Run. Dont bother coming here. I received a call from this place a month and a half after they received my referral from my primary doctors office. I respectfully asked the receptionist what date they received my referral and she became defensive instead. I calmly reminded her that she was not being questioned about her job performance after she went off being defensive and that I just want t to know what date they received my referral from my doctor. Please do read the rest of reviews that are posted on google by other patients that have expressed their recent medical concerns and bad experiences at this facility. The fact that they called after a month and a half is not only unacceptable, but unprofessional that they do not address the medical concerns of their patients reflects very poorly on the mission and core values of Kadlec Medical Facility.

I was referred to this office by my nurse practitioner at Kadlec Clinic on Jadwin. When no one called to schedule my appointment, I called to get it scheduled. The receptionist was rude and argumentative, refused to set an appointment, and stated that they do not see patients for my diagnosis. It would have been nice to know that at my doctor's visit so I could have gotten a referral elsewhere. Apparently they have too many patients and are not interested in taking referrals if they don't feel like treating your condition. So they will have one less patient, and I have to start the process all over again to get a referral elsewhere.

This place is terrible. Worst 'medical care' I've ever received.I knew more about skin cancer than the doctor they sent in to examine me.Do they know anything about skin cancer treatment???They told me not to be worried about skin cancer...I had a cancerous spot that they said was not of concern, and'someone with as beautiful skin as yours should not be concerned about skin cancer.'If you're looking for help about protecting your skin, cancer screenings, biopsies, removals ect...I would suggest Dr Hopp, or somewhere out of the tri-cities.It may be expensive, but atleast you won't be dying of untreated cancer.Shut them down for the sake of citizens of tri-cities.

I had 8 out of 10 signs for melanoma. With a family history of 3 grandparents having skin cancer. It took me two months for me to get them to schedule me. When I did get in... I was in and out within 13 minutes. A had a young 30ish year old Dr. Tell me I 'was too young to worry about skin cancer'.They would not listen to me and disregarded my concerns.I'm 24.I was 23 at the time of the appointment.I tried so hard not to laugh in the two women's faces that were in the exam room.Im a fair skinned red head, high family skin cancer record and a very shady looking spot that was looking like cancer that killed 2 of my family members. The spot was right by a lymph node as well.Not even a test, biopsy, removal... Anything!? Sadly I wish I could say that's the most furious I've been over the horrific 'health care' of the tri cities. But kadlec is atrocious. The derm, the orthopedic, the general care.Absolutely embarrassing.I wonder how many people have been sent home and died of undiagnosed cancer.KadlecKilling tri-cities one patient at a time.

One of my worst experience, on my 1st appointment Ive' waited for 40 minutes , why because (The provider was late) so on my 2nd appointment I showed up 10 minutes late on purpose and they rescheduled me although the policy is 12 minutes late
