what type of practice she is running. Avoid at all cost! Go somewhere else!

I had been struggling with a cyst underneath my left eye. In less than a year, I had it removed two times. In both cases, they were masses, the size of a nickel. Fortunately, they were not cancerous; however, I had six more surgeries to correct the ascetics and functionality of my eye. As the loss of some much skin close to the eye left me looking very abnormal and also uncomfortable. I had become a recluse. I started searching for specialists not only in facial plastic reconstruction but also one specializing in the eye area. After going to several counsels and referrals, I had become convinced that I would have to go to a large city elsewhere, possibly even another country. Dr. Kitto was my last counsel. I had also done a lot of research and was pretty knowledgable of what I may need. I went not having high exceptions if any. For a doctor, be so young and gorgeous, I was very impressed right away with her. After a thorough conversation and reviewing my charts she was genuinely concerned that I had six surgeries in less than six months and wanted to make sure that her work would be as close to perfect as possible for me to not have any more operations. I did not hesitate to schedule the procedure with her. As soon as I sat down, I realized she was unique and genuine. Her kindness shines through, and you get the sense that she really understands and cares for you and your situation. I cant say enough how grateful I am to her for giving me back my eye and really my life. I feel like myself again, and I could never thank her enough. I feel so fortunate to have a doctor like her in our sub what small city. Definitely a gem, and if I ever need any work done on my face, I will not hesitate to have her be the one.

When most people think of plastic surgeons, I'm sure they imagine face lifts and breast implants, and I'm sure Dr. Kitto is very good with those and more. However, she is amazing at traumatic reconstructive surgery as well.Let me start at the beginning: I used to run about 20-30 miles a week as part of triathlon training. I was over-confident in my ability one day, and I went out for a short easy run without drinking enough beforehand. I ended up collapsing when I stopped to talk to a neighbor, breaking one side of my face on the pavement, and getting amnesia from the ensuing concussion. By the time I woke up, I was already in the hospital. I missed the ambulance ride, the emergency room, and a ton of scans. Dr. Kitto was one of the many doctors (including cardiologists, ophthalmologists, neurosurgeons) who reviewed my tests. The CAT scan showed that I shattered my right cheek and broke the area between my right eye socket. Both she and the ophthalmologists agreed that there is a risk of double vision since my right eye could sink into the broken sinus. Dr. Kitto is such a nice person, and she explained the options in a very non-pressure way. I decided to have go along with the reconstructive surgery, and I couldn't be more happy with the results. I had PRK laser eye surgery a few months before, and my vision was unchanged. My friends could barely tell I broke my face. As a bonus, I don't wake up with TMJ like I used to when I sleep without my mouth guard. Dr. Kitto aligned my jaw when she was reconstructing my face. Not only that, she was available for advice every step of my recovery.Right after I got out of the hospital after breaking my face but before surgery, I had to wear sunglasses all the time because some friends and family were scared to see what I looked like. That really affected my confidence, as I thought I looked like Sloth from the Goonies. Now, people can't tell I was injured, and my confidence is back. Of all the things that Dr. Kitto fixed on me, I think repairing my self-image was the most important.

I had a lesion right under my right eye. I needed to be removed and biopsied. Dr. Kitto made a very thorough examination, took several pictures, and discussed her approach. She discussed several options and her approach and concerns with each. Two days later she called to tell me the procedure could be performed in her office. Michelle was very helpful in scheduling the procedure.I arrived for the procedure and again Dr. Kitto was most thorough with her explanation of all aspects of the surgery and the consent document. The actual operation was, in my mind, simple and done in a short time. Dr. Kitto's concern for me as a patient was evident in the post care instructions. Michelle easily facilitated my post surgery appointment.The same thoroughness that was evident at the first appointment and the surgery was there post surgery. I have no apparent scar under my eye because of Dr. Kitto's expertise. I highly recommend Dr. Kitto for all your plastic surgery needs. I have recommended her to my dermatologist, my PCP, and the wellness nurses at Brandermill Woods.
