I was given a quote 3 separate surgeries. When I finalize the one I wanted to go with the amount increased by $2,000. I discovered the increase after the down payment was put down. I never received a receipt or a quote in writing. All of this has been handled over the phone. The free consultation was with the nurse practitioner was a quote given by her not the doctor. I did not receive my quote day of consultation. She called back the next week. She told me over the phone that the rate may go down once I see the doctor but I would have to pay for that visit to get an accurate quote. She reassured me if anything it would go down not up. But it increased by $2,000 over the phone when I made my final decision on which procedure I would be having done. Considering the misleading information from an individual who could not give a accurate quote on the surgeries to begin with. I demand I receive all monies invested back. I was told I would receive a phone call back in 24 hours. I did not. I just called and addressed this issue. She said she would put the request in again but the likelihood on refund for $1,600 is not going to happen. this business plans on keeping my money for nothing! I never received my quote sheet, only by phone, nor did I receive a receipt for monies paid. I have been given two separate reasons by two different people for my increase in rate. The free consultation is a joke, considering the nurse practitioner handles it and your quote is inaccurate. You do not meet the doctor and your given inaccurate quotes. If this is how they conduct this part of the business, how can I trust them in the sugary room!

Beyond horrible does not know how to deal with kids at all. Almost broke my sons teeth came out with red Mark's on his face where they squeezed it so hard. Rude disrespectful do not recommend anyone to go here... professional point of view you do not act like that. If you cant deal with kids do not see them simple as that!!!
