Solid 5 Stars+ Truly AMAZING service, care, professionalism, and communication. I really wish I had done this years ago!! I have lots of excuses why I didn't do it before (I believe God made me intentionally, had other uses of my income, time off work, a low pain tolerance, etc.) At 49 years old, It was almost on a whim! SHAPE with Dr. Lundeby was wonderful. He said he doesn't like to use the word 'Perfect', but I had the experience & I have the before and after pictures to prove it! Not gonna lie, the first couple of weeks was tough. I'm a wimp and hate to have to be dependent upon someone else to take care of me. However, I absolutely would do it again, as long as Dr. Lundeby and his great staff in Kennewick & Spokane were still on my team!
