From the time I was checked in at the door, to the time I left, I was treated with cheerful, courteous, professional care. The office was clean, and social distancing was observed. Wait time was minimal, and cost was reasonable. I was also pleased to hear they are opening another office in Mercer County. I wont hesitate to recommend them.

Everyone here was so professional and sweet. I was so nervous about having my teeth pulled but they put all my fears at ease. As I was waking up , I remember having a moment of panic but I felt someone holding my hand, my eyes were still shut so I don't know who it was. So whoever that was, thank you for being there for me in that way. Obviously with having the procedure I had I'm going to have discomfort and swelling but I feel like even as far as that goes it's been very minimal so far. Would also like to add how thankful I am for the added precautions the whole team took to protect not only themselves but patients from COVID 19. You all truly are amazing !

I was terribly anxious about my procedure. The entire staff was excellent. I really appreciate the way they handled all my questions and the whole procedure was done very fast and effective. I had multiple teeth removed and four wisdom teeth. Exceptional. I would recommend to anyone !!!

I had a molar extracted and the molar had split vertically some time ago. Only half a tooth was left as the rest of the tooth was under the gum. I had a good first visit as Surgeon evaluated the tooth and and asked if I wanted to be sedated or numbed. I decided just to be numbed. Dr Ravelo was so kind and caring as well as his nurses and all other staff. He is also a fine surgeon, and reassuring. I felt no pain, was well informed on what to do when I got home. Instructions were very well explained. The whole experience was was really good. I highly recommend this doctor and his staff.

The entire staff here were very understanding and went out of their way to make my wisdom tooth extraction a comfortable and calm experience. I have anxiety, and was very upset to need 3 wisdom teeth out, having had a previous bad experience with a tooth extraction. The staff at Mountain State gently explained everything they were going to do, allowed me to keep my husband with me until I was asleep, and kept me calm after I woke up. Least painful IV insertion I've ever had, kindest staff, and the most effort into ensuring patient comfort. Best dental experience I've ever had. Highly recommend to patients who are anxious about procedures.

The doctors and assistants were so nice and patient and comforting. This means a lot for those of us who are anxious about operations. They constantly reassured me and made sure I knew what was happening and comforted me. I would absolutely recommend anyone to visit here if having an extraction done or anything else for that matter.

I went to Mountain State Oral for my wisdom teeth removal and although the nurses were nice and professional, the surgeon was rude and made me feel belittled. I wont be returning for any type of dental work.

Was one of the worst experiences I ever had at dentist office. Only reason gave them a two star was because of the dental assistant which was kind. The dentist came in never introduced himself, he came in acting as if he had been bothered. As he was numbing I did moan which I quess was an octave higher than he thought it should be. Was extremely rude told me to stop yelling undoubtedly he doesnt know the difference in a moan and yelling. Told him I was sorry that I could not help it. He proceeded to tell me that I could help it and stop yelling. Which like I said was a moan. One of the rudest dentist ever . I had just had a root canal earlier that day at Dr Winklers office. The experience was like night and day Dr Winkler kind professional and reassuring. And yes I did moan a little there too during numbing. Dr.Winkler was the best experience ever. This doctor could definitely take a few pointers from him. One more thing the office was not as clean as it should be either. Night and day difference there also in comparison to Dr. Hinklers office.

The nurses where polite and professional but the surgeon I had (Martin Salgueiro) was particularly Rude to me pre-op. He also neglected to trim my stitches so now they are constantly bumping the other stitchings he left to long. Still havent stopped bleeding. I understand wisdom teeth removal is not a pleasant experience but I think I wouldve just rather kept them in my mouth.

The surgeon was phenomenal but the staff was not professional at all. My child has a bleeding disorder & I should gave not had to do all the foot work. We began this journey in August & finally after having the hematologist get stern w the staff at Mountain State I finally recieved a phone call back from the lady who schedules procedures to be done at ARH. If I could have found another surgeon that accepted our insurance I wouldn't have proceeded with this office.

I went to Mountain State Oral today to get my wisdom teeth out and I wasn't told before hand that I wasn't suppose to drink anything before hand and I had and Dr.Salgueiro was very nasty to me about it. I understand that I wasn't suppose to drink water now but the way he talked to me was very nasty. He was trying to say I meant to. He made me feel belittled and like I was getting attacked. He should not have his job if he's going to treat people poorly.

Dentist was very rude but the staff was nice. Also put narco and then voided it. I think it's pretty messed up guess I'll just be in pain then. Why write someone a prescription and even put it on their list of medications u gave them to void it really messed up! Honestly cant wait to move out of wv !!! Also I have no history of drug abuse ever I could see if that was an issue but it's not.

Visited the office to have 8 teeth extracted. The staff was professional and welcoming. Not to mention that the oral surgeon was beyond awesome. He explained the situation and any possible risks. Most importantly, he really made me feel like that I mattered to him. I highly recommend this facility for any of your facial and dentistry needs.

Wasn't a very great experience. I understand stuff could happen and need someone there just incase but if someone just leave for a few minutes and was coming back shouldn't have been a big deal especially since you have to wait for all the medication to work before starting and if something did happens to wouldn't they had to call an ambulance anyways because what is your driver going be able to do if something goes wrong and tell someone ahead of time they can't leave for a few minutes before taking someone back and don't try to get them to sign a paper afterwards stating they you need someone in the waiting room the entire time that something need sign while you filling out paper work before being seen

Staff was kind and courteous. I chose no sedation and extractions went smoothly with no complications after procedure. Was well informed of aftercare and properly medicated to decrease risk of infection and extreme pain. Would definitely recommend.

Everyone there is very friendly and organized. They explain things well and the follow up is ongoing. Dr. Salgueiro was quick and as painless as he could be and I was not an easy case. I highly recommend this practice.

For staters I'm terrified of dentists. When i went to see Dr. Henderson i was amazed. The staff were so friendly upon getting back to see Dr. Henderson i explained to him about past experiences. Which weren't good. After talking with Dr. Henderson, he examined me him and his staff showed sincere compassion towards myself. I felt and knew i was in great care. I returned for my second appointment for complete extractions of my teeth. I was still amazed with the staff. I understand everyone is different. My personal experience after my persidure i didn't experience any pain or complications. I have recommended to many of my friends to come see Dr.Henderson and his staff for their dental problems. Very disappointed in this business. Our daughter had to have emergency surgery at rgh and she is 6 so we missed my husband's appt. Well I called to reschedule and they wouldn't reschedule. It's very sad that one of the only dental surgeons in the area that takes our insurance will not help. No wonder people don't go to the dentist with this much trouble. The sad thing is I have worked in the dental profession. SMH

The actual surgeon himself was very abrupt and had extremly poor bedside manner for a healthcare professional. However i will say that he did a great job i had several teeth removed and i am in virtually no pain after. The girls and other staff were very sweet and they listened carefully to my concerns as i am terrified of being put under. I hardly even knew the next day that i had teeth out. However i probably made a goof of myself on the way out the door cause i was well medicated...but they reacted very well to my problems with being put under. If the doctor wasnt so short with me it would be a 5 star review...but all and all i would recommend this facility to anyone with a fear of dentiats or sedation.

I was referred to this facility to take my mother for a biopsy. After several trips, with each visit ending in the same medication that she had been taking with no results, I was told....ok...if this doesn't work, we will have to do a biopsy. I said ok...that's good...because that's why we were referred here. Finally, after none of the medication worked, we were dismissed & the DR. wanted to refer us to Chapel Hill, NC. REALLY?? I can barely get her to Beckley! Anyway, a biopsy was not done and eventually her regular dentist referred her to Dr. Wise in Charleston and he is absolutely amazing! Biopsy done.....Too bad I wasn't referred to Charleston to begin with!

I had an appointment scheduled granted I did. Two days before hand the place that was making my top plate called told me to cancel appointment that I had to have my other impressions did before I get anything pulled. So I did just that literally that same day got my impressions and paid 1500 to be able to have them pulled and all. Now to be told I can't be scheduled again?! Wow, that's seriously sad. Is there any where else that can put u to sleep to pull them. I just paid 1500 for my top plate only just to he told they won't pull my teeth now! Insane seriously.
