Dr. Brecht and her staff were wonderful. I had 9 areas liposuction-ed and a fat transfer. I was extremely nervous because I had never had anything done to my body and didn't know what to expect. I began looking into some kind of weight loss procedure 3 years ago. I have been shopping around for someone who was affordable, and more importantly someone whom I felt I could trust with an invasive surgery. I visited multiple clinics around Seattle and I either felt like they wanted to pinch every penny out of me or could not care less about me and what I was dreaming of for my body. When I came to Dr. Brecht's office I felt the complete opposite from the other experiences I had. She was warm and friendly, and listened to me go on and on about what I wanted. She seemed excited for me and instead of making me feel like she was after my money like everyone else she made me feel like she really wanted to help me feel good about myself. I absolutely LOVE her. Now about the results themselves, I LOOK GREAT. I have a much flatter stomach and waist. The most shocking result is in my armpit where i had a roll that would fill up my hand when I grabbed it, and its GONE. My fat transfer looks natural and I now have a much better shape to my butt. This summer I wore a bathing suit and for the first time I felt comfortable in my own body. I am already planning and saving for my next procedure. Thank you Dr. Brecht and team!

She treated my daughter abusively. Instead of stopping the procedure during which my daughter was wide awake, restrained and in unbearable pain, she ridiculed her, made fun of her inability to cope and kept going. Maybe she thought that my child was adequately sedated but she was not! She heard and felt everything. Dr Brecht knows she made a very big mistake. The meds used were off label: malpractice. She ridiculed her patient: medical abuse. She was not even present for the post procedure follow up: neglect. When she did show up, she took my daughter to some still in construction back room and tried to offer a verbal apology by saying that the course of the procedure, 'shouldn't have gone that way.' A large amount of money was paid to her and there were zero results: fraud. She should've offered a refund when it would've been appropriate and cheaper because now she's going to pay for DAMAGES too!

I was a patient when she first started her General Practice and see another Dr there now for primary care but I see happy patients coming in to go back to the beautiful new surgery she's added on to her original space. Perfection! I love my new breasts. Dr. Brecht is an amazing surgeon. I chose this doctor because I did not put under general anesthesia. Instead she gave me a few pills. I was so comfortable I was able to have a conversation with her during the operation. I am 4 weeks post surgery and you can barely see my incision.I was suffering from IBTC. She cured my IBTC.

Liposuction didnt turn out the way it was supposed to. I have lost feeling in my thighs and have indentation in my rib area where lipo was not supposed to be performed. Did not do lipo where agreed.

STAY AWAY!!! I went to dr Brecht to get a otoplasty surgery and she failed miserable.when I left the office there was other unhappy patients as well.after my procedure my ears actually looked worse she was very unprofessional and I had to go elsewhere and spend another 6k to fix her mistake.she is a snake stay away from this lady or you will regret it

Run fast as you can very painful bad experience.I wasted my money she will pressure you to get more areas done. Dose you up with 6 pain pills for your surgery. She had to go in a second time fix my liposuction because she didn't realize that when the patients is laying down on the survey table the fat moves unlike when standing up and totally liposuction the wrong area. I have a big dent...While she was trying to fix her mistakes the second time around. I was in tears when she told me to 'give her a break i was getting this done at for free' bad experience i will never for get her.

I had liposuction surgery in May 2017 with Dr Brecht. I initially went to get my abdominal area done. She talked me into adding on my flanks. She told me that would give me a nice shape and define my waist. Well she never did the flanks but i was charged for it. Now my stomach is flatter and my flank area/muffin top is protruding more than before and I also have deep uneven grooves on each side in front of my hip bones that she caused. I initially confronted her on the first post op day she denied it but it was obvious because of the medication that was injected into my abdomen which made it hard had not been done to the flanks. I continued to confront her several other times asking for my money back or for her to do what I paid for. At first she keot telling me to wear heavier compression binders and it would improve. Well no amount of compression will take away fat. As far as the deep grooves. She tried covering it up and said that its natural. Everyone has that. No they dont. OMG! Recently i confronted her again, so tired of the muffin top that i paid to be removed, and the deep grooves look bizarre She had her assistant weigh me trying to say it was my fault that i had gained weight. Well i didn't. Then she attacked the scale trying to show inaccuracie. Then she said that she would only do it if i bought more areas wanting my back to be done. I dont need my back done i need my flanks that i paid for done and the deep grooves fixed. Then i discussed where flanks are and had pictures of the flank liposuction area. She argued and had no clue what the flank area was. She was trying to call flanks my back. I refused to buy more areas. She refused to do the surgery that I paid her for. She told me that I was making her angry. I informed her that I will be seaking an attorney. Im also going to report this to the Better Business Bureau. I have given her every chance to make this right

My oldest daughter had breast augmentation done by Dr. Brecht and was in terrible pain, crying during the procedure. I did not know Dr. Brecht does not use IV sedation - the anesthetic was oral medication only (!!) and it was not appropriate. Dr. Brecht kept giving more and more - so much that even 14 hours after the procedure my daughter could not sit up. I had trusted my daughter's choice - bad decision. A Groupon coupon does not make a doctor a good doctor. Checking showed Dr. Brecht is NOT board-certified in plastic surgery. Lesson learned and I truly hope Dr. Brecht will get someone trained in IV administration so no one else has this experience.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON LIPOSUCTION OR FAT TRANSFERS WITH DR.BRECHT. MY RESULTS WERE VERY EMBARRESSING. HER PRICES ARE CHEAP FOR A REASON AND YOU'LL END UP SPENDING MORE TO HAVE A REAL SURGEON FIX HER WORK. THIS DOCTOR GIVES HER PATIENTS PAIN PILLS AND SLEEPING PILLS FOR A 2 HOUR PROCEDURE INSTEAD OF ANESTHESIA. YOU'LL LEAVE THIS OFFICE DRUGGED UP FROM A SLEEPING PILL. IT WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
