From my initial consultation through my surgery and followup, I could not have been more pleased with Dr. Korkos, his staff and the Surgery Center. Dr. Korkos explained everything and answered all of my questions. His staff was always available to answer any questions. I feel I received the best care possible and although I dont plan on my face meeting concrete again, I would not hesitate on my choice of surgeon or Surgery Center again. I highly recommend them!

Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable about the procedures I was having done! Should I want or need any more plastic surgery I will definitely be going back there! As far as pricing goes they were around the same price as everyone else who does plastic surgery! Its nice that the surgery center is located in the same building that you go for your office visits I call it a one stop shop! Dr.KorkosHas a good bedside manner and is very funny! He did a amazing job on my body! I also would like toAdd the staff there rocks it!!

Extremely talented injectors. Had Botox and Dysport a few weeks ago with Angie and had my lips done today with Kami. They are gorgeous. 100% amazed. Highly recommend and I'm picky.

There was a dog in the office. Not a service dog, a employee just had their dog roaming the office. Cute but also Disgusting, I am not trusting that place for surgery. Scheduled my breast augmentation elsewhere. 1 extra star because the CEO found me wandering the hall and personally escorted me to the front desk. Unfortunately the service seemed to end there because I waited over 30 mins to be seen.

Started going here a bit back, and HO BOY do they know how to handle skin. Have gone a few times, once for a scar on my face (got it as a kid due to massive break out) and it's BARELY there anymore! Everyone there is so nice, and they really know how to make you feel at home. Just went by there for a hydro facial recently, and their new spa is GORGEOUS!

Plastic Surgery Associates made me feel like a person and not a number.Have had numerous procedures done by both Dr Hussussian and Dr. Korkos.Both surgeons very caring and take the time to spend with you to answer any questions or concerns you might have.They explain. everything that would take place.I left feeling that I was in good hands.My procedure with Dr. Korkos went extremely well. 20 years ago I had a breast augmentation. Well- two weeks ago, one ruptured. Eek! What to do?!! My original doctor has since retired.. so, I went to the site that listed doctors that worked w the brand of implants I have, and Dr Dembny was one listed. Now, Im not just going to pick the first one on the list. Im gonna stalk the sh!t out him! Which I did! Bio, awards, glowing reviews, experience.. Sold! Got in for an appointment right after the holidays and I couldnt be more impressed. From the easy to get to location, the friendly staff, and Dr Dembny himself. All appeared to be just what I was looking for. Since this was an unexpected event, they were able to help me w finance options as well. (Phew!)Fast forward to surgery day. Was met with the most awesome nurse Jay.. who answered all my ridiculous questions.. took the time to listen and just be his awesome self. I believe there was an Amy on staff- equally nice (but I didnt have a chance to interact w her as much- but she seemed super cool too) The anesthesiologist came in- what a contagious smile!! Love him!! (Even tho I told him to make sure I wake up!! And apologized for the fact I wasnt allowed to wear deodorant ) He was professional and kind. Knocked me out and kept me out for my 3? hour surgery. It was a wonderful, much needed rest. I forget his name, but he was the bomb!! (A competent anesthesiologist is always a good thing..)I believe there was a Jenni on staff too- but I only met her right before getting put under, so my memory is a bit foggy. She was also equally personable. The whole staff was incredible. I highly recommend going here. Dr Dembny is truly amazing. While my surgery is less than 24 hours old- I can already tell he did an outstanding job. He was absolutely professional with all the measurements he took. Never once making me feel uncomfortable. Between first consultation and surgery, I had numerous questions that he and Cathy answered so graciously without making me feel like I was bothering them. Communication was quick and at the ready. Jay called this morning to answer a few more questions and make sure I was feeling ok-LOVE HIM!! (Yeah- I get its his job- but he was just SO nice! Incredible bed side manner! They are lucky to have him on their staff) I will have my follow up appointment in a week and a half or so, and can honestly say, Im so incredibly thankful for Dr Dembny and his staff for being the relatable professionals they are. They have made this entire process easy. They offer so many other services, that should I be inclined to pursue something else- PSA is hands down the only place I would go. Highly highly recommend!!!

I am over 60, and was so unhappy with my 'turkey neck'!! I went for an evaluation with Dr. Korkos. He was so informative, kind and made me feel at ease. I had the surgery done, and was amazed at how quickly I healed, how great it looks, but most important was how I feel about myself now!! I would highly recommend Dr. Korkos!!! He really knows what he is doing!!! LOVE PSA!!!!

I went to Dr Denby for lip filler, Botox and facial filler. I allowed 3-4 weeks for the product to fully take effect at which my Botox was uneven and my lips were a lumpy, bumpy mess! I called to get in for a follow up and due to a tight schedule I was directed to see an injection specialist. She agreed that my lips were a bumpy mess and said my best option was to use an acid to desolve and remove the filler (which I just paid a ridiculous amount for) with no mention of fixing them or refunding my money. She also advised me I needed more Botox (which I had also already paid a ridiculous amount for) and caused my right eye to sink and leave me with uneven eyebrows. And she was supposed to correct the previous work? Yet I had to pay hundreds more to correct his work and remove filler I had paid way too much for. All in all, I paid an ungodly amount for this establishment to mess up my face (not once, but twice) and offer no resolution to ultimately fix their mistakes. Perhaps Dr Demby is good with body work, but he lacks any skill with fillers and Botox and essentially took my money and ran. Do NOT go to PSA for injectables!

I had my first visit to PSA today, but it won't be my last. First the waiting area is well decorated and inviting and then the back spa waiting area is just beautiful! My service today was a hydrafacial with Dawn E. She was fantastic! She took time to find out my specific areas of concern and informed me what she suggests and how that will benefit my needs. Throughout the facial Dawn explained step by step what she was doing and how the product works. I left feeling wonderful and my skin feels fresh! Thank you PSA for a great experience!
