I received the hydrafacial, done by Lucy. The experience was very relaxing and Lucy was very informative. I have to admit that immediately after the treatment I did not see a huge difference. My face was a little red and I could still see just a few black heads. Lucy told me it was normal and that it get better after a couple of treatments. LUCKILY, The next day I seen a huge difference in my skin. My pores were smaller and my skinned felt amazing! A week later my skin still looks healthy and evenly toned! I def will be returning!

Saw Dr. Patel regarding a surgery I was very serious about getting, and for several very legitimate reasons he said that I shouldn't receive the surgery, but, if I still insisted on the alteration, seek a different procedure that his clinic does not offer, but that he highly recommends. He was very kind, calm, honest. I had a different procedure performed by another clinic previously, and they were rude, pushy, misleading. He's not like that at all. I wish that he performed the procedure I want. I'd give him the money in a second.

If you are looking for a doctor who is honest and values integrity, Dr. Patel is it! I went in for a possible cheek implant or mini facelift consultation and was told I was not a good candidate because he felt my skin was fine. According to Dr. Patel there were no sagging and where I saw fine lines, he saw them as natural. He suggested I do skin resurfacing instead, chemical peels to be exact. I was disappointed because I was hoping for something permanent instead the yearly fillers I get in my cheeks and forehead. After two weeks of resurfacing my skin, it turns out I didnt need any surgery after all and Im starting to think I no longer need fillers either. My skin is clearer, tighter and smoother. My fine lines has diminished and my pores are smaller, I couldnt be happier. Im excited to see further results with my continuation of chemical peels. I am extremely grateful that Dr. Patel was honest with his words. He was able to see beyond my what natural eyes couldnt see and saved me thousands of dollars. In the end, without any surgery or fillers, I still ended up with the results I initially went in for. Thank you Dr. Patel for your honesty and wisdom.

I had a consultation with Dr. Petal for facial filler after I had laser treatment done. He asked me to wait until the redness goes away. After awhile I went back and I was ABSOLUTELY ready to spend $2,000 on fillers but the Doctor still thought my face was not ready. So I scheduled another appointment after I was suppose to come back from my trip overseas. After awhile I got a call from his office to confirm my appointment. The date was wrong!!!! I called back to make sure they got the right date. I explained to the receptionist that I cant make that date and it was the wrong date and day and there was no way I would've scheduled that as I would be still overseas. She was very very rude!!! She mentioned that they have to order the fillers and I have to make sure that I keep my appointment date. First: it is not my fault if they messed up the dates. I have had fillers done before of the same product brand and no other clinics had to pre order them. Second: when I came back from my trip (regardless of the rudeness) I called to reschedule and they asked me to pay half down ($1000) over the phone, which I would've done if she was professional and not rude on the phone... RIDICULOUS!! I have done many procedures with some of the top doctors in WI and have never been treated this way. Regardless of all of this I wanted to give Dr. Petal another chance because I thought the rudeness and bad attitude was all coming from the receptionist... I called to schedule a consultation for a nose job but I asked to talk to the doctor and not deal with receptionist at all. However, Dr. Petal never called me back and no one else from his office had the courtesy to call me. I felt this place is all about money and lacks professionalism. I DO NOT recommend

Went to see Dr. Patel for nonsurgical rhinoplasty. He so nice, so informative and very gentle. I wont lie I was scared to have a needle inserted in my nose but he has a very soft hand and while it didn't feel great it was virtually painless and I will 100% go back once the filler dissolves and/or for more minor nips and tucks while I age. I'm soooo happy with my nose as he fix the slight deviation I've had since I was a child.

I was an extremely satisfied patient of Dr. Patel in 2012. He performed a Forehead Flap and reconstruction nose surgery following Moh's surgery for skin cancer. It's miraculous that a new nose can be grown and attached in this way, especially with so little left to work with; Dr. Patel has definitely mastered this complicated procedure. Even though the early recovery period was quite uncomfortable, once the flap was removed I was overjoyed with the result. My 'new' nose is shaped perfectly and more beautiful than before. The scar on my nose is almost invisible, and the forehead scar can be hidden with makeup. Dr. Patel is friendly, caring, gentle, understanding and always available to answer questions. He is a perfectionist and is meticulous in his craft. Needless to say, I highly recommend this gifted surgeon!

Dr. Patel did a beautiful job reconstructing my chin after removal of a rather large basal cell carcinoma from the left side of my chin.I had had many skin cancers removed from all over my body, but none from my face. I entered the surgery rather lightly, not understanding how large the cancer was or how invasive the removal. I was devastated by the damage done. The day of my surgery, I had no idea that in a few months I'd look almost good as new. And in the next year, you would not be able to tell I had had reconstruction.Dr. Patel was not only extremely skillful, but very professional and compassionate with me. He helped me through a very difficult time and he made good on his promise to ensure no one could ever tell I'd had such an invasive procedure on my face. These days I HAVE to point the location out to people,because you can't tell there was any damage otherwise.I look in the mirror every day and thank God for Dr. Patel and for the experience of being under his care.

I did quite a bit of research before I decided to have my newly broken nose fixed (it was ugly before) via rhinoplasty and septoplasty. Not only is he a fantastic surgeon with a true gift, but his bedside manner is amazing. He takes the time to explain the procedure to you and made sure I was comfortable and all my questions were answered. He went as far as to call my husband the next day (on a Holiday might I add) to be sure I was recovering well and we didn't have any additional questions. Would I go through it all again? Absolutely. Ten times over. Dr. Patel is amazing.

Dr Patel is the best! I'm a 53 year old male who had broken my nose several times in my life. I've always wanted to have my nose fixed. Finally, two years ago, I got the courage to have the surgery. I did extensive research on who would be the best to do the surgery. I couldn't have been happier with Dr. Patel. I had rhinoplasty, septum repair, turbinate reduction and an under eye lift ( I figured if I was going under, I should get it all done). His bedside manner is incredible and his skill level even better. He made me feel very comfortable. My main concern when having the surgery was that my nose would be too small or I wouldn't look like me. Well I still look like me only a better version. When I had my surgery, I lived about 75 miles from his practice. Now, I live about 1,200 miles from his practice. If I ever decide to have any other facial plastic surgery done, I would definitely travel the miles to have him preform the surgery.

I was diagnosed with skin cancer on my left nostril. After MOHS surgery to remove the cancerous tissue, Dr. Patel rebuilt my nostril with a section of cartilage from my ear and a section of skin from my left cheek. Dr. Patel took time away from his family on two weekends to check the progress of the post -surgery healing. Dr. Patel's work is outstanding.
