Got a surgical procedure here two weeks ago. Dr Denks entire team is just wonderful. They have been with me through the entire process and Gabriela especially was super understanding and helpful. She went above and beyond to fit me into the surgeons schedule. She made it happen the same month I contacted them which still blows my mind. I am really happy with the results and would choose them for another procedure in a heartbeat. They were definitely worth the 3.5 hour drive!

Dr. Denk and staff truly deserve a 10 star! I went for a consultation w/Dr. Denk in 2015. I loved his compassionate professionalism, and honesty. Of course after the consultation you meet w/ the coordinator, and recieve a little blue folder, which entails your cost break down, financial info etc. BTW I still have my little blue folder 5 years later, LOL! Well, after 5 years of working out, and numerous gym contracts, I threw in the toweI! Told my husband I'm so disappointed with my body, and nothing is working anymore. So we decided, as a team, to make a call to Dr. Denk's office! Afterconversing with Gabi, the patient coordinator, for a few days, she advised me Dr. Denk will be calling me soon. He called me the very next day. The following day I recieved a call from Gabi scheduling my appointment for 360 Lipo, inner thigh lipo, modification tummy tuck, and BBL. I was a little concerned after leaving VA Beach in 2017, and moving to St. Louis which is over 900 miles away. Gabi, help me with all our arrangements, making it an easier and less stressful transition. She made me feel like I was her only concern. WOW!!! Once we arrived in Va Beach I recieved another call from Gabi; making sure we had a safe trip. She asked if I had any questions for her, the nurse 'Jennifer', or Dr. Denk. The day of my Pre OP Dr. Denk made certain my husband and I, had a full and complete understanding of the surgical procedure he was preforming. DOUBLE WOW!!!! The morning of my surgery, we arrived at the facility, it was decorated beautifully, but I was so freaking nervous I couldn't appreciate it! HaHa!!!! ONCE again Dr. Denks staff came to the rescue!!! The nurse made me feel comfortable, we actually were laughing so loud the other staff members came in the surgery prep area, and starting laughing with us. It was awesome!!!! Sooo, now here comes Dr. Denk gliding in, and the first thing he asked was 'are you ok, and are you ready?' He makes your feel like FAMILY and NOT just a patient. My Post-OP experience was phenomenal! It didn't matter to Dr. Denk how many follow up appointments I needed. He wanted to make certain I was happy with the results, and he addressed all concerns, knowing I had only 2 weeks for my return to St Louis. I'm now 1 month Post Op TODAY January 10, 2020 and the office staff remains genuine with follow up phone calls. TRIPLE WOW!!!! Dr. Denk, my nurse 'Jennifer' and coordinator 'Gabriela' have stayed in constant communication with me throughout the process. It's been one magnificent, experience!!!!!! They make it so worth all the pain and discomfort!!!! Lololol. Words can't express my gratitude! xoxoxo..Thank you all

Life Changing! I saw Dr. Denk on recommendation of a friend. I was concerned about seeing a plastic surgeon and didn't know if I'd feel judged. I should not have worried. Dr. Denk and his entire staff were warm, caring, and very knowledgeable and thorough. Dr. Denk listened to my history (I'm a runner and a belly dancer and my 'mommy pouch' was keeping me from doing all of these things and more.) and recommended abdominoplasty with liposuction. The procedure was smooth and well organized and recovery went as he said it would. The follow up care was great. 3 months after surgery I ran a half marathon and started dancing again. 6 months after surgery and I just got a personal record on a full marathon. I feel so much more confident and happy now and would trust Dr. Denk with any surgery! Thank you!!

Jenn is amazing with cafes, she takes time to listen and doesnt want to overly do anything just to make money. Jenn took at least 30 minutes to just talk to me about what I wanted to achieve. Jenn makes you feel like you are #1 every tine you see her.

I had capsular contracture with my 38-year-old breast implants. This caused my breasts to feel very hard due to the capsules around the implants hardening and contracting. The solution was to remove the old implants and capsules, reposition my nipples, and replace the implants along with irrigation with hypochlorous acid to prevent future contraction. Dr. Denk had great bedside manner, answered all my questions, and made me feel like I could trust him to operate in a manner that would not only safely correct the problem but hopefully prevent it from reoccurring. It has been only three weeks since my surgery and the procedure required a lot of incisions so I haven't recovered yet. But I will report back after the incisions have healed and the swelling has subsided. Gabriela was also quite pleasant, responsive, and helpful in answering my questions and following up.

I heard about Associates in Plastic Surgery on the radio, checked it out online and made a decision pretty quickly based on pictures, reviews, etc. I had a consultation with Dr. Alspaugh and I thought he was great. Funny, straight forward, and complimentary. I had my surgery almost a year ago to fix pretty substantial assymetry and go larger. In the week after my surgery, I developed an infection in the incision under my right breast. Worst case scenario, I would have to take out the implant and wait three months. I was very emotional and scared and concerned about the cost and about the infection coming back. When I asked questions about how it became infected, there were no answers for me. When asked about cost, I was met with 'Don't worry about that right now'. My nurse was wonderful, I could tell she cared. But my questions to the doctor were met with frustration and exasperation. Two weeks after my initial surgery, my right implant had to be taken out. The office did not communicate with each other and several times I was told I wouldn't have to pay anything to have the implant put back in, and then I was told I would, and then they almost charged me money to get a copy of my records, but thankfully Dr. Alspaugh waived all fees for everything. For that I am grateful. For three months, I went without my right implant. I received no phone calls, no follow up whatsoever for three months. Went in for surgery in September and had the right implant put back in. I haven't heard from the office since except for one call I made to them about some chest pain. I planned to go back to the office for a follow up but decided against it. I went to another doctor for a second opinion as I noticed my right implant was very low compared to my left and my left breast was actually sagging below the implant. The doctor I spoke with named several things that will need to be fixed including taking even more skin from the left breast, adjusting both implants to the proper spot on my chest, closing off the sides of my breasts so the implants don't fall to my sides when I lay down, and fixing the scar beneath my right breast because it does not follow the curvature of my breast and makes it look like it is sitting on a platform. The total cost will be $4,000. I paid nearly 8k for botched surgery and will have to spend a total of around 12k for this whole experience. My situation is unique, but it's certainly worth mentioning.

If you are thinking about traveling to another state for LIPO360/BBL, you dont have to. Dr. Denk achieves astonishing results and does it SAFELY! I had thought about going to Miami to get this procedure done but I wanted to stay home and have a surgeon that doesn't treat me as if I'm in an assembly line. From consultation to post op, I couldn't ask for more. All of the staff were very friendly. When I first spoke to the scheduling coordinator (Gabby) she made me feel so comfortable. Her demeanor was pleasant and positive. I had a specific date I wanted to have this done and they made room to accommodate me on his schedule. The nurses before and after surgery took very good care of me. They were so helpful and caring. Irene (my recovery nurse) made sure I was comfortbale and pain free before leaving to go home. She was so patient!!! Dr. Denk called me the next day on Saturday to follow up and answered all questions without feeling rushed. I am now 7 weeks post op. He had his office reach out to me to schedule another post op appointment. By now most places would have forgot. I'm so glad I gave him a chance. I went spring/ summer shopping today and I am happy that I can now wear clothes that show off my figure instead of clothes that hide it! Thank you Dr. Denk and thank you to everyone that helped along the way (:

I was so scared going into my breast reduction surgery, as me only being 20 years old. Dr. Denk, Jennifer, and Monica assured me everything would be fine, and he was certainly right! I am so in love with everything, I didn't have one complication. I am glad I did so much research before deciding on my doctor, because everything turned out just like I asked for. It is truly a life changing experience. Very impressed with me results, and recovery went way faster than I thought it would be. My mom went to Dr. Jacobs and had multiple complications. I went to have 'neck contouring' aka liposuction to get rid of my double chin and jowls. It was done under local anasthesia in the office. I barely bruised! Took about an hour total. I was sore the next day or two, however the final result is just what I wanted, thank you!!!

I think its time for me to say what Ive been thinking about this place. I had plastic surgery expectations, they were not Even remotely met by Dr. Jacobs. He charged me for service made an agreement for these services and they were not even close to what I asked for, and believed I would be getting. If a dr can not do/ preform the services that you are asking for, then he shouldnt take the client. He decided to do what he wanted to do and charge for it. How can that be legal? Not to mention his othe and something called ethics, a Dr. also agrees to first do no harm. This is not the case. He never did the job right. But he certainly had no problem taking my money. I looked worse now then before he touched me. He has no concern to please the client and honor their wishes, only to get whats in their wallet. His gain is all that he cares about. If you are reading this I hope you get the message loud and clear. It is a mistake to use this man as your plastic surgeon. I wouldnt take someones money for service I provided if they werent 100% satisfied... he is unethical, selfish, self centered, immoral and only in it for stealing from his clientele. He and Susan, the lady in charge of the place are only concerned for themselves. When their first and only priority is to do the job RIGHT. Even if that means compensation to the client if service cant be met with 100% satisfaction!! Face it choosing a Dr. that only cares about his end and not yours doesnt make a good Dr. ... please I beg you to heed my warning . Go somewhere else!!

My work with Dr. Denk began with revision of restoration for cancer on my face. After several discussions, it became clear that liposuction was the best choice to reattach skin that had liberated from my torso and thighs. The procedure was outpatient. As a high-energy person, I already had aggressive supportive care plan. My procedure included upper arms and upper back, full abdomen to the bust line, inner and outer thighs, and fat grafting to restore my breasts. Although I still have several weeks of recovery, I am already looking like the person I think I am on the inside.

But I am SO GLAD I was recommended by my sister to try this place out.We both see Felicia, and she is absolutely WONDERFUL. I could honestly sit and talk to her all day.
