All the nurses were so friendly! My anesthesiologist Dr. Orth was funny and great, made everything look so easy. I would recommend this place 10x over! They go above and beyond in making their patients feel comfortable!

Dr. Janssen is an amazing surgeon! I had a mid-line lift along with aneye bluff. It has been about 3 months and the results are nothing shortof amazing. #LSHope I received treatment for Lichen Sclerosus from Dr. Janssen and PA Kate - it wasn't particularly comfortable. I'm not mad. I'm so grateful to have found the groundbreaking procedure locally! No idea on the results quite yet but it's better than the treatment options I was presented by the conventional doctors. UPDATE: 10 days out and there is already noticeable improvement in my symptoms.

Most horrible experience of my life. I had not one but four rhinoplasties done here due to the unprofessional work done by the surgeon. I paid $7,000 for my first rhinoplasty to just remove the hump from my nose. There was no change. It actually looked worse. Worst yet the surgeon barely would recognize his fault in the matter. My second revision I had the same poor result but was charged even more. They made me pay another $800 for my third rhino and I still had a hump. The surgeon said for him to do a better job he would have to put me asleep and charge another 3k...Over 10k paid to this business and the pain of going through surgery years of waiting all for a poor result. I made one last attempt to talk to the surgeon and his staff about why they could do this simple procedure of removing a hump. They said they would try one more time for another $3,000. Fox Valley Plastic Surgery is the most unethical place I have ever been serviced from. The surgeon I had was way sub par. My new surgeon corrected my nose Thank God. Please go anywhere but here for your cosmetic needs or may be as sorry as I was.In Response to Owner:I came to the Office one year following my latest revision. I let the surgeon know that a hump on my nasal bridge was still present. After spending that much money and time waiting for the poor results received it would have been nice to have been able to get a better deal or have the surgical fee waived like many practices do. I know its a business but I also know about making a wrong right for a customer who invested so much. Being a business owner myself I know that it isn't always about the bottom line. I wish I would have received this with your practice.

It has taken me months to write this review because I can't seem to come up with adequate words to describe my gratitude towards Dr. Janssen and the rest of the staff at FVPS. I was 31 when I was diagnosed with breast cancer and facing a bilateral mastectomy. From the very first visit, Dr Janssen was reassuring and honest. I was never left wondering or doubting a thing. Throughout my journey, I quickly learned that there are a lot of bumps in the road a cancer patient faces. Chemo and radiation take a major toll on your body...even if a few months prior, you were a seemingly healthy 30 year old. I ran into numerous post surgical complications. No fault of anyone's other than my body's. Every time an issue came up, Dr Janssen was there to fix it. He never quit or gave up on me. He was willing to do everything he could to make my reconstruction successful. Many other breast cancer survivors I now know cannot say the same thing. I was told by one of my other doctors that the difference between a good surgeon and a great surgeon is that a great surgeon won't give up. Dr Janssen is a great surgeon to say the least. I am now four years cancer free with fantastic reconstruction results. I am forever grateful to Dr Janssen and the rest of the outstanding staff at FVPS. From the bottom of my heart, thank you and may God continue to bless all of you and the work you do.

I could not be any happier with the full staff of both Appleton and Oshkosh locations. That includes front desk, nurses, along with Dr. Janssen. Not only did Dr Janssen have to complete reconstruction after my double mastectomy he was also working with me who had already had a breast reduction and I was not satisfied with the outcome from 6 years ago with a previous Dr. The full staff made myself and family feel very welcome. No question was a dumb question. They helped guide me through a not so fun time of my life being 38 years old having breast cancer. I would 1000% recommend FVPS especially Dr. Janssen to anyone.

From initial phone call (5years ago) to final hand shake (today.....ok not final), there is everything to say for and nothing to say against (except the drive.....my choice).FVPS is professional from receptionist to doctor. When I came in this past summer for vein pain, (even after having the intial vein closure done 5 years ago), Dr. Janssen noticed that my veins didn't improve and informed me that I have vein reflux. Oh yay I thought....but his response was...'let's fix this'.I will never be able to do the staff justice (especially those I don't name)...but from Meg to Sue (and her awesome honesty) to Dr. Janssen and Dr. Doubeck (and their awesome honesty) this is the only place I trust. ( I went through 3 other vein specialists before I called FVPS)The only thing you can go wrong with choosing them.....is not asking the city why they made it so hard to get around their community!

I have suffered from migraine headaches most of my life. Dr. Marc Serret performed a type of surgery to relieve migraine headaches and I am now almost totally headache free. From almost daily migraines to nearly nothing. He told me it was like a carpal tunnel surgery for the nerves causing the headaches. Dr. Serret is the only surgeon in the Midwest that performs these surgeries. If you are thinking about the surgery or need information please contact the office. Dr. Serret does seminars frequently throughout the Fox Valley. Don't hesitate. It is life changing. Thank you Dr. Marc Serret! You are the best.
