I just went in for a consult for a breast reduction. My appointment was for 8:30. My husband and I arrived for my appointment at 8:05. We waited in the lobby until 835 before anyone showed up. I was given paperwork to fill out. Then was rushed to get it done and into the doctor. Dr. William Doubek came into the room with a nurse and never introduced himself to my husband or myself. I had pictures taken and he went over some of the procedures and complications. I tried asking some questions asked felt very shut down. It's not my first time having a surgical procedure and never have i felt so emotional leaving an office the way i felt today. I was crying before we got to the elevator. As soon as we got in the car my husband said we will be finding another doctor. I have been waiting for this day and breast reduction for many years. Maybe instead of spending money on throw pillows for the lobby they could use it for some sensitivity training and common courtesy. Highly disappointed!

Went in for a follow up and as usual Dr Doubek was so friendly, complimentary and reassuring. Always makes me feel at ease. The rest of the staff are always in a great mood and welcoming and the building is beautiful and clean inside and out. Highly recommend Dr Doubek.
