He has an excellent bedside manner, and very easy to speak with. He spoke to us on our level, was very straightforward and matter-of-fact and he provided us with realistic expectations. Dr. Bounds has been my surgeon for over 10 years and do not know what I would do without him. I just had surgery 4 weeks ago, and I can't express how happy I am and how wonderful I feel about the outcome and how good I look. He has also removed some cancer and precancerous areas with amazing results, no scarring and no worries. He has improved my well being in so many ways. I went to Dr. Bounds 17 years ago for a breast augmentation and I couldn't have been more happy. I looked natural and beautiful. After pregnancy, aging, and weight fluctuations I had gained more than I originally bargained for. I decided to undergo a reduction with a lift and reduce my implant size in January. I am ecstatic over my results. I was scared about the scarring, but I'm only 2 weeks post surgery and already the incisions are disappearing. I look natural, the size and shape fit my frame beautifully, and I have a much more youthful appearance. Dr. Bounds is a talented surgeon, but also a wonderful person. His staff are great and always make me feel like family. I can't speak more highly of them all. I had consultations with other doctors but as soon as I met with him and his staff, I knew this office was exactly what I was looking for. Dr. Bounds, Michelle, Sonja and Rachel have given me the best experience I could have asked for! Dr. Bounds was upfront and honest about everything, he didn't pressure me into anything and explained all aspects of the surgery thoroughly and with patience. He also helped me decide what size to get to in order to receive the results I wanted. Dr. B also provided his cell phone number to me for after surgery. I called him on a Saturday and he picked up immediately and answered my question. I can't say enough about how great my experience has been!! If nothing else, go get a consult. I have been a patient of Dr. Bounds of over a year now and I've had three procedures so far, when I first met Dr. Bounds and his staff, I had a condition known as Hyperhidrosis which caused me to sweat profusely under my arms, especially in the summer. Dr. Bounds suggested Botox injections. Dr. Bounds and his staff are extremely knowledgeable, they kindly welcomed questions and concerns and by the end of my consultation appointment I felt very comfortable with the treatment he prescribed. On the day of the procedure I was extremely nervous, but Dr. Bounds and his nurses have amazing bedside manner, and despite the slight discomfort during the injections I was sweat free for an entire summer. The next two procedures I had done were reconstruction of my left breast and breast augmentation. Both procedures went extremely well. I have been seeing Dr Bounds for 18 years and absolutely adore him and his staff!! They are an extension of MY family!!! His bedside manner no matter the procedure is outstanding! Dr. Kevin Bounds and his team are like no other medical staff. Going in to this process was unfamiliar to me but they made it a walk in the park. There are many wonderful things i could say about this team. Dr. Bounds and his staff can not be compared to any other medical staff, your not just another medical record on the books to them. He really listened to me and all my concerns. His demeanor was never rushed or distracted. They really spend the time to achieve your goals. One thing I really like about his team is that they do not bring the medical record into the room with them. staring and write in it the entire time like many other doctors do. It seems as if they are not truly listening to you. Not Dr. Bounds, He will give you his 100% undivided attention. He will let you express your concerns and give you respect as a person to face you and make eye contact which so many doctors forget to do in a situation that is unknown and scary for a patient. How i was treated was beyond what i expected though i never thought i would be treated poorly. i can honestly say going anywhere else is a mistake.
